Upon walking in, I was greeted by one of the employees his name was Humza, he was extremely polite and well dressed I knew right away he was an employee! I then proceeded to find a nulu jacket that I tried on and viola helped me find the perfect size! At the cash register I was met with Cristal who was super kind and helpful. I had a pleasant experience and can’t wait to go back!

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The associate assisting me appeared disinterested and unwilling to help. I had six items to return, but she only scanned three and insisted she couldn’t return the rest because one customer only can return three items a day lol— which is completely inconsistent with Lululemon’s own return policy. It’s surprising that a customer would be more familiar with the company’s policies than its own employee. Such dishonest associate should be fired. Otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised if the store went bankrupt someday .

Bought a gift for my sister and shipped it to her in NJ and she wanted to exchange for a different color. My mom calls me and tells me they gave her a hard time because I used my nurse discount to buy it and wouldn’t honor it in store. I told my mom to ask for the manager and she said that it was the manager giving her a hard time. I spend thousands in lulu annually to get this treatment. Very disappointed with this store.

I would not recommend this Lululemon location. This place is being ran by a high school friend group. Their customer service was awful—I was not greeted when I came into the store as all the employees were standing in a circle chatting with each other and on their phones. They all acted annoyed when I asked for help finding products and would quickly rush off to go back to chatting. I asked about the alteration services and despite that they offered them they told me to go to the Princeton location. Overall, AWFUL customer service.

The worst lululemon experiment ever, the stuff ( maybe she is the general amber)there is really rude and did not bother to answer any of your questions. Being someone spent thousands of dollars with lululemon this store made me want to go somewhere else.

My first time shopping and I had such an amazing experience. The girl Stephanie was so sweet and helpful and gave me so many options to try on! I felt like she was my own personal stylist, if I didn’t like the fit of one top or bottom she would keep coming back with another kind until I found something I really liked! Customer service here is top tier.

Today went in to exchange or have replaced a pair of leggings bought in December. Product is saggy and linty. At short hills they had said I can just bring in the pants and it shouldn’t be a problem. However, learned each store is different. Menlo my closest store, is a pop up store. They are extremely rude when it comes to returns or exchanges as you can read the other low reviews. I opened a complaint against the manager as she alluded to customers like myself brining in items to “take advantage”. I was highly offended. And if that was not enough, she didn’t like my getting upset that I felt offended and decided to call mall security! How does that make sense? She did not handle the situation well at all. If you need any customer service call the company. If you want to buy more merchandise buy online or go to short hills. Manager’s name: Sara

Horrible customer service, I wanted to exchange something that I got as a gift& I had a gift receipt, she doesn’t want to do it because the tag was attached but missing a part of it. This is very frustrating!!
