We stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel.|Staff were excellent (Anthony & Francesca) friendly and helpful.|Breakfast was really good. Cereal, cakes, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juices, yoghurt, cheese and ham (plus no shortage of coffee)|The bedroom was large, good aircon and very large bathroom. Good to have furniture in room to unpack clothes from bags. |The hotel also has a lounge room with a coffee machine, tea and sherry.|Felt secure in the hotel even though reception is not staffed 24 hours as the town of Pistoia is quiet and safe. |Very much enjoyed our stay.|Thank you.

Just 10 minutes from the train station, beautiful place and our two story room was simply perfect. Delicious breakfast. They gave us excellent recommendations for drinks and dinner. Thank you the the personnalized and easy check-in.

They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The place itself is a true gem, with its stunning beauty and well-furnished rooms. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable and memorable. And let's not forget the breakfast! The breakfast room is like something out of a dream, and the food is simply delicious. It's the perfect way to start your day. I can't recommend Palazzo Puccini enough. It's a fantastic place with top-notch service. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palazzo Puccini - Dimora Storica during Mothers day weekend getaway. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew we were in for a delightful experience. Warm Welcome: Chiara greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and provided helpful information about the hotel’s amenities and information about the area. Serene Rooms: Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast Bliss: The breakfast was a highlight! Freshly baked pastries, a variety of fruits, and made-to-order coffee—it was a food lover’s dream. Plus, the dining area was beautiful in a old traditional palace type atmosphere Tranquil Ambiance: The hotel’s serene atmosphere was a welcome escape. I enjoyed sipping my coffee and a drink of vin santo in the common area lounge surrounded by great books. Convenient Location: Tranquil Oasis is ideally situated near the historic district and within walking distance of charming cafes and boutiques. I highly recommend this hotel if your visiting Pistoia. Chiara you're a fantastic host !

Palazzo Puccini is a rare treasure. We stayed in a spacious room with the highest vaulted ceiling which was spectacular in terms of its structure and dimensions. Everything worked perfectly (including the air con). It felt as if we were guests in a private residence and Fabiana was the perfect host. I loved its simplicity and authenticity. Service was discreet and breakfast was delicious with frothy cappuccinos!

My first trip to Pistoia I have the privilege to stay at Palazzo Puccini at Dimora Storica , an amazing place, with the warmest hospitality by Fabiana. Everything was in order, the room was so nice, clean, hot water and perfect heat, with furniture that we loved. Breakfast was prepared so carefully that made us feel at home. Fresh juice, cheese and ham always fresh and cut at the spot, excellent coffee and my favorite the sweets, cakes that I loved. We felt like never before. Tucked away in a neat little city called Pistoia is this great property. I was not prepared to be transported back in time, the overall mood was from another century, but the amenities were all modern. ||||My room had a big bed and on the loft it had 2 additional beds.||||||It is a great place and location to move around the city square. Faviano was my front desk manager and she was quite helpful to install passwords on my devices.||||What really made my day was the breakfast room, I totally adored it!! I wanted to spend hours and hours to admire the room and its atmosphere!||||I highly recommend this place especially for families and romantic get aways!
