I had the single, most exceptional customer service oriented phone call with Natalie today at your Country Club Plaza Store in Kansas City, Missouri, and would love to see her recognized!! Natalie absolutely went above & beyond to help me with my unthinkable situation I was in. Natalie literally saved Christmas, perhaps even my marriage. Natalie literally treated me like I was the single most important customer in the whole world! Lululemon should be proud to have such a fine individual representing their company, and brand. This is what exceptionalism looks like! I had purchased an item online, but the other part of the outfit was sold out. I now realize just how popular The Big Cozy Ultra-Oversized Hoodie & Pants are! Through some investigating I was able to locate the other item I needed, however it was only available for pickup at The Country Club Plaza Store. The only problem with that is I live in Missouri Valley, IA. After speaking to her, I may have even driven to Kansas City to pick this hoodie up, that is just how good she is! Long story short, Natalie was able to take down some information, and I purchased the item online. Natalie reassured me that she would have the item sent to my home, and not even the closest Lululemon Store to me l, which is in Omaha, Ne, about a 25 min drive from where I am at. I have zero doubt that every customer who has the privilege of working with Natalie, either on the phone, or in person, has had the same five star experience that I had.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Natalie paid close attention to detail and nailed it out of the park! I truly feel blessed, and this is the reason why I will continue to do business with Lululemon! I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but this one means a lot to me because some people, some experiences, and some kindness deserve to be recognized. As a single widowed father to a medically complex daughter who is wheelchair bound and immune compromised, my life is anything but easy. Between hospital stays, therapy, caregiving, and my full-time service in the military, I rarely get a chance to focus on myself. So when I walk into a store like Lululemon at the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri, I’m not just looking to shop. I’m walking in with a lot on my plate, hoping for a little help and peace. And every single time, the staff there have shown me kindness, professionalism, and compassion that go far beyond what anyone could expect. They are friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They never make me feel like a burden. Instead, they take time to help me find what I need, offer helpful suggestions, and make the whole experience less stressful. Even more meaningful is how warmly they treat my daughter. They speak to her with kindness, they are patient, and they are careful not to overwhelm her. That kind of empathy is rare, and it has never gone unnoticed. One person in particular has gone above and beyond every time I have come in. Her name is Kate Sullivan. I believe she is either the assistant manager or the store manager, and she is someone I will always remember. Kate has helped me personally on multiple occasions. She listened to what I needed, helped me pick out clothes that fit my lifestyle, and gave suggestions that were actually helpful. She didn’t just try to sell me something. She truly cared about what I was looking for and how she could make my experience easier. She was also the one who helped me with a few returns when some items had small defects. She handled everything calmly and respectfully, never making me feel like I was asking too much. Kate also remembered that I was active duty military and took the time to honor and apply my military discount without hesitation. That may seem like a small gesture, but to me, it was a moment of being recognized and appreciated, and it meant a lot. What left the biggest impression on me though was that after nearly a year, Kate still remembered me. She remembered my daughter, Havi. She greeted us like familiar faces and that alone showed how much she genuinely cares. That is not something you can train into someone. That is just who she is. Kate is more than an employee. She is someone who leads with heart, kindness, and true compassion. She treated me with dignity, she respected my time, and she made me feel like I mattered. In a world that often rushes people through the door, she slowed down and made space for us. That made all the difference. I would give this store a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. The entire staff is exceptional, but Kate Sullivan stands out as one of the most thoughtful, respectful, and genuine people I’ve ever met in retail. She is the reason I will always return to this location. Thank you, Kate. And thank you to the whole team for making my daughter and me feel so seen and supported. You’ve made a lasting impact that we will never forget.

So was at luluemon today with my 3 year old that had an accident . Diana not only came to our assistance but she gave us a lovely black pants that she insisted we take and also a headband for her older sister. Diane went above and beyond and I just wanted to commend her for her excellence in customer service . I will be back to personally but from this wonderful assistant . Thank you Diana

Unfortunately I’ve had the experience of not so nice associates. I was making a return and decided not return but to exchange . The employee who was not helping me but at the other register said what do you need . I told her and the size and she was abrupt and rude rolled her eyes and went to get it. I felt so uncomfortable lbs. I thanked her and was heading out until I noticed something else I wanted to look at and purchase. She followed me to that area stood and watched me. I was very uncomfortable and decided forget it I’ll just leave she followed me to the door to leave snd said you can go out the other side. Absolutely horrible experience

I hate having to write this review, as Lululemon is one of my most favorite brands and I’ve been a very loyal customer over the years. However I stopped in the store today to return some underwear, unfortunately the kind that I LOVE always seems get a hole on the inside seem, it’s happened to 4 out of the 8 pairs I have, no big problem, doesn’t stop me from continuing to buy them. While trying to return them, the associate was very rude and I could tell instantly she didn’t want to help, she originally told me she couldn’t find them so she couldn’t return them, then I questioned her about the reasoning and why a Colorado store was able to find the transaction and could do the exchanged but I didn’t have the 3rd pair with me so they could do it when I came back, and she responded with “so like, do you want me to grab my manager?” Which I found quite unprofessional being I never really asked for a manager, I expected her to answer my question and be able to do her job, she ended up leaving and I believe looking for her manager, she came back and looked through my purchase history and ended up finally finding them after telling me before she couldn’t, (which Is a prime example of her just not wanting to help) she told me they couldn’t be exchanged because they were purchased more than a year ago (September 17 2023) so a year and a couple weeks. This is extremely frustrating because this was a rule that was apparently enforced in April of 2024 and it doesn’t honor anything prior to the new rule. I would have loved to return my items prior but I didn’t know about the new rule and I’ve been on deployment the past 6 months. It’s very disappointing that a company would rather change there values and not exchange an item, that was a clear design flaw then to take care of a loyal customer for years. This interaction has really changed my love for this once great company. I ended up continuing to shop and found some shorts I needed but waited in line with 20 other people(yes I counted, the line was to the door) and wasting 25 minutes while employees were texting and only 2 were on the registers. I hope this message finds the right person and changed are made.

A lot has changed since I first reviewed this Lulu location back in 2015. I've become a parent, have adapted to working remote, and they moved their location to a bigger and IMO better location on the Plaza. I mention becoming a parent because any pregnant woman will tell you that Lululemon Align leggings are FIRE when your body is going through all kinds of changes and I have to say that even in my post baby body I'm still pretty hooked on them. All that to say, I'm a fan. I've been a fan now for years and I have some leggings that I'm going on my tenth year with, so I think for the price and the comfort they tend to hold up pretty well. Now onto this location. I love that they moved. The old spot was small-ish, and not really conducive to browsing. I popped into this one a few times recently, first on my birthday to browse and really enjoyed taking in the sales, and trying on some things, finally settling on some great sweaters. I was really relieved to find that the salespeople working nowadays were such a breath of fresh air from the visits I made ca. 2015. They were people of all shapes and sizes, and they were friendly. I hadn't been into a Lulu in some time so I asked the woman working the floor if they still did repairs as I had a pile of old leggings that had tears and holes that I was hoping to get stitched up at some point. She told me that they stopped that policy but that they do exchanges in most situations if they don't hold up. I was honestly flabbergasted as that seemed almost too good to be true. Needless to say I went home, packed up all my old leggings that had holes and came back a few days later. Now, when I came back there were different sales people on the floor and while they were all very kind, they lacked the confidence the first woman had about me getting these exchanged. They agreed that they had this policy but TWO of them spent a solid 5-10 minutes lecturing me on how to care for my leggings properly. It was almost as if they didn't believe me that I do follow the care instructions (because I do), and that I haven't been a customer for a decade. At the end of the day I got all but one pair exchanged, and they take detailed notes now on which ones you exchanged, why, and add it to your file - I'm assuming so you don't do this a ton. Overall I'm glad I was able to get them exchanged and it certainly extends the life of a product that is still very pricey for what it is. But, I'd honestly rather they bring back their repair policy. I would have been just as happy getting my pants repaired without all of the lecturing and shaming that they put me through just to honor their own policy. I reiterate that they were overall nice and not mean about it, but it definitely made me feel like I was doing something wrong, when I'm just trying to use their product as they intended, with the guarantees they commit to with their performance.

I didn't want to love the shorts that I got but they're seriously the most comfortable pairs I've ever worn. The person helping me walked me through how each pair fit and even gave her personal experience on it. I was worried with being someone bigger that I'd be treated differently but I didn't feel out of place by anything they said. She even accurately guessed a size for me to try on after I told her what size I wore at a different store. I gave 4 stars because they don't keep enough of sizes bigger than 14 and if you're going to be an inclusive brand you need to follow through with that statement.

I stopped in on a mission to find the perfect leggings. The last time I had been in was at the old location years ago. I wasn't impressed by the quality or customer service years ago. Now all that has changed! I was immediately greeted and offered help. I also feel like the quality of the leggings are better now. I will be back and be a frequent customer.

Awe I'm a sucker for their eye catching colors and cute, trendy designs of workout clothing. I had sticker shock the first time I went into the store...$98 for a top, $39 for sports bra....what?! But after buying a few of their items (off the clearance rack), I was sucked in. Their fabrics are quality, breathable and long lasting. I now have pants that are 2+ years old and still in great shape. They carry clothes that are great for yoga, running and dance. Or really anytime you'd like to feel comfortable. They also have swimwear, yoga mats, bags and accessories like scarves and hair bands. Each time I've been in their customer service has been wonderful, friendly and never pushy. The staff usually tries to get to know what type of workouts you do and they'll recommend a few items if you like. Also be sure to check out their free Sunday evening yoga class held in the store. It's a lot of fun, the class is usually some what basic with options for more experienced practitioners.

Everyone in this store is so friendly. The price tag of some of the items may seem alarming, but the quality of the clothing makes it worth it. I got an olive green sweater that feels like I'm melting into a cloud every time I put it on. They also have stirrup leggings, which I have been searching for!

I've had great customer service when purchasing in this store as well as great luck using the complimentary hemming on pants they offer. The Studio Pant is my uniform work pant, but my short legs require a special size. They always make the process easy, and I hope the company knows how much I appreciate pants that FIT! The staff here is great at helping you find the fabric and fit you need for whatever activity you're shopping for. Thanks friends!

horrible customer service. ordered a pair of leggings a month ago and they never came. contacted lulu four times about the issue and each time they said they would be there within a couple days, but they still never came. on my last time contacting them they informed me that the item has since been sold out (it wasn't when i purchased it a month ago) and there was nothing they could do for me except offer free shipping (which they do regardless, so really they offered nothing). not pleased.
