"One block down from the oldest cathedral in the New World, this former colonial home on Plazoleta Padre Billini is the place to go at least once, whether for the hearty tapas, affordable tasting menu, expertly prepared cocktails, all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch with unlimited mimosas, or live music and DJs most nights. Here, it’s all about leisurely meals and lively ambience, from the long bar and charming courtyard to the outdoor tables on the square. For a fun night out, attend a tasting at next-door wine shop Cava Billini, then buy a bottle for dinner at Lulú—there’s only a small corkage fee."

This place is super cool! It has a very cool ambient and almost always the music is top! The “tapas” concept is perfect for sharing something to eat while enjoying drinks and good music!

Beautiful space, delicious food, excellent cocktails, extensive wine list. Tip: get the lamb chops with street corn! From 6-9pm 18:00-21:00, you can save 50% if you pay with American Express.

Do yourself a favour and skip this place please. We made a mistake to come here for our anniversary dinner and couldn’t wait to leave. I made sure i get here and warn people... i usually leave great reviews and it takes a lot to piss me off like this... Ambience is great: music is awesome and place looks new. Everything else is just pure trash... We flat out had waiter walking by and ignoring us when we called him. Then it was like a game trying to get his attention... and he had a nerve to come in the very end when i was signing the check and ask if everything was OK... Food was horrible... ceviche was very spicy, Vietnamese shrimp were too salty (how can you make curry that way, right?!) and dumplings were a one piece of what it would be if pancake and lasagna had a baby! So much soy sauce, burned almost all the way through... trust me, we won’t be back as this was NOT worth $80USD dinner. Pics are attached...

What a great place. Consistent quality all the time. It never dissapoints. The location is one of the most amazing ones in La Zona Colonial. Food is amazing. Drinks are amazing. Just one of the best spots in La Zona. Plus if you own an AMEX card you get 50% off every day from 18:00 to 21:00 hours. Bottles are not included. Trust me, it'$ more than enough. Menu is available in English or Spanish.

Beautiful place on a plaza in historical Sto Dgo. Outdoor seating and indoor decorated setting in nice taste. When not raining the patio is open. Tonight it rained so it was covered. There s a small Cava with a goid selection of wines. Had cocktails with friends. The Lupita drink includes tequila and it was nice. Had also a very good Tempranillo. Also, had appetizers ( goat empanadas, jamon iberico croquettes, and an order of ribs in aclight bbq sauce accompanied by crunchy chicharrones (pork skin). All appetizers were shared. Nice place.

The place is beautiful, particularly the terrace and the square. The food is overpriced but good. The truffle fries did not taste anything like truffle and they seemed frozen which was disappointing because everywhere else fries are so good but it was a very big serving. Prices are like in the US

One of the most charming places in the Colonial city of Santo Domingo. Managed by a group that manages several high quality restaurants in the city, it offers a first class gastronomic proposal, in its facilities in a classic Colonial construction with a Spanish patio in the center and a Cava with a wide variety of wines and spirits recognized at the level world.

Very slow service, the food was good though. Nice environment!
