This place feels like a tourist trap. The lively, friendly service seems to mask the underwhelming food! Presentation was great, but most dishes were just bland and warm—not hot. Which makes us to suspect, they are not cooked to order but reheated. The beef pasta was sticky. It ended up being our most expensive dinner in Dubrovnik, yet the least satisfying. For comparison, we paid less and ate much better at Taj Mahal restaurant.

Excellent meal and service. Great menu selection and really reasonable prices for the quality you get. Every waiter we have had has been great on the trip but the chap here was brilliant, helpful and chatty. The restaurant is beautiful and it's nice to be tucked out of the way to enjoy the food. Highly recommended

Amazing food, fantastic staff and great atmosphere in a laneway off the hustle and bustle of the main street. I originally stopped in for a late lunch after arriving on my first day, and the tuna tartare and chicken salad were both incredible! My waiter recommended the chocolate mousse and it was equally fantastic. I loved it so much that I came back for another meal (this time I tried the sardines which were fantastic!). Highly recommend

This spot was recommended by our local tour guide and it did not disappoint. We only got a few appetizers including the mussels, hummus, and fried pulled pork. I thought the mussels were so delicious; I’ve never had anything like it…the foam the mussels were in…chef’s kiss. The hummus had mint which was just ok in my opinion. My friend enjoyed the fried pork. The lavender gin drink was refreshing although a little more gin forward than I prefer. The service was great; friendly and attentive. It’s down a quaint alley way.

Delightful meal in a beautiful interior space. The bread is amazing. Made fresh in house. The service was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant. And eat inside if you can to watch the chefs.

Lucin Kantun is a gem in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Cozy spot with an open kitchen vibe and super tasty food. I had the homemade pasta with beef, black risotto, and Croatian flan. All delicious, well-balanced, and nicely plated. The real star was our server Muhamed. Full of energy, funny, and made me feel like a celebrity. Service was fast but personal, which is rare. Perfect mix of charm, flavor, and great vibes. Definitely worth a visit. Ask for Muhamed if you want the full experience.

Fantastic food!! Notable mentions are the Black Risotto and the Duck Breast! Extremely delicious, well cooked, and very well presented. This place is a little on the pricier side, but definitely worth it! Would love to return one day for the Black Risotto!

Went there because of the good ratings and it did not disappoint ! The food was great we had the flambé cheese and the fried pork for starters, both were great! Then the veal osso bucco with the best sweet potato purée you've ever had! And the black risotto wich is very tasty but is an acquired taste haha. The staff was friendly and our server was absolutely the best! Know that they stop reservations at 7pm, after it's just walk-ins. We got lucky and got our table at 9pm with no problem! We were sat on top of the stairs in a charming alley with beautiful stone balconies above.
