We had a GREAT time celebrating my sons birthday at this location. I wish I remembered the waiters name but he was great, very attentive and friendly, along with the rest of the staff there that day. Everyone was so accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommend if you’re looking to have a party or just hang out. Drinks and food were really good! Can’t wait to go back !!!

Yesterday Was definitely a day to remember for the ages. We hosted a 25 person party for a birthday and it was sure the best experience anyone could ever asked for. The food was great and obviously the bowling was really really fun. Our dedicated staff member Ethan was probably the best staff member anyone could ever have, its a rare site to see an energetic and enthusiastic staff member like him. When we got an order messed up for the pizza because some of our party members couldn’t eat pork (They should mention the chicken is wrapped in bacon in the Name of the item) He reimbursed us with some complimentary cheese pizzas! In addition when more people came in he gave us a free lane! I’ve never ever seen a staff member more caring then Ethan. The place was clean and offered a-lot although the little arcade was out of service at the time. I would not only recommend the place to people but I would definitely recommend people host there party here as-well as it is definitely 100% worth every single penny. Next time i come in i should bring a shirt saying “ I Heart Ethan”

Do yourself a favor and go to a real bowling alley. Went with my wife, son and a friend of his. Was told our lane was ready. My wife went to go and right after she went a worker came over waving his hands yelling at my wife. Apparently the lane needed a repair. There were no signs indicating that and all that needed to be said was, “I apologize I just need to make a quick repair on this lane.” He continued to scream at my wife and it was at that point I decided we needed to leave. The gentleman behind the front desk was the only helpful and professional worker to assist us. Hopefully corporate will take time to train their workers that they are in customer service first and foremost.

We keep coming back to this place because Jennifer is a sweetheart with excellent customer service and angelic smile 😊 plus her friendly colleague Eli added to the pleasantry of our pool play. We will always come back here and have a good time 💖👍✅😘thanks Jennifer 💗

Call ahead and see if Jenny is the manager...if she is....spend your money elsewhere. My friend reserved a party of 4 for us tonight. That was the first and ONLY thing that went right for us. We arrived and went to the bar where a member of our party asked if the establishment carried tequila and Jenny had a snarky response about most bars having that spirit (we get it...this is you're first time having "authority") however if you're the manager...maybe try being more buttoned up next time. The next 45 minutes was a terrible time of our party's lane not working and then trying to deal with a manager who couldn't care less about our situation. I had to call 9 times (still in business hours) before i got somebody to pickup on the 10th call just to confirm the manager's name was was Jenny. If you feel me calling Jenny out is unfair, please touch base and I'll verbalize how everything occurred on 6/18/22.

I went and left my name and number so they can text me when a lane is open 2 hrs pass when they said only 1hr, I went back and told them what's the wait guy at the desk said wait 5mins they cleaning the lane I get a text soon, 10mins pass at the same time about 25 people pass through to get their lanes, I ask again same guy say oh the people on the lane paid to play longer, it be maybe 45mins lol. But if they extended their play why not give me one of the lanes that the 25 people got while I waited the 5mins. Do yourself a favor people play in a real bowling alley there one in white plains. Awesome place. Don't fall the fancy lights and name.

It was very fun you can play multiple games bowling they have pool tables and other arcade games and the price was reasonable on top of that they close at 2 AM

Worst place to be at specially the manager who was racist and made us wait 2 hours and we never got a lane. Really made us feel horrible when he asked us to stop asking or he would call security and take our whole group out of the place just because we were Hispanic.
