Maybe it’s just me but seems like very over priced clothing. The girl helping in the dressing room had great customer service, addressing my wife and both daughters asking their names, and making small conversation. Good job on her Some of the other employees don’t help at all and see irritated with your presence….. Bought one shirt came out to 84 bucks….

I travel from out of town to shop here and today when I arrived to shop, I needed to use the restroom. I went to the restroom and there was a sign on the door "for employees only." It's disappointing to have to go find restroom at a different store when you're one of their regular paying customers. They need to have more consideration for their customers.

Incredibly expensive but customer service is great. Holidays can get messy but the merchandising is eye catching.

Liv helped us with an online order. She went above and beyond to make sure we were helped. She solved a problem that was definitely my fault. It was hectic and super busy but she did not hesitate to make sure we had the best experience. It was the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. After speaking with the manager about Lululemon's "quality promise" on their clothing, she refused to honor the replacement program Lululemon has explicitly spelled out on their website. She repeatedly claimed that their own store policy prohibited replacement of my damaged clothing, yet could not show me where this was written down or where this exclusion was. I will not be doing business in this store anytime soon.

Ughhhh... honestly, I felt so out of place here. I thought that the customer service was going to be a WHOLE lot better... kind of a letdown. And I just came here just to apply for a job..... I felt almost like there was a stereotype that they catered to, and because I didn't fit in, I got displaced immediately by the staff. And it's not that I am not fit or anything, but it was the vibe that I got when I walked in... I didn't get greeted or got welcomed. I've done customer service work for many years, and that was terrible. And when I talked to the manager about a job position that I applied for yesterday, she told me that they already have applicates already.... then why have the job opening still available on your website??? That's misleading...... Well, had a terrible experience, probably not going back there.

The store is cute and well maintained but let’s just say that the customer service is terrible! They were so rude and one of them actually lied to me. I went in to do a quality check on one of my shorts and they took my shorts and I had apparently bought them on sale. She lied to me and told me she couldn’t price match the exact same shorts. I said okay went to grab a new pair and was just said it’s okay I’ll pay the difference and the cashier at the time did it and I paid no difference. He was rude as well but he did it. I also could see them literally talking about me which is crazy as well. Anyways terrible experience I now drive to Bakersfield for Lululemon stuff :))

I love this store! It's very nice and they have lots of items in stock but the customer service is very terrible and could be better. I had a worker come up to me 8x asking if I needed help and each time I was telling her I needed no help. It started me make me feel uncomfortable. Then it came to a point where she was taking items out of my hands and putting them behind the register. I felt discriminated. I don't know if she assumed if I was going to steal but it was not a good experience. I wish they had employees who were nice and welcoming.

One of the best I've been to. I've been to others around California, Texas and even Vancouver. Probably a few others too. But the staff here is definitely the nicest. They don't have a big selection but they make it work! Every time I come in, the staff is welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. They've gone above my expectations in a few instances. I prefer to go to this location over any others I've been to.

So, this was my first time here. I didn't really know anything about Lululemon except for when I hear about them from other people and my sister, who is a huge fan. I just thought it was overpriced gym clothes. I can totally see why people wait for hours and would spend so much money here! I won a giveaway thru a Yelp event and one of the prizes was a generous gift given by Lululemon for a shopping spree! I scheduled a time with Brittany who is the manager there. I was greeted by Faven and Nicole, who were so sweet and friendly! Brittany scheduled a time and day with me to have the store to myself! So, they opened it up for me before they opened it up to the public. Faven gave me a tour of the big, organized and clean store. She explained the different sections of the store. Some clothes were made for running, some for yoga, just to wear or even comfy work clothes. I didn't know some clothes were made just for running or just for yoga. I love the softness of the fabric and how stretchy some of the clothes were. I also liked how some were tight enough that it tucked in my tummy, it was still very comfortable and I was still able to breathe! When I tried on the clothes, I tried sitting, standing, jumping and squatting to see if the pants would roll down or be uncomfortable. Sure enough, they were so comfortable and didn't move! I felt like I wasn't wearing pants! Faven made sure I was doing good while trying on clothes. She offered to get different sizes or colors if I needed it. I really thought I was going to be in and out of the store before I scheduled my time here. There was so much to try on with different lengths and colors. I honestly loved their customer service and the clothing that they have to offer. The quality of the fabric is excellent! I was also excited to see men's clothing as well. I told my husband about the clothes, he said because I was so excited he felt like he really needed check this place out as well. I can't wait to come back to buy more. My sister said I will be hooked and I think she right. Thanks so much to Lululemon and staff, Yelp and Nicola for putting this together!!

They have the define jacket in new color even before it's available online! Everything is organized. People there are helpful and patient to help me find the leggings and jackets I want.

Nice location I would've liked to seen a larger variety in men's clothing. I was shopping for my boyfriend and I can't really find much to choose from. Prices are very high is $250 for pants and a shirt.

The new store is huge! It's been a while coming, and even 2 weeks after the grand opening it was super busy when I came in to make a return. There were probably 10 people in line. I was on my way to lunch so I decided to eat first -- when I came back a little bit later it was just as busy, though. I had a quick browse and they have a good selection, lots of stuff in both the ladies and mens sections. The only thing that I found a bit lacking were the color options, particularly in the leggings department. An employee did stop and ask how I was getting on while I browsed. The wait in line was quite long, probably 15 minutes, so if you're short on time it'd be best not to come on a Saturday at lunchtime. I didn't mind the wait too much except for the Mirror display (their work-out product) - which kind of yells at everyone as they come in the store and was quite tiresome to hear repeatedly while in line. Oh, and there are about a million opportunities to impulse buy accessories in line - you have been warned! I've had good experiences at this store in the past, they've always been friendly, which I think is pretty vital when their wares are sold at a premium. I usually shop online since I know my sizing and it's easy to see if they have the colors and sizes I'm looking for in stock. That means I end up mostly returning things to this store rather than shopping here. They've always been friendly and quick with returns. My most recent was a debit card refund and the money loaded onto my account right away. I've also had success with their order to pick-up. I was in a hurry to get a new yoga mat awhile back and I liked that I was able to see what they had in stock from the website, order, and collect it a couple of hours later. I've noticed that Lululemon also has good relationships with many of the yoga instructors around town -- of course it's partly marketing, but it makes the place feel accessible. It's great to see them collaborating with local instructors and studios and making an effort to be part of those communities. All in, nice store, I'm glad we have it.

Really nice store! Everything is organized very well! Tons of cute workout clothes! Their clothes can definitely be used for going out and about too! The workers were very nice and easy to talk to. Found a really cute red sports bra that had great uplifting words on it it in a shimmer red. One of the workers said they had matching pants and brought them to me to try on. Tried them on and they were super cute! Thought about buying them until I saw the price! My goodness! The sports bra was over $50 and the pants were $118. I was shocked! You buy the brand. I get that, but just couldn't do it. Great clothes and workers. Recommended for those that don't mind the expense. Not worth it to me. Prefer the bargains.

This Lululemon has great customer service. My daughter was in an accident and had to get her navy Lululemon's cut off before going into emergency foot surgery. Brought in her lululemon leggings that were cut off into the store today and was able to exchange them for a brand new pair. The ladies were very nice and considerate. Thank you very much Fig Garden Lululemon! My daughter is so happy to have her navy leggings again.

Andrea helped me out & she was super helpful & understanding. I had 9 pairs of aligns that were pilling that I purchased last year & a couple years ago & she was more than willing to help me replace them. She went around the store & the back to ensure she grabbed the correct size & length for me. I know doing all of that must've been a pain but she was really nice about it. It was a friendly experience. Store is spacious & clean/organized. Location is nice & convenient.

I didn't get the second person's name I wanted to point out, but Sara and a second person who went to UCLA (Go Bruins!) helped me shop quickly and efficiently in men's and women's yesterday. I needed 4 things but also purchased two presents for upcoming birthdays, made an exchange and also found some cute basics for my upcoming trip thanks to their help and willingness to search in the back for me to find sizing. Their product knowledge helped me get what I wanted thru determining my shape, their shapes and sizes, respective purpose and overall preferences for comfort and performance. I'm very happy and will be going back to pick up a few more tops this week after trying on what they suggested.

The girls here are so nice and very helpful! I have never been to a Lululemon store before and they went above and beyond to help me find sizes for leggings and a jacket. Carolyn was super sweet and had amazing customer service. Best experience I have ever had in a retail setting. I will be returning! If I could give more stars I would! (:

I love this store in Fresno because they're friendly! Lots of people here remember my name so that must mean I come enough which I'm not sure is a good thing! Yes it's pricey but I just can't go back to other brands after having owned Lululemon. The pieces I do invest in are staple something for the gym and also athleisure wear when I travel I love the "on the fly pants". Yes they offer complimentary hemming for all products that are simple to hem. Not shirts with insert of sports bras though. The service is excellent and people remember you and refer to you with your first name. I leave here happy all the time. Today, if you're reading this... come! Lots of cool Things going on during their 3rd anniversary! Congratulations Lulu and thank you for staying open in Fresno! I hate buying online, but if I did I know the returns and customer service will be just as good as in person.

I normally don't write reviews for retail spots, but I had such a great experience at this Lululemon! First of all, this store is huge and they have a great selection of both men's and women's clothing. A very recent convert to the world of Lululemon, I was excited to see they had a huge and well-stocked assortment of women's clothing - from socks to shorts to scrunchies and everything in between. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products and what functions they serve. With so many different fabrics/"lines" of clothing, it's always good to know which pair of shorts works for running, and which don't! They are willing to help you find your size (even checking store mannequins!) and get you a fitting room as well. Overall, I had a great experience with this particular Lululemon, and I will likely be back the next time I'm in Fresno!

Most of the staff they're are very friendly I've never had any issues using my discount but Bree refused to give me my discount because I was buying items for my kids. She said the discount is for me not my kids or anyone else? I'm sorry but did something change because I was in there 2 weeks ago and they gave me my discount no questions asked! She appeared to have great disdain for military families and seemed annoyed when I asked the question.

Super clean, friendly staff, lots of Lulu options to wear. Located in the Fig Garden Village in front of Whole Foods. 3 stars is for not price matching the Warehouse Sale online. Sacramento honored all online sales. Super disappointed. The sale items also seemed wayyyy more expensive than the other two Lululemon stores I visited in sacramento in one day searching for all the Warehouse Sales. Wishing there was some consistency.

So I personally love this store. It's clean, organized, easy to shop in. The employees are not only gracious but also eager to help. They offer to assist you with sizes, if need a fitting room or if you have questions. I have lots of zip ups, jackets, pants. Everything fits great, fits true to size and is excellent quality. I highly recommend shopping here. Thanks for being a great place to shop!

My first time shopping here and to be frank I was pretty nervous about shopping here because the shopping center tends to be in general very snooty. Much to my surprise I walked in was immediately greeted and welcomed and was asked if I was looking for anything. Rebecca helped me out and she was so wonderful. She took the time to explain sizing gave recommendations. I tried on a pair of leggings and they fit beautifully. I ended up taking them and a pair of joggers. Christian also helped me with shorts for my daughter who plays volleyball, he took the time to explain everything and I'm so excited to bring my daughter to pick out shorts for her sports. Thank you to the team who were helpful!

Do NOT shop here!!!! I was being racially profiled at this store.... I was waiting for my sister because she had told me to hold her things she had she was going to the bathroom or fitting room I had forgot where she was going because I was so excited looking at the clothes, I kept walking back and forth because I had seen all the new winter stuff they had took out, your lululemon employee (Brittney) came around me and asked not once but 6 times if I needed help with something I had appreciated the question the first time she asked and if I really needed help I would have asked her myself. she kept staring at me and my sister and telling all the other employees to "look" at us which was very uncomfortable she kept following us non stop and it was horrible to find out she was the Manager there! When we finally got to check out, she started scanning our items and one of our shirts came out cheaper and was on sale and she said "I could've sworn it wasn't on sale I just saw it" (the shirt was on the sale rack) assuming we had changed the price The lululemon stores all have cameras and she had every employee following us and staring at us so why would she assume that? Another item was scanned and she also made another comment "I could have sworn this shirt had a Sensor" assuming we had taken it off or something like how rude?? That's so disrespectful, I've spent thousands of dollars at Lululemon and shop there frequently. She was targeting me and my sister because we are Hispanic and our skin color is different. Yes we are brown people I didn't know it was a crime being the only Mexican inside a Lululemon store.

My daughter loves this store, it's usually the only reason we visit this shopping center even though there are some great stores here. There's usually a good number of staff working. i have always found them to be friendly and talkative. i think they try to find the balance between being over bearing and too lax. Their return policy is phenomenal and one of the reasons i don't mind paying more for the brand, i know they will stand behind it. Overall always been a pleasant experience i even bought a few items for myself.

I ordered some Speed Shorts online but I didn't like the fit of the size I ordered. Instead of returning them by mail, I decided to try on a size smaller at this store and exchange if necessary. The staff was very friendly and showed me the shelves for the size smaller that I needed and got me a dressing room right away. Making the exchange was effortless and they even ordered a pair for me to be shipped to my home because I was returning a color they did not have on the shelf. The dressing rooms were clean and well lit. The store is very organized. I would shop here again.

The staff is extremely helpful the quality and brand is great. I appreciate how nice and willing the associates are to help me find my size for comfort. I had an exchange and I was a bit worried but they gave me exceptional customer service. I appreciate you it's hard to find good service these days!

A great Lulu as far as Lulu stores go!! Located in a great shopping center, this lulu has all the standard stuff. A big store with good energy and sweet and helpful employees. We spent about an hour trying on clothes and getting inspired! We got a few staples (leggings and tanks) and left happy.

Herwin and Jibs provided the best service I've had from a retailer. They were funny, friendly and extremely helpful! They assisted me in finding the right style and size to ensure I was happy with my purchase! I wish I could give 10 stars for their service alone! I can't even say it was the training, they are just genuinely great people! Will highly recommend people come see them when they go to lululemon!

I came here on a Sunday evening (first timer) and to be honest, was not expecting the service I received. I don't remember who I was talking to, she had very short hair though and genuinely felt like a friend when she started talking to me. She was very helpful with picking out which type of Lulus I wanted. I never felt rushed when trying on all the ones I did either. Overall, it was just a great experience and I'll be back if I ever decided to buy another pair. Or if I want to attend the Sunday morning yoga!

I ordered some leggings online for in store pickup, and on the order confirmation it says to come before 7 pm so I got there at 5:50pm and I tried to call the number a few times with no luck. Then I decided to get down and one of the employees shut the door on me so I went to my car and waited a few minutes, then they opened the door to let a few customers out and as I'm walking to the door she quickly shut the door and walked back into the store. That's ridiculous honestly

I really do like this store, the think it's clean and well organized with tons of options. The only thing I would say is the staff really does not want to give the Sweat Collective discount out and they made me feel bad for asking about it. I felt uncomfortable and that they didn't believe me when I told them I was apart of it. This brought my whole experience down, the least they could do was be kind or ask what I did to deserve the discount.

Bought a pair of running pants and they kept creeping up my shins & wrinkling behind my knees. Return policy states must be unworn and tags attached. After wearing them for 2 workouts I took them back taking a chance that I was just out the $118 that I paid & was going to try a different style. They were so nice and helped me find a pair that Worked for me & I was able to exchange them!!! Awesome customer service and I'm a customer for life now!

I have to admit I was skeptical about this brand before. As a college student, it's hard to let go of $90+ dollars on a pair of cropped leggings but I have to say they've made a believer of me with the quality and the service first at the Santana Row location and now here. I felt so basic getting excited about Lululemon coming to Fresno, but the timing is right for this underrated city of ours. The store is roomy and clean, and there's a great selection of items including men's and women's clothing and accessories. Staff is extremely friendly, Kristen in the fitting room area was all smiles and a lot of help. I really appreciated everyone's enthusiasm. They've also started a community board with running clubs and such which I'm excited to take part of. Yay for exciting things coming to Fresno!

I've been here a few times. Some days the workers are great; they're friendly and helpful... some days the workers are too busy talking to each other that they hardly notice you. However, they weren't rude in anyway. I love lululemon products and I love that I can try them on in the store vs buying online. I'll continue to shop here since the service isn't "bad" and also overall they are pretty good with helping you out and ordering online if they don't have your size in stock.

UPDATE: 3/29/17 well if LEXI isn't this stores saving grace!! I went in because I was in the area and had just ironically come from yoga... not only did she quickly and knowledgeably help me get the extended length yoga mat (shipped directly to me at no additional charge) she allowed me to exchange / return the original mat I had purchased under the impression it was the longer version. She went above and beyond to apologize for my poor service during my first visit! She was glad that I came into the store and was very interested in the feedback and experiences that I had and wanted to make it right as well as address any issues with her staff. Hopefully this will be eye-opening where she may not have known otherwise what was happening when she is not in-store. A few fellow Yogi's at my studio felt very off put by our Fresno staff as well. It will be interesting to see if the feedback makes a difference because I would like to see LuLu stay in Fresno. First Review 2/23/17 Just spent $500 on a bra 2 yoga pants a long sleeve shirt and a Yoga Mat that the associates claim is life Changing! I am excited to try out my new gear... I only gave 3 stars because I was the only customer and constantly had to ask for help... they were polite but didn't seem as educated about their product as staff selling a luxury brand should be and they weren't as attentive to their customers as I feel necessary for this style business. Really was expecting a more personalized experience, made my purchase less exciting to make! Hope this review helps with training employees in the future and the understanding that customer service is incredibly important... probably will be an online shopper moving forward.

First time here wasn't sure what to expect. I've been hearing my friends rant about lululemon so I wanted to see what it was all about. Employee was very friendly and informative gave me many options to try on. I wasn't sold until I tried them on and wow. They hold everything in place and I mean everything but at the same time they're weightless and comfortable. The pants the sports bras all of it. These are the kind of gym clothes you can wear all day and still feel comfortable in. Compression without sacrificing comfort.

Never been in there and horrible 1st impression. No offered to help, employees chatting by register, went to look at headbands by register, they both walked away when I approached. Greeted their "regulars" graciously...won't be back

Came here for Christmas 2016 to buy my Wife some stuff and everything was fine. No problems. Came back in 2017 to buy some stuff for my Wife and I was very disappointed. First off, I bought $230 in items and was told at check out that they had run out of the nice Lululemon boxes you need for Christmas. Was told to call back in a few days to see if they had more. Tried calling their phone number for 3 days straight and no one answered. Literally called 10 times and each time it went to their voicemail. What's the point of even having a phone number if you don't answer. Had to drive to the store to see if the boxes came in (mind you it is now Dec. 23rd and Fig Garden is a zoo) and was told that yah they had them, but I have to present a receipt to get the free box and bag. Showed them my purchase on my credit card stmt, and even dealt with the same gentleman who helped me make my purchase 4 days earlier, and was told there was no exceptions. The whole process is just ridiculous. I will never ever buy from any Lululemon again...ever. I felt very belittled and ostracized for wanting a single Lululemon box and bag that I spent $230 in merchandise for. You would think the boxes are made of gold, by the way they ration them out. I'm very disappointed. Could of went home to get the receipt, but I'm not gonna play their game. I'll just take my business elsewhere in the future. Now it makes sense to me why there stock price is the same today as it was in 2011.

Nice leggings, but I ripped them, and it said on their website that they would fix them, but I was disappointed, and they just said that they were unwilling to help me. One would think that if you were to spend $120 on a pair of leggings, they would offer some thing... especially since the website says so. The cashier was very rude, and I have told all of the ladies in my yoga class not to shop here anymore. I hope you are happy Lululemon... I wish your customer service was not based upon lies. Never shopping here again... If I could give a rating lower than 1, trust me, I would. Respect your customers, maybe then you wouldn't get robbed... :'(

Requested that pants be hemmed. They arrived FedEx today the same length, no altering was done. I'm very disappointed. I waited a week for this?! Second pair didn't arrive on time. They had the incorrect address.

The staff was very rude. They were more concerned with hanging out with a large group of friends in the store than helping customers. They were also running and jumping around the store like children.

Not only do they not recognize athlete's meaning it was very obvious that my husband was getting ready for a show and the girl's talked openly and loud about his spray tan and how stupid they thought he looked but then when we went to use our discount the manger was so rude it was unreal but it makes perfect sense that these girl felt this behavior was okay cause their manger obvious fosters this behavior I will not only never stop at this store again but i will post this story once a year in hopes they get rid of the lead Manger at this store!!!!!! It was so bad that another girl that helped us said sorry so many times I started to feel bad that she had to work with women like this!!! I also called the corporate office and the spoke with the leader at that store and she continued to say why she was right about our discount, that the cooperate guy keep telling me he's sorry their wasn't anything he could do but he had also never experienced a leader like this working for lulule...... another reason they need to be secret shopped!! They lost a good sale over behavior and that's crazy!!! Love lululemon but hate this store corporate said they have never heard of the policy that these young and dumb girls made up!! Sad that they lost a huge sale over a policy that doesn't even exist!

For one, best fitting leggings ever! Service at this location is top notch! I took a pair of leggings back in that I decided after wearing that they needed to be hemmed... As I was paying for a new pair, the guy working this last Friday afternoon (4/8/16) at the register mentioned I could have my leggings mailed since I'm out of town. Great so I started filling out paperwork for that, he pulled my leggings that needed hemming out and noticed some of the stitching was a little ripped at the hip so he made sure that would be fixed before that pair was mailed out!! I went in just to have them hemmed and not only am I getting that but a stitch would be fixed and they mail them to me so I don't have to drive back 2 hours to pick them up. I live in Manteca so as you could imagine, this service was so worth my purchase! You get what you pay for. Quality service!

Customer service is amazing!!! The clothes are a bit pricey but seems to be good quality. I did unfortunately have a difficult time finding my size (M) (10) and even then some felt a bit too snug.

I had never been to a Lululemon store before but now I am hooked! Love how organized and easy it is to find your size. Was very reluctant to switch from mostly Nike since Nike is a little less expensive but nothing compares to lulu active wear! The staff was great when I brought in my restless 3 year old too. They took him to the back with another young child and had a bench with a basket of some books and toys to keep them occupied while I shopped. Love love love!

She also pointed me in the direction of some other items I may like. The guy who rang me up was also very nice. Will definitely be back!
