Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased an item over $1,500 and tried multiple times to access the return policy before placing the order, but the “Return & Exchange” page was consistently broken. Even after providing a screenshot as proof, the seller insisted the policy was visible and blamed third-party providers or my device — instead of taking accountability.
They refused my return, citing a no-returns policy for international orders, which was never clearly displayed due to the technical issue. Customer service was slow, unprofessional, and dismissive — responding days later through disconnected message threads without offering any real solution. I even offered to return the item to Turkey at my own expense, but was still denied.
After this experience, I would never recommend it — especially for international buyers.
