We had the privilege on having a tasting menu for dinner which was amazing. Hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful every detail is perfect. The rooms and hotel is super well maintained. Everything is beautiful and tasteful. The restaurant faces the water just like every bedroom. The staff is super friendly but the service is also impeccable. You are on one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever find. That makes it hard to take day trips. Absolutely recommend. Special thanks to Carol and Susan at the reception for the great recommendations and for making all the reservations for us.

Wow, we just rolled up and took a shot at this place. Very nice hostess and waitstaff. Food selection and taste were amazing! The atmosphere was perfect! Nothing could have made this meal better! This is a must-try, it will not disappoint!

We came to the restaurant here at the LTC hotel, and had the most amazing lunch!. The servers made the experience even more special, Laura and Louna and Jeremy were wonderful with the recommendations. We had the spicy tuna, the Mojito crab, the Lagusta pasta, and the Caribbean salad all were outstanding! This is definitely a must when you come to Saint Martin.

We loved it here! Definitely will be back. If you're looking for a resort this isn't the place for you. If you want rest and relaxation this is a must. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. It's an easy walk to many great restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely location. Great vibe. Ordered the tuna poki bowl and the crispy pork belly. The poki bowl was filled with fresh tuna and colorful veggie s and fruit. The pork belly blew me away! The portion was enormous, which is never the case with pork belly. It was buttery soft inside and deliciously crispy outside...just as it should be. Absolutely impressed with the food. Service was appropriately attentive. A must visit.

Fantastic hotel!! The room is great, everything you need. Beds are comfy and the shower wonderful. The food in the restaurant is top notch and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. All of this on a beautiful beach in a quaint town with great restaurants and shops. Go and have fun!
