The first time I went to Lucky Day, I went for a birthday. We rented out the corner lounge space for approximately 20 people. I was very impressed by the ambiance. When I was standing at the bar, I saw pasta that someone was eating and I knew that I had to come back to try dinner here. I love seafood - so I do not say this lightly - this is the best shrimp cocktail I have ever had. They were big, clean, and tasty. Both sauces they were paired with the cocktail sauce, and a cream based sauce were so tasty. I do wish I got a bigger piece of lemon with it though. The oysters were good, again I wish the slice of lemon was bigger. The mignonette sauce was good but I wish I had cocktail sauce with it. I did order the shrimp and the oysters at the same time but the oysters were served way quicker than the shrimp so unfortunately I couldn't use the cocktail sauce from the shrimp because I had eaten the oysters already! My friend ordered the Mac and cheese and the burger. He loved both! The Mac and cheese had Goldfish crumbles on top which I tried and the pairing was tasty! My friend ordered two drinks as well. A cocktail and a glass of wine, he loved both. This is a place that I will keep returning to. The pictures for Instagram are perfect. The lighting, the atmosphere and everything paired together is such a unique experience. The staff were nice, polite, and accommodating. The host specifically had an extremely bubbly personality and you feel special from the second you walk in the door. We made a same day reservation and were seated right away. The band that played, a keyboard, an electric guitar, and drums I felt was just right to set the tone and the mood. The drummer did not take a smile off of his face for a single second! He looked happy to be there and it was nice to witness. Great music! Thank you!

I enjoy this downtown Buffalo restaurant. They have a great happy hour menu because I wanted to order the chicken sandwich but I ordered the steak burger 🍔 instead. Very good burger. Highly recommend 👌🏾

We went for Valentine’s Day and were Majorly impressed. We got the whiskey fried pickles, a dozen oysters, and shared a 20 OZ Chateaubriand they had for a V day special. I’m not kidding when I say it was the best cut of beef I’ve ever had. Especially when you got to the very middle of it. Literal meat candy that melted in your mouth. They gave you this delicious red wine sauce too. Holy GOOD. My husband did get some Buffalo Trace whiskey since it is a whiskey bar, I just stuck with a coke. We had a really nice table back against the wall, with curtains on both sides of us so we could only really look out. It was such a nice night. Loved it ❤️

Google
A must go when in Buffalo for the night. I ate the best fried pickles anywhere in this extremely charming restaurant. Not to mention, the burger was second to none. Our server claimed she was new to waitressing but was the most attentive without being overly burdensome. Her guidance led to some amazing drinks and dining experiences. The night I went, they had a really nice jazz band. I'm not sure if that's every Saturday.

Lucky Day Whiskey Bar is a chill place to go and relax while enjoying some great whiskey and some good comfort food in downtown Buffalo! Perfect for a date night or to hang with friends listening to live music. They have a huge bar serving endless options of whiskey, cocktails, beer, and wine. The atmosphere is dim and casual. It has a speakeasy vibe to it. The food was very good. We ordered a couple of their specials as well as the brussels on their regular menu. I highly recommend trying them! Comfortable seating with large private booths off to the side. Parking is easy right next door in the lot. Definitely an enjoyable evening!

Google
What a cool spot, wish we had made a dinner reservation here as the atmosphere was awesome and the food reviews were great. We popped in here after a show for a drink and we loved the vibe. We ordered 2 old fashioneds, the MacKenzie Bib Rye and Wyoming Small Batch, both were amazing. Friendly bartender. Can't wait to go back for a dinner next time we visit Buffalo.

We dined here for our 23rd anniversary with good friends that live in the area. We were looking for somewhere special with a speakeasy old school feel. From the moment you walk in you're taken back to a time gone by. Warm and inviting with special books for dinner and drinks. We had our dinner in the upper level which was beautiful. The bar is absolutely beautiful and their bourbon selection is fantastic! Everything was perfect. The hostess was full of energy, lively and made us feel special the moment we walked in. Our server was wonderful. Drinks on point and food delicious. Highly recommend!! We loved everything about this and the experience was top notch. It we lived in western NY I know this would be a regular place to visit.

I had dinner here last Saturday and it was a great experience. The ambience was great, aside from the music getting a little too loud to hear my friend. The food was delicious and came out promptly. Our server Julia was so knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. She had a great personality and gave us wonderful recommendations. This was a great date-night choice!

Yelp
I'm a pretty accomplished whisky fan and Lucky Day stands out as one of, if not THE, best whisky bars I have visited. Here's what makes it amazing: 1) Everyone is welcome. Come as you are dressed, whatever your background. I saw a guy in a basketball jersey while a group celebrated nearby in fine attire. 2) all whiskies are celebrated. Solid list of Bourbon, Rye, Irish, Japanese, Scotch and more. And unlike some other places (looking at you Jack Rose, DC) the list is available online and kept up to date. Everything I ordered was available!! 3) great bartenders. Handsomely dressed to set the atmosphere, friendly, mixing great cocktails, and willing to scale the shelves to retrieve pours. 4) local is key - from the familiarity of the clientele, to local distillery features, to live music ... you are in Buffalo in all the best ways. I didn't eat on this occasion, but the food I saw looked good, and most dining tables were full. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Very classy ! Ordered from the mixologists before heading upstairs' for a delish dinner. We ordered 2 dry aged Wagu steak (they ran out) so no biggie 1:2 were dry aged. 4 lobster tails and dinner came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Service and food quality was spot on!

Ann M.

Yelp
The food here is very good. The menu provides many options. They have great happy hour options. The service is impeccable! The bartenders are awesome! The servers are amazing! The ambiance is everything you'd expect a whiskey bar to provide. There are many seating options. There's an elevated area overlooking the stunning bar area. Beneath the elevated area are more secluded tables with curtains providing privacy. There is an amazing bar and tables in the bar area. Sometimes there's live music. The whiskey options are impressive. If you haven't tried Lucky Day Whiskey Bar yet you are definitely missing out!

Yelp
Fantastic selection of bourbons, excellent service, warm and inviting dining room and the steaks are incredible. Extremely happy with every aspect of the meal and will definitely return.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was good. Portions are a tad small but very delicious. The service was good. They were timely and friendly. Overall ambiance is darker but there is lighting throughout the restaurant. The whisk and bourbon list is extensive. Come prepared to try something you've never drank. Enjoy!

Yelp
I felt like I was sitting in a medieval tavern about to plan an adventure in the little alcoves they have! Vibes were epic. Food was spectacular and mocktail list was really great (as well as the alcoholic menu and whiskey list - they needed full on ladders to reach some of the stuff)! Loved it! Servers were amazing!
google avatar

Frank M.

Yelp
Always a treat to the palette and liver. Had the happy hour specials. Warrior burger with fries; wife had fried chicken sandwich with fries. Wish I could eat another - it's that good! Drinks are craft level - try the Manhattan with Bourbon. Servers attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is speak easyish with urban vibes. Great place for dates!

Yelp
Enjoyed a delicious dinner here on a Friday night. While they do take reservations, we didn't have one but lucked out and still got a table with only a little bit of a wait. While we waited, we got drinks from the bar. I ordered the Hartman manhattan which was delicious. Once we were seated, we shared a dozen oysters as an appetizer which were very good. For dinner, I enjoyed the Mac n cheese which was enough to fill me up without having leftovers. The other people I was with ordered the duck risotto and the seafood pasta, which they also really enjoyed. For service, we interacted with the hostess, a bartender, our server, and the manager, and everyone was friendly and provided great service! This is a really great spot for a date or to meet up with friends, and I can't wait to come back again!
google avatar

Greg O.

Yelp
Huge selection of whist, plus some beers on tap. Didn't check the menu for wine and other liquor selections. Cocktails are great. For dinner had the duck. I haven't had duck in probably 20 years and the last time would have been at a Chinese restaurant not a breast. I've seen them on the fancy cooking shows and the manager recommended it so i gave it a try. It was delicious, as was the risotto and carrots.

Yelp
The ambiance inside this building is just amazing. They did a great job of honoring what was there and creating a very cool bar. The dining booths are also just very well done. If you like that sort of thing like i do the old beams and bricks are everywhere. They added a nice touch by separating the booths with antique carpets. The bar is also very cool but we dined instead of sitting at the bar. As to the food it's in the expensive side but excellent. We had the raw oysters, excellent, a very good mushroom soup and a lobster pasta. This dish had so much lobster and was served with a very nice fish based tomato sauce with crème fraiche so sort of a pink sauce. My only complaint is it was a bit cold and could have used more pasta thrown in but excellent nevertheless. Great service and a ton of drink options from old time whiskey drinks (saserac, whiskey sour etc) nice wine list, beers on tap on and on. Really enjoyed this spot

Yelp
What a cool spot in downtown buffalo! Great vibes and decor. Live music when I went which was super neat! Didn't have anything to drink just came to eat. Food was incredible. I got the brisket ravioli and it did not disappoint! Fries were also great and the portions were huge! My group came in close to kitchen closing but we were still received stellar service. Would definitely find myself back here if I come back to visit Buffalo!

Yelp
I must have forgot to write a review for this place, but it is a must Because their food is amazingggg with all 4 Gz. I've had fancier places provide less hospitality and food not as appetizing. Even their display was amazing. Enjoyed everything I ordered. 30 stars for this place... a Buffalo Favorite !

Yelp
During the duration of my short time in Buffalo, I came across this gem and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I am no whiskey connoisseur, but I do love a good Old Fashioned. If you're able to make it in for their 4-6PM happy hour (which includes weekends), I highly recommend going - You cannot beat $6 for an Old Fashioned (and a great one, at that). Absolutely loved the vibe here. Trendy, vintage, historic, and sultry are all words that come to mind to describe the ambiance. The dim lighting, brick walls & the massive display of whiskey selection was all very aesthetically pleasing and really sets the mood for the evening. The beef tartare was flavorful, but not the best I've ever had. I did feel it should have come with more crostini and I expected a raw egg yolk to be placed in the center (I guess they have a different take here). On a more positive note, we decided to treat ourselves to the seafood tower and this was truly a 10/10. I was worried the snow crab legs would be underwhelming (the snow crab legs I've had in the past were on the small side containing very little meat), but this was not the case here. The shrimp were also wonderful, oysters were fresh & the lobster was delicious. Definitely worth splurging on if you're in the mood for seafood. This is without a doubt the spot to check out in downtown Buffalo if you're searching for somewhere with an outstanding atmosphere, tasty bites & a damn good happy hour (if you're into whiskey)!

Yelp
As much as I love Lucky Day for the drinks, you should not sleep on the food either! They have one of the most delicious chicken sandwiches and burger I've had...period! And they're both available as part of happy hour for seven dollars each. Highly recommend checking them out.
google avatar

Amanda V.

Yelp
It was my lucky day to be staying near a whiskey bar, that's for sure. And a whiskey bar with a deep selection of whiskey and old fashioned offerings. Lucky Day is everything you want a whiskey bar to be - full of mustachioed bartenders, dim lighting, whiskey, and steak. Excellent vibe.

Yelp
Came here for a solo happy hour dinner. As I entered, I was greeted with a smile by the staff at the podium. And I was able to sit at a regular table to order from the happy hour menu which I thought was nice. There was a real candle on the table and that was like the only light. It was so dark that I had to use my two iPhones to take photos - one to light up and one to take photos. (photos of food taken using built-in flash never come out good. That's why I do this way.) The happy hour menu prices are very reasonable. I had a Thrasher Burger ($7), a glass of Cabernet ($8) and Fried Whiskey Pickles ($12 non-happy hour price). I should have ordered Grilled Asparagus or Fries that are priced much lower than $12 as a side for my dinner. I didn't think the Fried Whiskey Pickles would cost that much. Oh well. Overall, the food, service and ambiance were all good. I highly recommend this place especially if you are staying at the hotel across the street.

Yelp
Good was great - we had the happy hour burger (do yourself a favor and get this) and the happy hour chicken (good) - also had the whisky pickles- they were pretty good. Spears The old fashioned - happy hour - was on point, as was the Manhattan Service - very good Ambiance - excellent Would definitely come back

Yelp
This restaurant was across the street from our hotel so the name of this fit perfectly for us after we got done here. We came here initially just for a starter and happy hour drinks but we ended up staying for dinner and loved it all. The staff was very friendly and quick to take our drink order after we got seated. An old fashioned during happy hour is $6 which is crazy cheap. Inside the vibe gave off a vintage speak easy feel to it that's was very clean with lots of tables for dinner and a big bar area. The carpaccio was great but the seafood tower for dinner was seriously the best. It comes with so much food but the perfect amount for 2 people. It all tasted fresh and came with plenty of butter and cocktail sauce. If you're in the downtown area you definitely need to go to Lucky Day Whiskey bar, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Food was great. Wait was a little long. But good customer service and awesome vibe. Parking could be better. The bartenders were all awesome.

Yelp
Great food, fun atmosphere and really attentive service. The whole staff helped us like we were the only table in the place, helping us to make a very good impression on our customers. This is a must-visit in Buffalo.

Yelp
We went there for dinner for my friends 30th birthday. I made the reservations online which was easy. They called me the day of to confirm my reservation. The service was good. Ambiance is kind of dark & mysterious. I ordered the loaded baked potato soup which was on the specials and fried pickles both were really good. My husband got the Mac n cheese as an app. It is good but it does taste like goldfish which was interesting. I got the filet for my entree and my husband got the crab legs. Everyone's food at the table was great minus the crab legs which came out cold and you could tell they just heated them up when they brought them back out which also took forever. By the time they offered to replace my husband's meal we were all done eating so he didn't end up eating anything besides the appetizers which was disappointing but they made it right - it happens. Drinks were good and food was good otherwise (others at our table got the chicken, seafood pasta, burger and a ribeye - no complaints). Also you cannot bring balloons in fyi and if you want to bring in an outside dessert there is a fee. Most likely will be back but for drinks and apps.

Yelp
Very fun vibes! The foods pretty good, I usually get the charcuterie which is always great! It can be really loud so definitely not a place to converse! The live music is so much fun, definitely recommend as part of your night out with your friends!
google avatar

Jen C.

Yelp
Really love the ambiance, lovely service here, so much hospitality and friendly service! Great space and amazing wall of 500 whiskeys available. We started off with the seafood tower and. That's all I got a photo of. Really yummy fresh seafood. Then we had the Brussels sprouts and I was surprised they were sweet, but it worked well. Super yummy! We got the Ceasar salad and also the French onion soup which was soooo delicious. The bread has a nice charred flavor with the onion soup so good. Highly recommend! I like that they have a great selection of mock tails too because I'm not drinking alcohol at the moment.

Yelp
We took an impromptu overnight trip to Buffalo just for kicks ... and our anniversary. We had no plans but thanks to Yelp, we found Lucky Day. Chose to use Uber but it looked like plenty of street parking plus a paid lot next door. The ambiance is dark and lit mostly by candlelight. Service was friendly. It was around 5 pm so not crowded and it was happy hour. They have a few drink specials and food specials for happy hour. The menu also includes whiskey flights but whew those were expensive but they looked good! The drinks were strong and the food was excellent. I will say it was definitely not a quiet ambiance so keep that in mind. This is not the spot for quiet conversation.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing!!! This was the best meal I've ever had in my life!! The ambiance here is amazing. We dined on a Friday night. They had music playing from a live band. Service was great, no issues. We didn't have a reservation but were seated right away. Very chill, low-key vibes. The drinks were great. The steak was soooo good, extremely tender. And that Lucky Day Bacon - get it!!!! It taste like pork belly. Soooooo yummy! This will definitely be one of our go-to places when we're back in Buffalo.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been dying to come here from quite some time. The bar is stunning. The ambiance is "I can't believe I'm in Buffalo." I even love the golden and black color scheme of the logo with skull head on a penny. I got a Classic Old Fashioned to drink. Tasted fabulous at first. But it had waay to many small ice cubes and got watered down too fast. Best French onion soup. Best brussels sprouts. And best french fries I've ever had. Random, but facts. My burger was also incredible. You could really taste the rich steak chuck mixed with the burger. Love the vibe here. I will be back for drinks and food.

Yelp
This place is wonderful. Great food, service, and ambiance. Great for groups and couples. I had the chicken and my friend had the duck. Fabulous

Yelp
Great place to go before a show at Shea's. Their specials are where it's at. They had a lobster roll when I went, but I was craving a burger like crazy, so some how I passed on that special. Intimate dining vibes. Loved the feel of the separate sections and second level seating. Walking past tables, all the dishes looked great, doesn't look like you can make a wrong choice. Personally, loved my juicy burger, could have used a bit more flavor though. And I demolished my fries. Warning, be careful with the salt, because it nearly pours out of the grinder. Oh, and if you love blue cheese, you must try theirs. It came on the Wedge salad, but if I went back, would definitely order some to dip my fries in.
google avatar

Joseph G.

Yelp
The food is delicious. Rotating seasonal menu. Which is great if you like trying new things. The service was super friendly and knowledgeable. Something like 800 bottles and I can't imagine how our waitress knew what we wanted without me pointing it out on the bottle list. But she simply jotted it down and it was correct. Zero complaints there. This is a really cool place. Low lighting, plenty of seating. Bar tops, tables and some cool upstair seating as well. I can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Shauna R.

Yelp
We stopped in for happy hour that runs daily 4-6pm and had such a great time. During happy hour the burger and chicken sandwich are 7 bucks each. These were both SOO delicious and perfectly cooked. We also got the bacon app and shrimp cocktail which also blew us away for being really good appetizers! We can't wait to come back another time for happy hour. The full dinner menu also looks delicious.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
Been meaning to try this place for awhile. First the drink selection is insane, pages of bourbon and single malts along with a ton of craft cocktails. Did a flight of Japanese bourbons, very interesting and unique flavors to each one. Onto the food, unique little menu, opted for some brisket sliders to start followed by a bean and pork ravioli. Sizable portion and different in a good way. My guest went more traditional with a big ol' ribeye steak. Service was attentive and the decor is very inviting. Will be back to sample more soon!

Yelp
We stopped in to hear a band. Bar was packed, but they weren't too many people in the restaurant because it was already probably 10 o'clock when we got there. This is a great place to Relax and have a drink while listening to some great live music.. The manager stopped at the table and had a conversation. He made some recommendations in terms of drinks. He stopped by to check on us later in the evening. I was not thrilled with the drink that I had, so he made me something different. He cleared our table, and we thought he was going to box up the leftovers, but he thought we were done. We asked the waitress where the leftovers were, and he had the kitchen make another order because of the misunderstanding.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was great. Easy to make an online reservation. Had caesar salad and strip steak. It was cooked perfectly. Had a chocolate mousse for dessert. For drinks, had an old fashioned and glass of wine. Highly recommend.

Yelp
First time visiting this very interesting place. Vibrant executive sophistication with an amazing selection of whiskey, scotch and rye. Very knowledgeable bartenders as well. And reasonably priced. I love this place and will be back!
google avatar

Shannon S.

Yelp
Can't say enough about this place. While I don't typically eat here, I hear good things. Usually I'll go for the drinks and live music! The bands they have never disappoint! Bartenders are knowledgeable and all of them know how to make a great drink.
google avatar

Jaime P.

Yelp
Best charcuterie board we've ever had. If you want an extra treat, they have Garrison Brothers Guadalupe.
google avatar

Joy S.

Yelp
I'll just start with the fact that the entire staff is amazing. Hostess, bartender, server were all top notch. We arrived 1.5 hours before our reservation, the bar was packed but we were helped immediately. They also have a nice lounge area to sit in. I had told the hostess where we would be and that we were open to being seated early. 30 minutes later, we were. Loved the selection of small plates. Pickles, bacon and brussels. All were fantastic. So good that I didn't take pictures. But seriously, top notch service. Some of the best I've seen.

Yelp
The ambiance was literally perfect! I enjoyed this place so much and it would've been the perfect place for a large but intimate dinner gathering. I decided to check out the Lucky Day Whiskey Bar for my birthday! Customer Service The host was absolutely amazing. I called the same day and was able to get a reservation for ten people with no problem. She answered every question I had about the menu and what to expect during my visit. She was well informed and made me feel incredibly welcomed. Now our server was not as pleasant. While she was polite (maybe) each interaction left me feeling a tad rushed or awkward. Food Because I had already ate something small before coming I was mostly excited about the drinks. However, I am so glad that I ordered the Brussels sprouts ( vegan option YAY!) My friends raved about their food. They specifically highlighting how flavorful it was. MISC - They play live music Thur, Fri, Sat - Parking lot in close proximity. + On street parking right out front. - Reasonably priced food items. Looking forward to returning!

Yelp
Absolutely LOVE the hardwood and exposed brick throughout. Friggin amazing bar, featuring a sliding ladder like a library. Whiskey bar class and charm with great food. The happy hour prices are an extremely good value

Yelp
LOCATION: Close to the keybank center and right off the metro rail which made for easy transportation to/from the arena. AMBIANCE: From the time of arrival right before the dinner rush to the end of dinner it was loud and really hard to hold a conversation. DRINKS: Great selection of Whiskey/Bourbon. Pricing is somewhat high. FOOD: - NY Strip Steak: Cooked perfectly, however, it was not what was ordered (Ribeye). Luckily the server acknowledged the mistake and took the item off the bill entirely. - Scallops: Delicious The wait between ordering time and the food coming out seemed excessive; to the point where we were growing concerned about missing some of the show. If coming during dinner rush, consider arriving earlier than you normally would, to create enough time buffer. We might come by again sometime and give it another shot.

Yelp
We decided to spend our NYE at Lucky Day Whisky Bar. We ordered the bacon appetizer, fried pickles, fries, Mac and cheese, and brisket sliders. My wife loves the Mac and cheese, whereas I loved the brisket sliders and the bacon appetizer. I don't usually like fried foods so the fries and the fried pickles were too much and probably more suitable to be shared amongst 4 people. The drinks were good too and ranged from $8 to $16. Overall, I'd recommend visiting this place for a nice night out, especially if you want to hear a band play. The only disadvantage of this place it how loud the music is. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to hold long conversations with a person, or if you arent good at reading lips.

Yelp
I can't believe this is my 200th review! I'm excited to say it's a BIG 5 STARS! I've been to Buffalo quite a few times for work trips going back to the EB Green days when the location known now as Lucky Day was just a dive bar across the street from the hotel & steakhouse. Now I'm happy to say it's my favorite Steakhouse/Whiskey Bar in Buffalo. I'll try to keep this short, I've been here twice, once for the burger & once for the steak. Both times they have succeeded my expectations with exceptional food & speedy service, especially for a steakhouse. Great speakeasy ambiance & fair prices, I've sat at a table & at the bar. The bartenders are all very educated in whiskey with knowledge & suggestions for you to sample. If you're up for a great night out this is your spot... I know it's mine!

Yelp
This restaurant is amazing. I really enjoyed the brick style decor. For some they may feel it's a little to dark. I feel the dimness suits this place really well. I encourage everyone that decides to come here, please ask for server Jake. Jake was very attentive and informative. Jake not only offered recommendations, but he listens to what you like. Fries- fresh cut with some skin on is always a winner Brisket sliders- wonderful flavors and the meat was so tender. Only complaint was some of the pieces was nothing but fat Halibut- came with a bed of lentils- OMG... you wouldn't think a fish entree could be so filling. But it definitely was filling, and the lentils added so much flavor and heartiness to the meal. Whiskey flights- change often.. but flights was truly amazing with good quality Cheesecake- they should be arrested for how good this tasted Final day thoughts - good food and drinks.. I will be attending again and again

Yelp
Finally came here for a drink and some food! We enjoyed the brussel sprouts... Crispy and buttery! And a burger that had the best level of cheese on it! I definitely thought about how good that burger was the next day! We tried a few drinks, but the Orange Bourbon Cream was the best! Recommend!

Yelp
Service was god awful from the minute we walked in the door. The host greeted with resting bitch face, the minute she noticed we had a service dog with us. She immediately got the manager (Thug) and said she needed permission to let us in. The thug (manager) came up and said there was nowhere left to sit, yet plenty of seating. Then stated if we wanted to eat, we would have to stand in the corner of the seating area and to eat. Manager and host, both assholes. Called NYS liquor Authority to file complaint and Dept. Of Human Rights.

Yelp
Sat at the bar for our anniversary night out. Had an amazing time. All of the bartenders were amazing. I had a Sazerac and a glass of wine. Husband has 2 old fashioneds. I ordered the fillet and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked to medium rare.

Yelp
What can I say? Probly my favorite place to be! Great service and atmosphere. Great happy hour deals food and drinks. Bartenders really second to none just ultra fun, knowledgeable. I'm hard to please so just can't say enough good about everything they do.

Yelp
This might just be my new favorite restaurant! The staff was friendly from the greeter when walking in to the server who helped me make the right decision on my meal. Everyone worked together when they saw empty dishes or a refill for water needed. We started with the beef tartare and 1/2 dozen oysters. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. The waitress recommended the sea bass which was on special. I made the right choice! It was amazing! My husband ordered the flight of whiskey which he enjoyed and a delicious steak with a lobster tail. I love the vibe here and they had some live music on a Saturday night- can't beat it!

Yelp
Love this place for cocktails with friends. The thing that sets Lucky Day apart from all the other cocktail bars is the ambiance. The cozy, cool interior makes any event feel extra special. The drinks are always great. Not sure what to order? Ask the bartenders...they are great in directing you to something you'd enjoy based on your taste preferences. This has been especially helpful for friends who are less experienced in crafted cocktails. The menu is limited but everything I've had has been great! To help keep costs in check, my friends and I love ordering a variety of smaller plates and sharing. In addition to saving some money, we get to try a greater variety of dishes. You can't go wrong with the brussel sprouts & mac and cheese. If I feel like a little more, I pair the Caesar with an order of fries. A great place to visit for sure!
