Extremely inefficient check in. I waited for almost an hour to get the room. I suggest the owner makes sure the reception is capable of handling the workload.

I have never seen such a bad situation in my life, there is filth in the room and the toilet and bathroom are also very useless, on my trip the coffee shop that I get, it seems so useless

The location is followed because of its central location and for the lower price. The people are nice and have care of the customers without boring. A breakfast is included. They provide a big set of services, from shuttle to airport to intercity bus ticket, from motorbike rent to laundry service to visa service. One can opt from a bed in common room for smthg 3 USD, to private room for 300 000 kips (about 12 euros).

Our experience with this place was limited to a scooter rental, but it was damn horrible. We were coming to the place next to it to hire one but that one was close and we ended up here. The guy started to remove the petrol of the bike in front of our faces (probably left by the previous guest), and throwing it to the ground. We asked him not to do so and he responded impolitely. The scooter was in the worst possible condition, it was pricey, and we ended up returning it earlier because it was so bad. We rented from next door afterwards and that one was much better and smooth.

We are two Chinese tourists. Before we arrived at Lucky Backpackers Hostel, we considered cancelling our booking in Agoda, and sent the request. The request was not approved so we checked in as we booked on 22nd April and paid the room fee in cash. But when it was 24th, it said we didn't show up at the hostel and cancelled the booking, also deducted the room fee $31.5 from my credit card, and there is still no refund till now

This is the most wonderful hostel I have ever stayed in the capital city of Laos, Vientiane and there is no doubt about it. If any person wants to stay near the river at a low price, he/ she has to book this hostel. However, the best thing about the hostel is the quality of the free breakfast. So, it would be a cool place for any backpackers.

Suspicious conspicuous stains all over the walls and tv in our room. The windows let a lot of noise in...But they serve breakfast and are helpfull if you want to rent a bike or book a bus.＜3
