LUGANODANTE - We Like You

Well located hotel with very efficient staff. Helpful and friendly. Grateful to hotel staff who agree to store our luggage while we travel to Como for 2 nights. The mixology bar and drinks - one of the best we tried. Dinner at Flamel is also good - chef is innovative and creative with presentation. Hope to be back again.

Wonderful hotel staff. Very welcoming and comfortable in the heart of Lugano. Easy access to the train, city and activities. The food here is amazing. We walked to the funiculars, lake, boats and restaurants. Loved our stay! Thank you Luganodante.

Excellent hotel great location. Room modern and stylish and quiet. Bed was very comfortable with a great pillow menu selection. We had dinner in restaurant meal was one of the best we have had in a long time. Only negative is that we could not have stayed longer on this trip , but will definitely stay longer next time .

If anyone wishes to see what excellent hospitality is, they should stay at Luganodante. "We like you" is not a marketing slogan but a way of living and treating the customers with the highest hospitality standards, friendliness, kindness and smile. The staff (reception, breakfast staff, housekeeping, restaurant) goes beyond their way to make you feel good. As a customer, you indeed feel very special. The hotel is perfectly located, literally 30seconds from the funicular. Rooms are cosy and well equipped (coffee, tea and bar with soft drinks included). Breakfast is breathtaking - the variety is great with plenty of tasty options in place and the best coffee ever. When we go back to Lugano this will be definitely our choice to stay. Upon the check out, each guest receives a bottle of water and you may leave luggage in the storage. Thank you to Simone and the entire staff of Luganodante for their help and kindness. This stylish property in the center of Lugano might at first seem more appropriate for a high-end business meeting than a romantic getaway but is well-staffed and boasts a very ample breakfast buffet, an extension of the Flamel restaurant. Just minutes to shopping, the lakefront and a very short funicular ride to the train station. It's a practical choice if you don't want to get out of town and above it all.

Luganodante was our first ever Swiss hotel and the bar has been set so high. Family of 4 stayed comfortably in the Family Room (loft style). The view was golden and the breakfast was probably some of the best we’ve had at any hotels. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hope to back soon!

We loved Lugano and our stay at LuganoDante (family of four). The room was clean, well arranged, modern; the beds (even the kids' sofabed) very comfortable - we all had a great sleep. The bathroom design and functionality were great, with the slippers and fluffy bathrobes and separate room for the toilet. The staff were amazing - we had trouble finding the private parking and one of the staff came out in the pouring rain to find and direct us. The front desk were very helpful and accommodating as well. The breakfast was delicious - such a large selection of fruits, muesli, cheeses, coldcuts, eggs, breads, and then the special order items. It was a great stay and we will definitely return!

The best hotel of our Switzerland trip. Great location, nice and cozy room, super clean and brand new bathroom with high quality materials. Breakfast was extraordinary. Staff was so friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay.
