The customer service and all around amazing vibes this girl exudes is immaculate ✨ I bought a pair of pants for work and they were way too long but she informed me about their tailoring and now they’re PERFECT. Lauren, thank you for being you. This is my local Lululemon and I’m glad they have a great representative like her, it makes me look forward to visiting again. She’s carrying this store. Somebody give this girl a raise, she is TOO GOOD. Take care, queen!

store is nice cuz its in nice location. Besides that the management think they are above everyone including costumer. you cant even ask them one thing they act as if they own the store just bcz they work in a place where 1 hat is 60$. LMAO they treat the workers hroible too....As someone who lives in neigborhood and shops regularly I am going to order online rather than go there. been in the store more than dozen times and the energy is the same.

lululemon at Americana in Glendale, CA has a great staff as they pleasantly greeted each customer walking in the store. This store has the latest fashion pieces focusing on accent orange in men’s sports wear.

I came in with my fiancé on memorial day weekend wasn’t that busy but the employees were just standing around loitering. The only one that was working really hard was Dora who was taking care of the dressing room area. Angelica the manager did not seem to be a strong leader.

Alert: If you're a woman of color, think twice before you walk into this store. I went to Americana yesterday to check out the Dr. Jart+ pop-up. The line was too long and it was way too hot, so I decided to stop by the Lululemon store across the street. I wish I hadn’t. I picked up a new item and asked one of the staff, a woman with long, curled hair dyed at the ends, if they had matching long pants in the same color. She barely looked at me, gave a flat “no,” and walked straight to the back. No effort to help. No conversation. Nothing. It felt cold and dismissive. The store wasn’t busy, this was around 1 or 2 p.m. so it wasn’t about being overwhelmed. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being judged for how I looked, what I was wearing, or maybe just the fact that I didn’t fit their usual customer mold. Either way, I didn’t feel welcome at all. So I left. If you don’t match the 'look' they seem to expect, don’t be surprised if you’re treated like you don’t belong.

The staff here is so nice!! The woman at the dressing room area was so helpful with advising me on the right pair - I ended up getting the aligns with pockets (pockets make everything so much better), and the woman at the checkout counter was equally as nice!

I bought pants from this store and was going to wear it today and then just found out they haven’t even taken the sensor off from the pocket. So now I have to go to another Lululemon closer to my home to get that fixed. Not even sure the people from a different store will help! Thanks a lot for the extra trouble from this store! Very upset!
