This review is specifically for Michael; our visit started with just looking around and from the moment we started talking him he went above and beyond the entire visit. He helped us find the clothes, look for the right sizes, and gave a ton of compliments when the clothes were not fitting right and made us feel like more than comfortable the entire time. Michael was able to joke around with us and made our visit very enjoyable. We all had a great time when he kept referring to my friend and I was a couple and danced around calling her my girlfriend to wife and etc. we all had a good laugh when he found he we were just friends. Michael even went out of his way to help set up our membership and helped us get some saving. Definitely going to be going back and hopefully Michael will there to help us again.

The staff here is so nice!! The woman at the dressing room area was so helpful with advising me on the right pair - I ended up getting the aligns with pockets (pockets make everything so much better), and the woman at the checkout counter was equally as nice!

lululemon at Americana in Glendale, CA has a great staff as they pleasantly greeted each customer walking in the store. This store has the latest fashion pieces focusing on accent orange in men’s sports wear.

i only like glendale due to the fact they have nice bags (sometimes wont find any). also they should consider fixing their ac soon.. i can’t ever find clothing i like or that are my size which i’m not bustling about the size i’m pretty tiny and skinny. workers overall are pretty nice. first girl today who helped me out was being helpful but not to her fullest extent and she knows it. i can sense her energy but she did a good job at grabbing over her manager brandon who was beyond helpful with my situation and got it solved. he knows how to get things done. he values customer satisfaction and will go beyond to make sure the customer will leave satisfied!

I bought pants from this store and was going to wear it today and then just found out they haven’t even taken the sensor off from the pocket. So now I have to go to another Lululemon closer to my home to get that fixed. Not even sure the people from a different store will help! Thanks a lot for the extra trouble from this store! Very upset!

For a "high end," store, you'd think the customer service would be of the utmost caliber. Idk what's going on with the Glendale/Americana store lately or what's changed but there is zero customer service. They're not trying to help at all. The only good one there is Max. When he's there the whole vibe is different. I walk into the store and I can tell by the music that Max is there! Today I went for what should've been a simple return and these basic educators refused to process a return. All good got it taken care of. Thank God for guest education center! They were able to easily find my order when Ian and Helena claimed not to be able to find my purchase.

I’ve attempted to speak to a Lulu staff for product availability before I made my drive and they never answer the phone. I’ve called 3 different times throughout the week. I went in for a return and they machines were not working so waste of time if only someone could pick up the damn phone.

staff here was very kind but it took a bit to find help. overall , this location is very clean and organized
