Lucky Duck Cafe and Bar

Very conflicted with this review. I think the cafe was very understaffed for a busy Saturday morning. Got our drinks pretty quickly and they were delicious. Had to order a second drink because our food took about 30 minutes to arrive. Food was very oily, got the chili scram which was great, large side of kale which wouldn't have been my first choice of side. The brekkie burgers were very untraditional, oily, and might not be for you if you were expecting a regular brekkie burger. Staff were super helpful and atmosphere was really nice just wasn't super impressed with the food. Also cost like $64 for two meals and drinks which is pretty standard now days but felt like too much for this.

Great cafe to hang out with your dog :) The brisket toast was super tasty. The kimchi toast was a bit..meh...would've been better if the kimchi was more cooked

The vibes of Lucky Duck are immaculate. Lots of local produce, cozy vibes, so many good vibes, posters that made me giggle and staff passionate about good food. The menu was so exciting - picking what to choose was a delight.

Love this place! Great coffee, food and customer service. I can highly recommend their awesome fruit toast - by far the best in Brisbane❤️. The good vibes & energy of the Lucky Duck will quietly sneak up, and gently hug you, enjoy!

I had the famous kimchi cheese sandwich and a cold tea. The sandwich was really good and also really big. I shared it with my friend. The space was really nice. The sandwich and two cold teas was 27 $

They’ve got a nice mix of cafe and bar energy, so it works whether you want a coffee or a drink. I came just this evening and it had a great laid-back feel. They've got good music, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere.

I've always enjoyed coming here and have appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. However, I was surprised to see that a babycino is now $4—especially without a marshmallow. While I understand the need for businesses to be profitable, pricing like this feels out of step with what’s typical elsewhere, where babycinos are usually between $1.50 and $2.50. Cafes play an important role in the community as places for people to gather and connect, and fair, accessible pricing can help support that. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Nice cafe with a chill atmosphere. Good coffee, decent food, and not too noisy. Great place to catch up with a friend or just zone out for a bit.
