I’ve been coming here regularly for about 3 months and ordering the same dish every time: avocado toast with 3 fried eggs. Unfortunately, the order has been wrong around 6–7 times.
I’ve tried explaining verbally, showing photos of fried eggs, and even using Google Translate - but it’s still a gamble what arrives. Today it was wrong again, so I asked for a refund, which they did give.
The coffee and atmosphere and staff are nice, but after this many repeat issues, it’s no longer a language misunderstanding - it’s a consistency and execution problem.
