Lui Coffee

This is really only for students who are not great sleepers I was walking by at 02.40 hours went in ordering a coffee and a cake food and coffee were ok but service is very poor. Part 2. As per a reply from “The Management Team “ no name this is not acceptable as for your request to be more specific please read my review and it’s extremely specific “staff services” is a big problem and to be fair to one and all when replying please but a name as a starting point when seeking engagement, I do appreciate the fact you “Team member “ reply so quickly

Highly recommended for coffee but scramble and eggs Benedict with salmon- very bad. Syrniki is good as well. Nice atmosphere and staff. Portion of Pancakes is gigantic)

The food was not fresh and not eatable. I had to throw away a 25 lari meal! The cabbage side salad was not fresh. The hummus was blend; not salty, not spicy, tasted like grass mush. The falafel balls were like chewing a dry paper. The only fine part of the meal was uncooked vegetables. I guess they managed not to screw them up.

I’ve visited Lui Cafe more than 20 times and placed over 50 delivery orders. They take a while to prepare, but it’s usually worth it. This time I received a poorly made salmon Benedict from Lui Cafe. Usually, there’s more fish and sauce. You can compare the expectation and reality in the photos. They used to deliver it as shown in the second photo. When I reached out to Wolt support, they relayed the restaurant’s message that this is how the dish is supposed to be now. Terrible customer service. I won’t be ordering or visiting them again.

The food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and they even had outdoor seating with a garden.

This place served a good English breakfast! The vibe of the restaurant was great and the staff were very nice and welcoming. We got avocado toast which was good and green omelet was average. But the chocolate pancakes were super 👍🏻 I absolutely recommend it.

Love the coffee and food in this place, it’s always good, and prices are very fair as well. Had the Scrambled Eggs with Four Cheeses and a delicious Big Coffee Latte - super good combination! Very recommended.

Place is good, near Mziuri park. Cafe is small and tables are too close to each other. Coffee was delicious, i had Cappuccino. Liked syrnyki also. Prizes are a bit high, had better food in other places in lower prize. Overall you can go there but, there are better places to go in Tbilisi.
