A very particular restaurant, unique I would say. The food was typical from the place. The food was good too. My potatoes were too salty and the rice was uncooked. However they didn’t made us pay the rice (we should have told them at the beginning though). However the atmosphere was good and the service was amazing! You should try this place if you are in Prague!

On one side, the atmosphere was nice and cosy, good service but the food was very disappointing. I know how’s the food from the Balkans but unfortunately this was a very bad imitation. I expected much more from Bosnian owners. Really good, i guess, home made ajvar though

Great service! I went there on Easter, it was fully booked, I hadn't made appointment. After sometime, the owner came out and told me there's a last minute cancellation! Hurray! I love how it's decorated. I'd say you enjoy both food and atmosphere here, so don't just comment on the food. My pork steak was salty, the seafood risotto was a bit average, but the baklava was a bomb! Their homemade bread is something you definitely can't find in Prague (bread without kumin!!!)

We liked the interior design so much! It felt like a Balkan dream with fabulous song choices. Also special thanks to the nice lady who took a picture of us. About the food, the cover was extraordinary, especially the garlic one. The cheese one also came with the cevapcici as well and it was a bit too much of cheese overall but still don't regret that we ordered the cover since the garlic one was worth trying. About cevapcici, it was tasty but nothing of extraordinary. The salad was also nice, it is just that I feel like 155 czks is a bit pricey for a basic salad. Overall, a place that you can visit to experience the atmosphere and try some different coisine other than Czech

This place is really something special! The service was the best we’ve received in Prag! Our waiter always had an eye on every table and made sure that we are comfortable at all times. The food was amazingly good! If you’re in Prague you should have lunch, dinner or both! We are coming back for sure!

Very nice service and delicious food. We ordered mix of meats for two - everything was great, various selection of Jugoslavian wines, and the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return soon.

Beautiful restaurant near the castle. Amazing local food at good prices! If you visit Praga should be on your to do list!

Google
the most amazing and heart-warming place to eat in prague! we were welcomed in this wonderful restaurant that looked like an art piece itself. by all the paintings and weird objects hanging from the ceiling, i wouldn’t be too surprised to see the mad hatter coming out of one of the drawers! the owner, a colorful and elegant beauty, brings her mixed culture into the traditional plates she serves. everything was fresh and lovely made, and it doesn’t matter if english is not your strenght: serbian, italian,, the amazing staff knows it all! i really suggest the beetroot carpaccio because that goat cheese was just out of space extraordinary!! it left me with such happiness to find a place like this one. don’t miss it!!

Yelp
Went on a 3-night trip to Prague with my wife and had the chance to dine at Luka Lu on our first night and was very impressed with the food that we had to come back for lunch two days later to satisfy our cravings. They have amazing food, great ambiance and such wonderful staff. As we are both seafood lovers, we were in for a treat! Their lava grilled calamari is so tender & tasty. We also love the black risotto & grilled prawns. The grilled salmon was great as well.

Yelp
Really great food!! If you love Mediterranean and MEATS this is the place for you! White wines were great and Greek salad was incredible. Would come again for sure!

Yelp
Fantastic food, great service and eclectic and fun ambiance. Great value too. We had Hot wine, beetroot carpaccio with baked goatcheese, mussels, chicken soup, dessert (w caramel). This was our best meal in Prague.

Yelp
Missing your Balkan food while in Prague? Luka Lu will take you right back. Nice place, full of colour, with multiple rooms.

Amelia Melody A.

Yelp
Restaurant was decorated nicely and very unique. Service was great too. Friendly staff and the owner is there to ensure everything was well. The food is excellent. I couldn't be happier after a long day of exploring Prague on our first day. We had "beg" soup, octopus salad and the squid stuffed with cheese and prosciutto. All were cooked to perfection. I know they can cook because the squid was not overcooked and chewy. It's very flavorful. Most importantly, the octopus on the salad was so tender. I had octopus before and it was so tough but this one almost melts in your mouth. Try this restaurant. It's such a great find in this unfamiliar city.

Yelp
Cute, colorful place with nice selection of seafood and wines from Croatia. We enjoyed our lunch there and the service was good!

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant and great food!! The starter bread that they give for free and the spreads that came with it were delicious. Ordered two appetizers - a cheese pastry and a pumpkin soup. I got a chicken entree and my boyfriend got a lamb dish. Each of us also had two alcoholic drinks. Total came out to a bit less than 1000 koruna, or about 20 USD per person which is such a good deal considering we got drinks and appetizers and all the food was such amazing quality. The service was so good especially for Europe where they can take forever, the server was always checking on us!! I checked out the other rooms in the restaurant too and they had a couple cages of cute birds like parakeets, wish I dined in those rooms!!

Yelp
A quirky little restaurant with deliciously awesome food. If you order a main dish, they bring out complimentary bread and two types of cheese spreads; loved the homemade bread. My main dish was lamb sausage which came with another softer cheese spread(goat maybe), onions and lettuce; also ordered a side of rice which was just ok - but everything worked well together. Staff was nice and attentive, but only really spoke to us if we called them over or if they saw an empty plate or drink. I just assumed they didn't want interrupt us.

Yelp
Such a cute restaurant! Really interesting decor. They have some tables outside and then multiple rooms inside. We sat towards the front in a sort of booth. So many things on the menu sounded good. I didn't get a pic of the homemade bread, but it was so good. The beef patty with cheese and peppers was tasty and the cheese added a pleasant flavor. The sausages tasted kind of like a slim Jim, in a good way. The service was good. Very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Very good restaurant with great service. It was a deliciously flavored dinner but to be honest the penne was plain and season free of enough salt. The balance of acid for the dish was wonderful and well thought out. If you need a place to go for dinner where you can have Balkan food, this is the place.

Yelp
Craving Balkan food while I was at the Czech Republic, and the hotel concierge found this place for me. Upon arrival the place looked like a casual dining place with lots of blue colours. I ordered cevappi. Food tasted good but I wish they cooked it a little longer. Potato salad Cevappi Coke -------- €16.00

Yelp
You can't help feeling happy and encouraged about your evening when you walk into Luka Lu. It's bright, colorful, cheery and full of unique treasures showcasing the owners Slovenian heritage. It's a small restaurant that fills up quickly with knowing locals so you'll want a reservation. We found ourselves in a small dining area with about six table. Our immediate neighbors were extremely enthusiastic about each other and that made for an entertaining first course for the rest of us in the room with them. The restaurant clearly seems like a family operation in which the owners and servers really care about the food, representing their culture through cuisine and just giving their customers an enjoyable evening. While the service is professional, it's also a bit homey and at times you feel like you are visiting your Slovenian uncle and aunt for dinner in their home. The "home" by the way really has to be seen to be appreciated. It's fun of interesting artwork including shutters and drapes where there are no windows and a clock mysteriously stopped at 2:20, which had us wondering if that's when the battery ran out or if that's a time something special happened in Slovenia. The food is simple and very very good. By simple, I mean the salad of red onions and fresh tomatoes was indeed just really fresh tomatoes and really good onions. The Slovenian version of fish stew was a bit more complex, almost Spanish with paprika, saffron and other colorful ingredients and just as tasty. While we thoroughly enjoyed Czech food during our visit, we found this place offered something just a little lighter in its cuisine and that was a welcome place. And take it from our neighbors exploring each other's dental work a mere 12 inches away from our table, this restaurant will certainly put you in a good mood and ready for a big night out. If you are looking for a neighborhood gem in Prague's designer neighborhood where people pick out their textiles for custom dresses in the shadows of several embassies, I think you'll really enjoy Luka Lu. This was by far one of our favorite finds in Prague. Considering we had gone to a Michelin-starred restaurant in Prague earlier in the trip, I have to say that, for my tastes, I'll take Luka Lu with its great food and friendly service any day of the week. Hope you enjoy your visit there as well!

Yelp
Wonderful meal for our group of eight. Service was very good. Wonderful flavors, good qualities. Recommend you try, worth it.

Yelp
Super! Wonderful, colorful, funky interior with a Mediterranean menu. This place has lots of charm and character. Highlights of my meal were the flounder cooked to perfection, buttery flaky and so so good. Also, the hot chocolate was rich, creamy, and delicious. The only downside was that the traditional music was being played loudly at lunchtime, and it was a bit overwhelming.

Yelp
Possibly my favorite restaurant in Prague! I was craving Balkan food in a bad way, and was so excited to find this gem. We ordered the plate for "a demanding appetite", which came with pljeskavica, roast chicken and vegetables, some ribs, and of course cevapi! I asked for kajmak and ajvar on the side. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the two dishes our server recommended to us, but one was roasted bell pepper stuffed with cheese, and the other like a cross between a croissant and a quiche. All of the dishes were incredible. I don't know if the meat plate was meant for one person with a "demanding appetite", but the two of us were about to burst. A variety of staff members checked on us frequently, and our server even chatted with me and gave me the name and address of a Balkan grocery store to get some ajvar. The restaurant as a whole is so adorable, my friend could barely contain herself. There's even a beautiful sitting area like someone's backyard, complete with a level that looks like a treehouse! All in all, a total charmer.

Yelp
So let me be clear - this place is weird. We noticed it immediately from the outside as it's the most colourful looking place for miles. And It's designed as though someone had a crazy acid trip when they were putting together the decor. There are doll houses, chairs on the ceiling, ships in bottles in faux-windows, all mixed into a cosy diner style layout. However, it's also brilliant. The place is a great conversation starter in itself, with all that wacky decor. There's also that this place is family owned, serving traditional Balkan food. Yes, it's Prague, but why not? And then the menu.. I couldn't look past the prospect of trying a traditionally prepared octopus with potatoes, pepper, onions, garlic and parsley - and it was oh, so good. Like, really, really good. Seriously, come here and have the octopus. So, good. I also have chicken wings for a starter, and they were delicious. And generous portion sizes on both dishes left me very filled - excellent dinner. The only draw back was the service - though the waiter spoke excellent English, we spent much of our time at Luka Lu sat around waiting for service, which was odd considering we were the only people in the restaurant. I'm clipping off a star for that, but don't let it discourage you from trying the excellent cuisines here.

Alexander P.

Yelp
It looks simple from the outside, but the atmosphere inside is amazing. The decoration brings you to the former Yugoslavia, and the food does not disappoint. Highly recommend. Also, I only spoke English, and the waitress spoke very good English.

Yelp
I was wondering what´s gonna be the 100th review about. I was thinking about something amazing. Something what I love. And then I realize I didn´t review this place. Perfect. So here we go :-) Well placed between Malostranské náměstí and Újezd. It´s a little bit pricey so it´s not for regular visits but it´s sooooo worth to visit this place at least few times per year. Decoration. The first thing what will hit you is the decoration. It´s amazing. It´s maybe overdecorated but perfectly overdecorated. And it works. And it´s a good topic to talk about while waiting for meals. Meals. Ok, so this item is also very highly ranked. The cousine is mix of balkan and mediterrian area. So you can order specialities like pljeskavica, čevapčiči as well as pasta, steakes, fish and many other. They have only Pilsner (beer) but also very good wine list. Plus they offer liquers from Macedonia, Croatia and Bosna and Herzegovina. Just try it and prove me that I am wrong when I say that this should be on "to visit" list for any fan of good time and delicious meals. You don´ t have a chance :-)

Yelp
The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful. it is full of colorful art. combined with the plants and the birds, it creates an extremely pleasant environment to converse and enjoy, as if you travelled away from a big city to a seaside town. their kitchen offers both more "known" (internationalized) european cuisine, but it would be a mistake to skip the local delicacies for those. they were freshly and expertly made.

Yelp
This was by far the worst meal we had in Prague. Overpriced and underwhelming. Yes, the restaurant has a cute ambiance but the food is absolutely terrible. My wife had shrimp and pasta. It had three wimpy shrimps with worse pasta than in a college dorm room. I had an expensive beef dish that was really Salisbury steak but not as tasty. My potatoes were cold and it had a side of raw onions!? It was almost inedible. The best part was the bread and spread. The app we got was good but the prosciutto was stale and the "goat" cheese didn't originate from a goat.

Jill S.

Yelp
My family and I were very excited to come here because it was recommended to us. We made a reservation and was seated pretty quick. The decor was so cool and memorable. However, the service was super slow. Our food took a really long time. It was extremely hot this day (not to the fault of the restaurant of course) but they had no ice. We wished that they would have sat us outside near the misters and fan. Overall, food was okay, service was terribly slow, memorable, funky, decor. I enjoyed going just because I loved to look around at the place but the rest of my family was pretty fed up.

Yelp
We had a lovely dinner last night at Luka Lu. Four of us sat in the garden courtyard and each ordered a starter and main. Each dish was perfectly flavored and portions were large. Our favorites were the tomato salads and the grilled calamari. The staff was very friendly and charming! We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal with a variety of food preferences.

Mads W.

Yelp
Food was excellent and the decor is out of the ordinary and very funny and interesting. Service was however appalling. We waited for more than an hour before our food arrived and then the side orders were missing. Waiter tried to blame it on the kitchen but truth was that he had forgotten to send it to the kitchen. Rule #1: Don't assume customers are stupid. It's a sure way to lose your tips.

Yelp
We visited Luka Lu Restaurant on our last night in Prague and I am very pleased that I did't miss that gem. When I first entered the place the eclectic decoration just hit me. It is so colorful, joyful and different but it really goes very well with the atmosphere. We were welcomed very friendly, the sevice people suits very well with the atmosphere, they were kind, positive, very frindy and smiling. The menu of the restaurant is basically Balkan and Yugoslavian which is very close to our taste (Turkish). Everything we had was delicious. The hot starters goat cheese stuffed peppers, the wine, cream cheese with garlic starter were exteremely delicious. But my vote is for the lamb dish which was a traditional Balkan dish, cooked in a special metal pot called "sac"in the oven for a long time. The meat was so soft even you don't need to chew, There were dessert alternatives in the menu such as baklava, pannacotta which seemed delicious. The menu was really good and there were many dishes that I wanted to taste but we were too ful. We shared the meet and the peppers with my husband. The portion of the meet dish was big enough for two people. This time we decided not to exaggerate and try to eat like normal human beings. Although I was dying for a desert, i stop myself eating it but they all seem excellent. The place is not very cheap but it worths. I recommend you to live this great experience of Luca Lu Restaurant.

Dominic H.

Yelp
I have got no idea why this place has such a high rating. Went there with my spouse to celebrate our anniversary. The place was half empty, we had to wait for the waiter ages and he wasn't even pleasant.. The food was.. Well it wasn't nice. Neither of us finished there food and after that we didn't even think of any desert as we did not want to be even more disappointed. Inside of the restaurant is for sure very extraordinary although it needs a good cleaner as it was dusty as hell! Definitely not coming back as there are many better and less pricey restaurants in Prague!
google avatar

Sarianne S.

Yelp
Balkan restaurant with colourful, summery decoration and outside terrace. The food is pretty good and there is a lot of seafood available. Risotto I had was a bit tasteless though. Service is better than average. Overall could recommend to pop by if you're in the neighbourhood and fancy Balkan food, but not worth coming from far.

Yelp
My husband and I were very excited to try out this place, as it got rave reviews and was highly recommended. Pictures looked unique and romantic, and we thought we were in for a great dinner experience after a long day of sight seeing . The place was stated to close at 11 pm & we arrived a few minutes before 10:30. The server told us since the kitchen was closed already, we could only choose from 3 items on the menu (none of which seemed appetizing , but we were starving so we ordered Pork sausage anyways and a couple glasses of vino) . While placing our order, the server seemed annoyed with us and upset he had customers-- Not the kind of service we expected. While we were waiting, another server or manager started to bring in chairs from outside and clean up around our table, making us feel very unwelcome. What he did next was the icing on the cake-which ultimately forced us to leave before getting our food. The server/ manager CHEWED HIS FINGERNAILS OFF AND SPIT THEM ON THE FLOOR, right in front of us , very nonchalantly. If this is happening in front of customers, what the heck is going on in the kitchen ? We put down 10 euros for our wine and got out of there ASAP, starving and extremely grossed out.
google avatar

Yelp
This was a GODSEND in this city. Amazingly good food - the Balkan salad was a great version or original Greek - followed by great pasta, wine, and the service was the best we've had!!! Don't miss this friendly cool spot for food or drink!
google avatar

Yelp
What a great find! Vibrant and colorful decor and the covered atrium was eclectic and cheerful. Food was phenomenal! Get the "fish soup". This is a misnomer, it is really a seafood soup packed full clams and other seafood, not fish -- it was quite delicious. The prawns were great. Service excellent. Price very reasonable for the type of food you get. Wish I had a place like this back at home.
google avatar

Larry P.

Yelp
Average to small portions, over salted, one of the pasta dishes was undercooked. Waiter insisted that it had been cooked correctly, but offered to take the dish off the bill. Decent food, nothing special, maybe a little overpriced.

Ravi R.

Yelp
Phenomenal. The food was great and the service was excellent. My daughter found this place and although we had to walk a bit to find it, it was well worth it.
google avatar

Joan B.

Yelp
We were underwhelmed by the food itself. Our three meals were the grilled pork, chicken risotto, and spaghetti with shrimp. The pork was very dry, the risotto was basic and fairly tasteless and the spaghetti, while cooked to perfection, was a bowl of noodles sitting in a oily pool with 3 shrimp and no basil to be found. The bread and spreads were delicious, the atmosphere is delightful. Everything else was basic and not terribly flavorful.

R. M.

Yelp
This was a very memorable meal thanks to the attention of our server Michael (also known as The Blonde). Food was great - had the squid ink and calamari risotto, mixed appetizer with cold cuts, veggies, cheese and olives, and a gorgeous salad. The place is funky and interesting, look at the details and enjoy. Sit back and have a cold drink.

Yelp
This is a 5 star restaurant. Highly recommended for seafood lovers visiting Prague and staying in the area.

Yelp
Kills me to write this review but perhaps it will save another person the experience we had-- and perhaps hould have said something sooner. We arrived for dinner around 9:15 and ordered 2 beers, a greek salad, and a cheese platter. Also ordered 2 entrees-- one chicken and the other the house special lamb which was highly recommended. The beers, salad, and cheeses came promptly and the salad was phenomenal-- fresh and perfectly dressed. We finished around 9:40 and waited for the entrees. Our waitress never came back to the table but a nice younger guy came by and asked if we wanted 2 more beers . . . we did and he cleared the table from all the dishes from the salad and cheeses. This was about 10:00p. Around 10:30p we said we should get the check and go since the entrees never appeared and no one came back to ask if we wanted more beers, for us to ask about the entrees, etc. At 10:40p I was able to get the attention of the guy who brought us beers and said we would like the check. When he brought us the check, we told him the entrees never appeared yet they were on the bill. He seemed stunned. He went back to the kitchen, we could hear the chef and a women yell back and forth, and finally the guy came out and asked which items he should take off the check. We showed him, he apologized for the evening, and on a 795 he said just make it 700 for the service tonight. A nice gesture. The place seemed to offer great entrees from what we saw others eating. We gave them the benefit of the doubt for too long that the entrees were taking awhile to prepare. Had someone been by the table sooner we probably would have asked but that was our fault I guess for not wandering back to the kitchen area and asking. I wouldn't go again since forgetting entrees is not a good option for a restaurant. But the guy who finally helped us get our check was very nice and could not apologize enough. No clue whatever happened to the woman we first saw and who took our order . . . and told me the lamb was amazing. I'll have to believe her-- as hard as that is.

Gasalot H.

Yelp
Pretty mediocre food. My roast pork was significantly overcooked. Pasta dishes were ok. Prices are reasonable and the menu is large so maybe we didn't try enough things to find something that would bring me back.
google avatar

Natalia D.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants for having a Balkan food in Prague. The place is quite big and decorated in an eye-catching cosy countryside style. The menu selection is very good and has several delicious dishes from Yugoslavian (or now ex-Yugoslavian) cuisine. The alcoholic drinks are also represented very well including Croatian, Macedonian, Montenegrin and Bosnian wine; however, the choice of non-alcoholic drinks is really limited. They play Balkan music, and the whole atmosphere of the place is comfortable and relaxing. The service is amazing, the waiters are chatty and friendly. If you're in a big company, you may have to wait for food longer, but meals are tasty.

Yelp
Luka Lu is a gem of Prague. We came here on a recent trip to Prague with some Slovakian friends for a birthday lunch and it was the food highlight of our trip. You can tell from the street that it has a lot of kooky character-- it's so colorful and fun! The is food from the former Yugoslavia, a first try for me, and I'll be back! We had a large party so we were able to try all the warm appetizers and they were all fantastic! My favorites were the mussels, the prawns, and the stuffed pepper. The bread and spreads they give you are also very yummy. The baked octopus main was delicious! I love calamari but had never had I types like this-- really great! The waiter was very friendly and accommodating with perfect English as well. The mains were a bit slow to come out, but we had 14 people so it's hard to truly comment. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience in Prague!
google avatar

Cheri S.

Yelp
This place was quite delicious! We sat out on the street side tables and didn't realize until we finished our meal how extensive this restaurant really was. Charmingly decorated inside with multiple rooms and back garden courtyard. We ordered spaghetti with prawns, basil & olive oil along with a chicken Caesar salad and mixed seafood salad. The prawns were large and extremely succulent. The mixed seafood salad included a wide variety of of items including squid, octopus and mussels. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the Caesar dressing was a little thick and mayonaisey. Is that a word? However the chicken pieces were large, plentiful and very tender.

Yelp
If you are in Prague for even an hour, make a reservation at this restaurant. If you don't go here, you're seriously missing out on the single best experience I had in Prague. Everything was so incredible that my boyfriend tried to take me back here the next night. The wine and the food are Balkan specialties and the wait staff is incredibly courteous and attentive. We know that you aren't really supposed to tip in Europe but we had to leave some extra. If you look at the photos for this restaurant, you might be kinda freaked out by the pictures of the octopus. Don't be. This was the single best seafood dish I've ever had.

Diletta B.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I always come here for dinner whenever we are in Prague!we love everything here!the food, the atmosphere and the service!!!wonderful place!a must in Prague :)))

Henry R.

Yelp
There are probably 4000 restaurants in Prague, so why go here? For one thing, it is a restaurant with a sense of humor. There is a chair on the ceiling. With a pair of ballet shoes on it. For another, the service is friendly, welcoming and fast. A family of 5 at another table worked with one waitress to craft their own version of the menu choices to everyone's content. For a third reason, the food is excellent. There is pork, of course (this is Prague after all) but the nice piece of roast was cooked with potatoes and baked under cheese. We also had a frutti de mare risotto, which wasn't overflowing with shellfish but had pieces of mussel and squid mixed in, plus the price was reasonable. And that's the final reason. Overall it is a very good value. So if you are in Mala Strana and are looking for something besides pig knuckle or goulash, Luka Lu should more than satisfy.

W R.

Yelp
Disappointing. I had a risotto in black ink sauce with a variety of fish. The cold octopus on the side was the only thing worthwhile on the plate. The Shrimp, muscles and octopus in the risotto all were overdone and/or not fresh. My guess was overdone. To make the matter worse, this is a pretty expensive place for prague. On the plus side, the Decore is different and fun. They put a lot of effort into that. If they put as much into the food, it would be a great place.

Hui An K.

Yelp
Was here at 12noon on a Friday, small little cosy cafe was 3/4 filled. Ordered grilled octopus, black risotto and Mussels. Food And their coffee tastes good. service was attentive and polite. I like how the radio switches on in the washroom when you switch on the lights :)

Yelp
We were not sure what to expect of a traditional Czech and Balkan menu, but we took the risk even though my husband is a picky eater. We found that the menu has a little something for everyone. The sea bass was served as the full body of the fish (not used to this), but it was delicious. The steamed spinach was amazing, as were the grilled vegetables. They serve wonderful homemade bread with two different spreads as well as oil and basalmic. It seems Balkan food is known for their grilled cheeses - the salad with grilled goat cheese did not disappoint and came with a generous portion of goat cheese. Service was friendly and the decor very eclectic. Our server let us sample some Czech liquor before deciding on our drink order, and then a complimentary dessert was provided - seemed to be similar to an apple strudel. I'd recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants a great meal in an establishment where you might be able to escape some of the regular touristy spots.

Yelp
as always lamb under sač is the beacon of lamb ever made. tender, tasty, moist and full of sin. red Macedonian wine is the perfect match.

Amy C.

Yelp
Really disappointing. Arrived at 6 without a reservation. Taken to the way back room, told we could not sit anywhere else because the entire restaurant was booked up for the evening. We ordered several things to share, some olives, a soup, an appetizer, an entree and some veggies. We wanted to taste as much of a variety as we could. They brought out everything at once and most of it was Luka warm. The soup was hot, but everything else just barely warmed over and by the time we finished the starter, the main was cold. I think the food might have been tasty but not reheated in a microwave and dumped unceremoniously on the table all at the same time. Clearly felt like the bum's rush. My husband ordered a scotch with ice on the side which arrived in two fancy cut crystal glasses, one for ice, one for the drink. About halfway through the drink, the waiter who insisted on seating us in noman's land came by to switch out the ice glass with a very simple glass. There were no other people in our area and just a few tables full up front when we left. It was just too much for them to leave the glass until after we left. Ungracious and absolutely bizarre. The bill came to about 50US, which sounds cheap, but was the poorest value we've experienced thus far in Prague. So many nice places with food that seems fresher, and without a "doing you a favor" attitude. Such a shame for a well-regarded place.
