Lucchese store on Exchange is Fantastic, Great selection and plenty of staff on hand. My sales guy is Fidel very knowledgeable in boot selection and procurement when not in stock at the store. Lucchese boots are Outstanding! Worth the Price given the build quality, selection and colors available. They have convinced me that this is the go too brand for dress boots. Others make great boots also but when you compare to Lucchese you can see that they aren't quite there yet. It's in the details and exotic skin selection. The Lucchese Reputation is well deserved. You pay for an Excellent boot.

Lucchese Bootmaker is a high-end retailer of fine Western style boots, clothes, leather goods and accessories located on East Exchange Avenue in the Stockyards of Fort Worth. Known for their top quality boots, they also offer western apparel, dress shoes, loafers, bags, belts, wallets, leather care and everything cowboy. We went in on Sunday to purchase a pair of boots for my husband and we worked with the assistant manager - Charlotte Olhausen. Although they didn’t have the color and size combination of the boot that my husband wanted, she was very accommodating to size him by using a different colored version of the same boot, then special ordered the actual size and color he wanted. She was also gracious to have them shipped two day air to our home so we didn’t have to make another trip out there to pick them up. First class service and quality boots! If you’re looking for anything, ask for Charlotte - she has our highest recommendation!

Excuse my typos in advance. Just going to rip right into it. I spent $1600 only to have a defective pair of boots try and be sold to me. I tell them hey look it's okay it happens lemons are a thing let's just exchange them please. This is where the lying and deception starts....I return them on a Tuesday and then told don't worry they will be here Friday and I say okay that's fine. Friday comes and they make up some excuse and tell me Monday so I call Monday guess what another excuse. Unable to provide me with any track of information of what's going on with my order. Mind you I have emails of all these lies. I call the store Wednesday 12/18/24 and they tell me Thursday they will be in we have order number and tracking and that's what our warehouse told us. Yet another lie because they never came in. So I call Friday and some woman there gives me a nasty attitude telling me there is no way for her to look up my order but all week everyone else was able to...that's odd....so I ask for the GM and Ross tells me there is zero eta on the shipment or tracking what so ever.... So for a week and a half I was lied to. To his defense he tried to do right and have the Fort Worth location but a pair aside and on hold for me. I drive 1 hour out only to leave without my paid for boots because they wanted proof of purchase and exchange which I tired to explain I didn't have and nobody else did either.... I was told by Ross they knew what was going on and they would just had over my boots...Fort Worth store pretended they didn't know what was going on.. needless to say I had a total of 3 hours of my time wasted and spent $1600 for boots I STILL DONT HAVE. I will never do business with Lucchese ever. Had they just been honest from the start it would've never been an issue but they continued to lie and waste my time driving from site to site... which they will not do anything to amend this.

Make sure to dress professionally if wanting to be acknowledged in this store. Terrible customer service coming from sales reps in specific with Brandon Quick! Me and my boyfriend were looking for some boots as a Christmas gift for himself and didn’t purchase because of the terrible customer service. As we were done trying on the boots and said no to them the sales reps left my boyfriend with his hand out trying to give him the boot back. He proceeded to give us a business card saying if we wanted to order online to go through him as it would help him out. LOL

Stopped by to take a look—since the items are made from genuine leather, the prices are understandably on the higher side. 👜👞💼

Always a great place to visit. The staff is very friendly and not pushy looking for a sale. I will be back for another boot sale.

Justin Powell was an amazing help. He helped me find a pair of boots that I love after the ones I wanted were out of stock in my size. Had the boots shipped to me back in Ga right away. Great experience all around!

I really do not like to post negative reviews but when you spend over 1k for boots and recieve absolutely terrible customer service it needs to be said. My husband bought boots from this store back in March. Unfortunately after wearing them he noticed there was something wrong with one of the boots and they had to send it back to the manufacturer. It is now August and we still do not have the boots. We have contacted the store numerous times only to get a constant run around on when we will be receiving the boots. We have received zero apologies on the delays and the inconvenience this has caused us. We are now having to work with our bank to dispute the charges since we still don't have the boots. It has been such a dissaopointing experience and I highly advise to purchase boots from a different store!
