I’m from Canada and purchased a beautiful emerald ring from Lucy Jewelry during a short trip to Cartagena. Unfortunately, one of the emeralds fell out about a month later, likely due to the design not matching my lifestyle. I contacted the store and received excellent, prompt, and personalized service. They offered a repair or a replacement of equal value. I truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this trustworthy jewelry store.

I bought an emerald here 10 years ago. Now I find out that it's appraised at 1/4 of what I paid ( 10 years ago ). In my opinion the entire Colombian emerald industry is a legal scam. Buy your emeralds in your home country, NOT COLOMBIA ! I see your response. The appraisal is not for a second hand resale and the gem is still in its original packaging and has never been used. I will state again that my understanding is that "market rate" in Colombia is much much higher than in other countries and buyers should beware of this.

Another happy customer here. I visited with a budget in mind and the staff patiently showed me the rings that were within my budget. After further explaining what style I was most drawn to, I was then shown a ring that was half my budget and it turns out that was the perfect ring. The fact that they wanted me to have the right ring and not try to “upsell” me shows me that they want their clients to be happy. Yep, I’m one happy girl!

Really enjoyed my time with Alejandra and the team. So pleased I bought from Lucy (and I went round 5 other places in Cartagena before settling on them). My stud earrings had a 25% increase when valued back in the UK. (This does take into account I went to the airport and got my tax back, which was painful to wait, but a hefty saving). Highly recommend.

They would make more sales if they were willing to negotiate, a chain and cross with NO emeralds quoted at $1,200 USD? Instead of our party of 5 people each purchasing an item, they received no money from us. Better to buy Emeralds in the US, less expensive, less of a rip off, and the same if not better quality 😋 Plus you won’t have to deal with the owner talking poorly about you in Español. Entendí lo que estabas diciendo!

In love with my beautiful ring. Lucy store helped my partner whose Colombia choose a commitment ring as he likes to call it and even when I was looking I didn't have a clue that the store and my partner were already talking.
