Luigi's Italian Pizzeria & Pasta Bar

A nice and busy atmosphere, clearly extremely popular with a line out the door. Make sure to book in advance. Excellent quality pizza and pasta. Waiters' service could use with some friendliness. Decently priced compared to the rest of Grand Baie, but drinks are expensive everywhere.

🍝🍤 Had a lovely time at Luigi’s Italian Pizzeria and Pasta Bar! The service was great and very friendly. We ordered the seafood gratin and lasagne—both were delicious and full of flavor. The mojito drinks were refreshing and too good! 🍹 Definitely worth a visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very popular place, with a line up outside. Food is ok, service isn’t really good. We took pasta and pizza and they we good but nothing exceptionnal.

Absolutely fabulous 👌🏼 Went there twice ready, once for lunch and once for dinner. Great service, superb food.. My kids love it as well🥰

The best place to hit after 9 PM when the majority of places are closed already, or their kitchen stopped taking orders. Tried all pasta they have and then started from scratch by trying everything with tagliatelle. Wonderful! Staff is very attentive and friendly. Jalapeno pizza is off charts, if you crave something spicy and cheesey. August 2025, tried red velvet and pistachio - ricotta cheesecake, oh my goodness, it's beyond being good, it's divine. My mom tried them like a year ago and they were wonderful.

Ordered calamar croustillant, chicken lasagna, Hawaiian pizza. The lasagne was one of the best, and the pizza was of a thin base and well garnished. There was crushed chili with lemon that were served on the side. Amazing staff and a great atmosphere. I loved the indoor-outdoor sitting set up.

Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday night, lovely atmosphere and we were quickly seated despite it being busy. We ordered the prawn ravioli, Greek salad and marinara pizza with red wine. Couldn’t fault the food or service, delicious, fresh and our food arrived altogether and promptly. Our kids were even given colouring in pages which is the first time we have experienced this in Mauritius. Thank you so much, we will be back!

It is hard to find a place with fast service and good food in Mauritius. The pizzas are very good, the ambience is marvellous, the waiters are sympathetic and fast. It is a very good place in terms of price performance. I recommend you to try their cocktails. A place we prefer as a family. The gesture they made on my daughter's birthday was also very nice.
