Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The associate assisting me appeared disinterested and unwilling to help. I had six items to return, but she only scanned three and insisted she couldn’t return the rest because one customer only can return three items a day lol— which is completely inconsistent with Lululemon’s own return policy.
It’s surprising that a customer would be more familiar with the company’s policies than its own employee.
Such dishonest associate should be fired. Otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised if the store went bankrupt someday .
