I wanted to order a few sandwiches late after midnight. The guy extremely unfriendly gave me wrong information about night price of the room and then refused to sell any food. When attempted to order on the room, he refused the service and then lied !!! that toasts are over! It's ridiculous for 4* hotel to refuse service and to lie! How can you run out of toast in a hotel!?!?! Horrible! The guy needs to be fired on the spot!!!

The point is not that you have to comply with some regulations. Your employee lied! And made everything possible to refuse service TO HOTEL GUESTS!!! Not me. When I asked a hotel guest to order food, which I was first told was possible, your employee realised it could be for me, and made it impossible for them, he first asked stupid questions, then that he only cam serve it to the room, which was fine to the guests, then that he cannot wrap it in paper. Nothing of this mattered in fact - he just tried to refuse the service and when the guests insisted, he went to accept the order, only to come back in 5 minutes (he made us wait) to say that he cannot make the sandwiches, as there're no toasts left... in a 4 star hotel! So, to repeat: ordering sandwiches to the room as such would have been possible, there's no regulation against it 😀 He confirmed it to me and them. But lying and refusing them in this fashion is a no-go!!!
