Had Sunday brunch. Great service, clean, neat place with relaxed and cool atmosphere. This is definitely a brunch place and food was delicious! Loved their cappuccino and Turkish eggs! Yum!! Lemonades delicious as well! Hubby had hamburger and kids had mini burgers from kids menu all delicious! Fries were so crispy and good! Would definitely return. The hostess was very accommodating. We wanted inside because it was very hot however, there were no inside tables available. She sat us in a shaded nice spot with big fan on top which made it feel breezy and not too hot. She told us she would transfer us inside if a table opened and within a few minutes one did! She returned to us and gave us the option to go inside which we took. Much cooler inside. The place was busy without feeling packed and service was still fast! Would definitely return and recommend!

Loved the food. The staff is great and accommodated my every request. The idea of a sharing menu is fantastic so I was able to try multiple dishes which i loved as menu is all a must-try! Best restaurant experience on a Mothers day. Restaurant is also very kid friendly, my son loved the pancakes.

Great food and fast service! We sat outside, and people watched. It was a nice restaurant to end our day with. I loved the ambient lighting it was romantic. Lots of outdoor seating. Bar seating and indoor seating are available as well. I ate before my phone but, get the fish tacos and tuna tartar, it was excellent!

Food- 4.5 Service- 2 Very cute place! Service for us was lacking. I had to grab a different waiter to get ours. By then didn’t even need what I wanted. And even after getting the to go box it took awhile to get our check. Got the house waffle which was yummy! I even liked the syrup which was on the thinner side. I’m usually a thicker syrup kind of gal but theirs was good! Ham and cheese omelette with potato’s and bagel! That was good too! BF got the Lulu burger and that was great! Love the fries! The food was great altogether! Very happy

We came on a very busy day, Father’s day, the wait for the food was long, the house offered us Prosecco free, but our waitress Stephanie was nice, a girl with all the patience and gifts to deal with the public. Although we are not from the demanding public, your attitude relieves our wait. The food was delicious and so was the atmosphere.

I had a wonderful meal with my 2 grown sons. Sat outside on a busy Friday evening with a very attentive server. The spinach dip and goat cheese croquettes were tasty appetizers. For entrees, we had fish tacos, chicken Alfredo fettuccine and the skirt steak churrasco. Oh, can’t forget the half price drinks from 4-7! We all left happy and well satisfied.

In A Nutshell: -Lulu in the Grove is a nice place to grab a meal while people watching in Coconut Grove. -They do have indoor seating, but everyone was sitting outside in the beautiful, breezy weather along the corner sidewalk. -The menu is fresh & updated frequently. -The chicken wings are super sweet & tasty, plus they way they are presented is amazing w/ lots of chunky chicken meat. -The Caesar salad was nice & flavorful too & paired perfectly w/ the wings. -The service Einath was very friendly & she provided some good recommendations. Overall, I recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat here & sitting on the sidewalk!

Had dinner at this great spot in Coconut Grove. It's a Mediterranean restaurant with dishes from Spain, France and other European countries. It is a rebranding from what used to be Lulu at the Grove, now called Hala Lulu. The food is intended to be shared, and that's what we did. We had a couple of salads including the orange salad and one that had beats. Both were wonderful! We had different dishes with fish, pork and squid. They were all beautifully presented and very tasty. We also had a great wonderfully aged New York Stake which was amazing. The wine selection was very extensive, but it was easy to navigate thanks to the wonderful Sommelier. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was great at her job and helped us choose the perfect wine for our meal. Desserts were delicious. We had a Spanish favorite called Torrejas. Also had the chocolate dessert with mango ice cream; great ending to a great meal. Service was very good. We were served by Daniela. She also was very nice and helpful. They have a full bar and a great selection of cocktails. Prices were adequate for the quality of food in this neighborhood. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We had a great table outside which was perfect for beautiful outdoor dining. Everyone was super friendly and made our dinner a great experience. Thank you very much. My pictures actually don't do full justice to the dishes. And some look so good that we ate them before I had a chance to take the picture.

Yelp
I had never been to this restaurant before, as I usually eat across the street, but I'm glad I decided to try it. We were seated quickly, and the outdoor seating was perfect, especially on an overcast day with fans keeping it comfortable. I ordered breakfast with coffee and asked for American coffee. A lot of places confuse it with an Americano, but they got it right here! We had our bikes with us and were able to place them to the side without causing any inconvenience. Overall, I loved the experience and would definitely come back!

Yelp
Cute ambiance, nice service, and okay food. It's a very cutesy coconut grove kinda place with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside on a nice morning and it was lovely. Server was friendly and patient. There was a misunderstanding about something my friend ordered and he was a champion about it (thank you). Food was alright. I found it a little inconsistent with the fact that the vibe is a bit more elevated yet they gave me store bought English muffin and smuckers jam in a packet. It was fine for the price though, which was pretty reasonable for this neighborhood.

Yelp
We decided to give this spot a try since we always went to greenstreet and I have to say I am not impressed! The truffle fries and brussel sprouts were great, especially the Brussel sprouts. However, my boyfriend ordered the steak & eggs and unfortunately had to return it because the steak was just chewy and the taste was not great. I ordered the Egg avocado toast and also was not impressed at all. Maybe it was a bad day? But honestly wouldn't want to go back! The service was great and they brought my bf the chicken and waffles as a replacement for the steak and eggs..those were also alright.

Yelp
Cute brunch spot with a healthy offering of potato fritters, eggs, avocado, toast, type options, and salads. I had the Burrata salad with grilled chicken on top as an add-on. Burrata was not necessarily that premium fall apart as I have seen, but was perfectly creamy and bonded well with the acid from the vinaigrette dressing. Overall made for a great experience would be a great spot if you are looking for brunch and you are in the neighborhood. Services was friendly, and very accommodating to allergies and other preferences like that. The ambience is pretty open with lots of natural lighting and features both bar and table seating options.

Yelp
A wonderful dining experience - there's a little something for everyone. This Coconut Grove staple never disappoints: the service, food and the ambiance are all stellar. I took my 6 yr old daughter today for a walk around the neighborhood and she didn't feel like stopping here at first. I somehow managed to get her to sit at a table and then the Kobe sliders that I ordered her immediately worked their magic - she said it was the best decision I ever made in her entire life (she is known to be a little dramatic at times). Ana, our hostess/server, was super nice and attentive. We'll definitely be back soon. Sebastian & Nina

Yelp
My recent date night at Lulu was perfect. The ambiance, with its soft lighting and pleasant music, set the perfect mood. Even though it was a quiet Monday evening, it added to the charm of the experience. Our server was fantastic, recommending their pasta dishes, which made my night because I was craving some top-notch pasta. I opted for the shrimp rose linguini, while my boyfriend tried the fettuccini Bolognese - both new additions to the menu. So good! The sauces were rich, well seasoned, and flavorful. We couldn't help but finish our plates! Plus the food came out quickly. Without a doubt, Lulu has secured a spot for our future outings. The experience was great, and we can't wait to return!

Yelp
The chicken and waffles are to die for! Big portion. The chicken was perfectly crispy, not too much not too little. The waffles were great and sweet with syrup on top. It also comes with watermelon that were a nice touch. I ate my entire plate. The steak and eggs were fine. The server was very nice to us as well.

Yelp
One of my favorite happy hour places in the area. Good cocktails, good food and we always have a good experience. I really liked "the elixir" cocktail and also enjoyed the sangria. Their mojitos are a little sweet, and the margarita is also pretty good. Food-wise, I've tried their calamari, laffa bread, skinny truffle fries, spinach artichoke dip, and the goat cheese croquettes. The croquettes are my favorite but I haven't had a bad dish here. I've never stayed for dinner but happy hour is just great!

Yelp
Thoroughly enjoyed Lulu! So much so that I ate here twice while in town. Once for brunch on a Sunday and then for a quick bite on a Monday evening before retiring back to my hotel. The service is super friendly and the food is amazing!! Erick the bartender took really good care of me each visit ... he happened to be there both times! Yep. There's ample of outdoor seating. I didn't sit outside when I visited . It was way too hot for my liking. The inside is cozy and seating is only to the immediate left when you walk into the restaurant. There's also an upstairs but that's just where the restrooms are located. I have to recommend the Bellini. Perfect and refreshing! The bacon waffle and house potatoes were quite tasty! This is what I had for Sunday brunch. I was very satisfied! My second visit, I ordered takeout. The Brussels are absolutely amazing!! They have mandarin oranges in them... whew, good!!! I also had the Nutella bread pudding. It was ok. Not great but I don't regret trying it!! Although I'm not real sure of the vibe based on the decor , I must say that it offered a very welcoming atmosphere. It's cute here nevertheless. I will DEFINITELY be back here in the foreseeable future!

Yelp
We had passed by several times but never had the chance to dine in. Our experience was great. Service, from host to waitress, was a 5. Then we ordered: Goat cheese croquettes (5/5) Tuna tartar (5/5) Fish tacos (5/5) Lobster ravioli (4/5) The tacos were phenomenal. One of the best tacos I have had lately. Already planning on returning with a couple of friends.

This is my first time here. The was super delicious and flavorful! The burger was really juicy.

Yelp
Chill vibe, good food Came on a Sunday without a reservation and was sat right away. Both indoor and outdoor options were available Ordered the grilled chicken salad and shared the chocolate mousse for dessert. Chocolate mousse was light and fluffy, a nice little treat Heard they used to have fried green tomatoes- would love if they brought those back to the menu!

Yelp
Although I rate it one star, the food is pretty good. I went to brunch today, and it was 3 of us. I ordered a second coffee, thinking they would be a free fill, as well as my son. My wife ordered a second unsweetened tea. My bill was $110.00, two egg benedicts and an avocado toast. In coffee and tea alone it was $28.00. Plus they did not fill our water glasses as they sat on the table empty.

Brooke B.

Yelp
This establishment is the biggest rip off restaurant I have ever been to and they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Charging customers $20 for A BOTTLE OF WATER IS DISGUSTING. The waitress never told us this. Narbona down the road is 100x nicer and charges $8 for the same size water bottle. Not to mention we then had a 20% service charge added to our bill for 2 people. When we asked to speak to the manager he came out and barely spoke English and just said "sorry I don't make the prices". We are grove residents who eat out often and are familiar with the prices at all the restaurants in the grove. We have never had such horrible customer service. No wonder the place is always empty.

Yelp
Went to eat lunch on a Sunday Afternoon and there was no wait, surprisingly. We got the Lulu Burger, which was so great and the Lulu Wings- also great. The White Sangria is my favorite, but the Passion & Spice cocktail was very unique. Even in the hot sun, they have misters and fans so it was comfortable to sit outside. Our server, Stephanie, was awesome and super knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed and got to take our time.

Yelp
Every time I'm in Miami I stop by Lulu's. I have tried most of their appetizers but my go tos include: the Crispy Mini Tuna Tacos,Roasted Dates, Sliders and the Octopus! All incredible every time! This time around we ordered drinks as part of happy hour. I got the Coconut Grove Mojito and my aunt ordered a house wine. Love the the option to dine outdoor, the drinks and the food! Would recommend you eat here and split appetizers with the table.

Yelp
Luluooook no further. Great place to sit outside, listen to their dj, and have good food & drinks. The Brussel spouts, goat cheese balls, Asian steak salad were so good. The mini sliders not bad either. But that lychee mule was to die for and I don't like miles! Such a fun yummy place.

Yelp
Went with my (grown) children for my birthday. Great attentive server. Loved the mimosas, excellent brunch. Although a Miami hot afternoon, our corner was very comfortable.

Yelp
Service was slow... waited 45 min to get food then marginal. No ownership of horrible kitchen management... Really disappointed...

Yelp
Have you seen the NEW LULU's?????? We were lucky enough to be invited to Friends and Family, Saturday night. One of the best dinners we ever had in Miami! From the freshest fish to the tenderest pork to the tastiest pasta, you cannot go wrong. Without a doubt our new favorite restaurant!

Yelp
Not a great experience but not the worst one either. Our server took about 10 minutes before coming to our table. Menu had nothing very exciting. The iced coffee was expensive & did not taste very good. I had the chicken & waffles which I did enjoy, crispy chicken and the watermelon was a nice touch. We also had the eggs benedict which had too much sauce and the potatoes were hard. Overall, just ok 3/5 but there are better options in coconut grove that are priced about the same.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience here this past Sunday post father's day celebrations. My dad and I were walking around the Grove post lunch looking for a spot to people-watch while drinking some coffee and enjoying dessert. Lulu was the perfect spot for that. We got there while they were transitioning to do but luckily they were able to accommodate us and seat us in the perfect spot. The service was great and quick and everyone had a smile on their face. One of the bussers, Axel was extremely helpful and attentive the entire time and it was great to know we were taken care of although it was such a small order. If you're ever in the Grove looking for a spot to grab a casual lunch and enjoy an outdoor experience this is a great spot for you!

Yelp
We stopped in one morning while driving around looking for a nice place to have brunch. (10 am). Beautiful morning and on of the rare times that the climate was pleasant for outside dining. Cute place from the outside. Service was excellent this Saturday morning. Polite, attentive, well groomed. The food was rather good for a breakfast affair. She had eggs sunny side up and I had over medium. The potatoes didn't have the best presentation, but were actually good. I suddenly craved a waffle and added it to the order when staff returned with our water and juice. She was very accommodating as I ordered a waffle with whipped cream and strawberries. The whipped cream was fresh as well as the strawberries. The waffle itself was good. Nice texture and flavor. I was impressed at the number of staff they had in order to provide good service. The guest all seemed pleased and in good spirits. I believe this adds to the dining experience when the people around you are in a good mood. The outside dining area was nice and well kept. Clean although some people had pets around or walking through. (Beautiful dogs by the way). It's worth a try and have good vibes during our time there. I don't really like giving 5 stars. But I just found little to fault. So they earned it.

Dan A.

Yelp
Service is terrible and they automatically charge 20%. Food average. Not the same Lily since they renovated. Skip it!

Yelp
Found this spot while looking for a Monday brunch spot. It was packed. We were added to the wait list and told it would be 25min or more. However we were called about 10-15mins later and told a table was ready. When we came back, we noticed the bar had seats so we opted to sit there. I'm glad we did. The bartender was so nice. She gave us complimentary mango mimosas. We were starving and ordered so much food. The bacon waffle, fried goat cheese, sliders, truffle fries and Brussel sprouts. Everything had really good flavor. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in Miami. Parking was tricky. There is no free parking but I recommend one of the nearby lots for $10.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our visit. We had the Turkey Burger, beef burger and the Coconut Grove cocktail (coconut rum mojito). The burgers were excellent and seasoned very well. The fries are tiny, get cold too easily and are probably easily overcooked. Also enjoyed the service and atmosphere. Looking forward to returning.

Mindy H.

Yelp
Not the same since they renovated.. Oh and warning incase you decide to look at their reviews before dining in like me and my husband did for our anniversary on our first visit here and our second visit which was our LAST, FAKE five star reviews posibly made by employees(We noticed on our second visit once they introduced themselves as our servers) to distract customers from their overpriced horrible food with an automatic 20% tip! Ridiculous addition to the Grove!!! I wont give one star since the ambiance was atleast decent..
google avatar

Yelp
If you need a delicious but low key brunch plan Lulu is your spot. It's walking distance from multiple shops and parks so after your meal you can walk by! This place is definitely pet friendly and as a pet owner I'll definitely come back to enjoy more food with great company.

Andrea O.

Yelp
I'm still going to keep it at 5 stars, but I wish I could bump it down to 4.5. My second visit to Lulu Neighborfood still featured delicious food, but the service was a little frustrating. The vast majority of staff were on their phones (the hostess was even on a FaceTime call); my waitress was slower getting to me, and I saw a number of the staff hanging around chatting at the bar for long periods. It wasn't a huge deal, because my food was still timely after I ordered, and it was very tasty, but it was just annoying at times. I started with the Lulu Flatbread appetizer, a yummy and simple bread starter. I ordered the brussels sprouts appetizer to come with my meal, which were great again, and the salmon salad entree. I asked for my salmon medium, and it was absolutely perfect. Overall, still a great place to check out!

Yelp
Lulus is a great spot in coconut grove! The brunch options next door weren't the greatest so me and a friend decided to try Lulu and I'm so glad we did! The food was delicious and the bacon bloody mary was one of the best I've ever had. Our server was fantastic and always came to check on us and had our food and drinks delivered very quickly! I would highly recommend it was a great experience.

Karishma N.

Yelp
This place is great! Such a cute romantic spot with palm trees and ambience on the downtown. Our server was great, wish I knew the name. We ordered a bunch of things like the spinach artichoke dip, casear salad, chicken. The food was very good.

Yelp
Have had this place bookmarked for years and it fell a little flat. First they were out of the Mediterranean sampler which was the thing we were most interested in trying, so we ordered the Chicken Robata to split. The chicken was over cooked and average at best....we didn't eat the third skewer. Drinks were also lackluster. I had the lychee mule and the fruit itself tasted old. My friend ordered the passion & spice which she said was very strong but not bad. We skated off to another place afterward. Other than being a good location to people watch outside and have a cold beverage in the grove, I wouldn't reco this place.

Sara F.

Yelp
Scam & rude about it Had brunch there because it was the only place in the Grove that didn't have 30 mins wait, not I know why. I ordered a bunch of things including the house waffles, the menu said it came with maple syrup when it arrived it came with corn syrup. I asked if they could please bring real maple syrup but they brought once again some fake corn syrup, then manager came and brought some weird maple syrup bottle to argue with me they gave maple syrup. Anybody with taste buds knows the difference between real maple syrup and corn syrup but obviously didn't want to fight with them so I let it go. Overall I thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional and they just shouldn't write it comes with maple syrup if it doesn't. They obviously charged me for everything so just left hungry and unhappy. The rest of the food was also mediocre at best. Don't recommend it.

Yelp
Shri was great! Amazing food and great service We had the chicken Alfredo linguine and pesto chicken linguine

Yelp
What a wonderful location! Lulu has indoor and and outdoor seating with a very nice ambiance. I ordered the turkey burger with truffle fries and was so grateful for a restaurant offering quality well cooked meals. Originally, I ordered the Elyxir but after taking a sip our waiter, Jorge, offered suggestions for something less sweet and more palatable to me. The outdoor seating was just a pleasant place to enjoy a nice relaxing dinner underneath the Miami stars. I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
It is a very nice place with good variety of elaborated food. The service is good and the ambiance good; very nice music, not loud and the inside area is very nice.

Yelp
Stopped in here for brunch on a Saturday and was seated right away. Three of us ordered the Lulu Huevo Escondido. If I had known how little bacon I was getting, I would have ordered a side, but other than that, the dish was AMAZING. The grits are bland but pick up all the truffle essence. There is a perfectly poached egg in there but again, I wish there was more bacon. I would order this again in a heartbeat and get extra bacon. Grits were soupy, perfect for dipping the buttery, crunchy toast in. Fruit was also good!

Yelp
When I go to green street I would always say I wanted to try out this place Um not the best we went on Easter they gave us a table outside it was fine the weather was amazing We placed our orders everything came out but the bread that goes with meal when I asked she says ohh they don't have anymore and just gave me fries instead of asking if I wanted something else I order scramble eggs and the guy comes out with a bad attitude and throws the sunny side up eggs on the table and say ohh I believe these are the ones and throws it on the tables super rude the service was not great and the food was okay I order a Lychy drink and they bring it out with a lime um not good
google avatar

Veronica P.

Yelp
Had a nice dinner here. It was not too busy on a Wednesday night and the weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy some people watching. We tried the apinach and artichoke dip and it was good albeit a little salty. I am interested to go back and try some more items from the menu!

Yelp
Cool place in coconut grove known for good brunch and vibrant atmosphere. Big seating area outside. There's usually a wait time but on this day they sat me down rather quickly. ( even tho it was raining ). It was brunch time and I had to order a mimosa to begin my experience. I sat outside and it was raining but luckily the umbrella of the table kept me covered. I ordered the The LULU BENEDICT and it was really good, eggs were poached just how I like them, ( not too soft or hard ). The hollandaise sauce was amazing. ( fries were well seasoned ). The waitress was nice and helpful. Kept my cup full and was always around if needed. Solid place for brunch or lunch with a good location and good service! Prices are fair. Highly recommended!

Yelp
This restaurant and reopened with what seemed to be a more sophisticated style, we had tried it a year before and we were not pleased but decided on a Saturday date night to give it another shot. The appetizer was bad , it was a calamari , and my husband and I could not eat it, the main course was not any better unfortunately. My husband ordered a steak and I ordered a Branzino , we had the vegetables , the side bread and the wine . I wanted to complain but my husband said it's ok we just won't be back ever again. To add further to the disappointment, they billed us almost $300 . We actually walked around the corner and had pizza . It's too bad they provide such poor quality in their dishes.

Yelp
Delicious hummus. Terrific outdoor seating. Great service. Perfect for a business lunch or just with friends!

Yelp
Really enjoyed everything I ordered at Lulu. Brunch menu - Iced latte with soy milk, tuna tartare & Turkey burger with truffle fries. Turkey patty tasted super homemade. Burger served with manchego cheese, lettuce & avocado. Delicious. Would definitely come back for their dinner menu. Had tried calling the day before for reservations & no one ever answered so I was a little weary about that.. thankfully, we came right after the brunch rush and there was no wait. Service was great & food came out super quick. Overall a 10/10!!

Yelp
Good vibe but with green street across the street it's hard not to look over! Server was okay. They didn't have the one we want it in stock, the money was nice, you can tall is very similar to green. I would give it a try. Nothing too spectacular but I love that they had a DJ!

Yelp
This place is always a good choice! Been there a couple of times for lunch and my favorite part is that the portions are generous, today we tried brunch for the first time, I had Lulu Benedict and it was amazing, it comes with a hollandaise sauce that was easily the best part of my day. It's also quite a handsome plate! I wish I had snapped a pic. Every dish I've had here has been outstanding so I'm torn between trying a new thing or going back to the new-found love of my life, that hollandaise sauce. Out waiter was Shri and he was the best server we've had in the several times we've been to Lulu's. He was kind, attentive, quick to help, patient and nice to talk to. For sure I'll be back, order my new favorite dish and sit in whatever table Shri is serving.

Yelp
I gave this place another try because my friend raves about the salad. We went on a weekday for lunch and were immediately seated. You can dine inside or outside. They brought us fresh sliced bread and olive oil. They have grey sea salt to add to the olive oil and it is delicious. I had the Asian Chicken Salad. It was made with fresh quality ingredients. The dish is made with mixed greens and noodles. It is topped with a sliced chicken breast, tomatoes, avocado, and mangoes. I opted to not have the peanut topping, but my friend had it on the Steak Asian Salad and I was surprised to see it was peanut crumbles. I thought it was going to be whole peanuts and I don't like that on a salad. Next time I will have the peanut topping. The salad was lightly dressed with a sweet Asian dressing. The restaurant has a fun atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is on-street metered parking. There is a bar inside.
