Today went in to exchange or have replaced a pair of leggings bought in December. Product is saggy and linty. At short hills they had said I can just bring in the pants and it shouldn’t be a problem. However, learned each store is different. Menlo my closest store, is a pop up store. They are extremely rude when it comes to returns or exchanges as you can read the other low reviews. I opened a complaint against the manager as she alluded to customers like myself brining in items to “take advantage”. I was highly offended. And if that was not enough, she didn’t like my getting upset that I felt offended and decided to call mall security! How does that make sense? She did not handle the situation well at all. If you need any customer service call the company. If you want to buy more merchandise buy online or go to short hills. Manager’s name: Sara
