My first time shopping and I had such an amazing experience. The girl Stephanie was so sweet and helpful and gave me so many options to try on! I felt like she was my own personal stylist, if I didn’t like the fit of one top or bottom she would keep coming back with another kind until I found something I really liked! Customer service here is top tier.

I had a terrible experience returning an item at the Menlo Park location. Despite having my credit card and email receipt, I was told I couldn’t return it without a barcode. The supervisor was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and even started hiding. Very unprofessional and frustrating! I won’t be returning anytime soon. Lets not allow this ppl get away with treating anyone how they want because they don't want to give their name. this happened Sunday 9/29/24 in the afternoon.

I recently visited your store and felt quite uncomfortable due to what seemed like discriminatory behavior from the staff. Despite being the closest customer to a staff member, I was completely ignored while others were greeted and assisted promptly. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.

One of the best experiences ever! The educator, Tyler, was knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. This is now my go to store. I saw this is a pop-up store, but I truly hope it remains!

I had a terrible experience at the Lululemon in Menlo Park Mall. The store associate’s attitude was poor, and they were uncooperative throughout the return process. They wasted over an hour of my time with inconsistent information and refusal to assist properly. If you are close to the Lululemon in Bridgewater, please go there. Their service is much better than here. Very disappointing service.

This lulu has the KINDEST staff. I was there with my sister and niece, and Amelia and the rest of the staff was so helpful. Amelia even gave my niece stickers for being well behaved. Overall, the best staff experience I had by far at any lululemon.
