It was a really interesting and busy experience today! I was beyond shocked however at the lower prices we discovered here. I have been looking for the ABC joggers for 6 months and to find them here for 59 dollars instead of 128 was a treat! The staff were very busy today but handled every customer with grace. I especially enjoyed today's greeter who was kind enough to interact with every guest in a genuine way. The deals found here were simply incredible and the entire store was 50 percent off!

The workers there were very nice and friendly they kept asking me if I needed help in anything very attentive

The workers were so kind and helpful. Ashley at the counter and Tania (hopefully that’s how you spell her name) helping me and my sister trying on clothes. We thought they might have worked for commission since they were extremely helpful.

Staff = excellent First and foremost, the amount of people that are always in the store is wild. Despite this, I have never seen an upset employee or an unhelpful one. Everyone usually is smiling and happy and I love going there because sometimes you can get steals of deals! It is a hit or a miss for sure, especially with sizing BUT with prices being so great so often, I don’t mind going up or down on something here or there if I really love it. Generally I don’t have a hard time finding my size (10-14) and see lots of 0-2’s and 14’s+ as well. They are always stocked high on current accessories (though selected ones only, but it’s cool to get a deal on something you see for full price at a retail store still).

I visited this store a few months back and I remember how great my experience was . I was greeted by Jasmine and she was absolutely amazing. She greeted us in warm and friendly manner instantly making us feel comfortable and welcomed . She offered to help and checked up on us multiple times which was greatly appreciated. She also went out of her way to search for items in the back of the store to make sure we got what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing multiple items instead of only a few thanks to her willingness to provide excellent customer service. She was also charming and charismatic while speaking to us at check out. It was pleasant experience and we will definitely come back. Thank you Jasmine

Would give 0 stars if possible the lady there is an absolute useless worker or manager or whatever she does. Just stands there doing nothing and talks back to you with a snark attitude saying things are final sale. Employees give the wrong information on clothes that are tagged. Can’t return or exchange even with tags still attached and receipts on hand. Avoid at all costs.

My daughter is a big lululemon fan, so it is nice to have an outlet where you can get some great stuff at a reduced price. The sizes are sometimes hit or miss but you can always find some great stuff. All of their sales are final so you will not be able to return anything. But there are fitting rooms where you can try things on and make sure you have the right sizes. The salespeople are generally pretty helpful.

The material they make their clothing with is so soft and durable. They have the cutest things! You can buy anything from workout clothes, hats, cute skirts, shirts, shoes, wallets and fannie packs. All in great colors!

The most friendly Lululemon staff I gave encountered! In general Atlanta locals are very friendly. Selection was plentiful and prices are good. Not the lowest I have seen, but quite good for that selection. Staff was very helpful too, since I got confused with the price of a pair of joggers. Highly recommend this location.

This is the only place I get my LulUlemon from at a discount! It is definitely a hit or miss when it comes to select colors and sizes but the deals are really good if you find them! I do recommend coming in early as soon as they open so you can avoid having to wait outside to enter the store or for a fitting room. Some of the past deals that I have gotten are $39 Aligns, $59 Wander Unders, $49 yoga mat, and $29 tops. Everything is final sale so make sure it fits before purchasing. If you do come, make sure to bring your own bag to avoid paying $0.50 since they recently started charging for them. Even with the huge crowds, the staff is always polite and helpful!

Husband wanted to come here and he found two bargains at half price on a shirt and pants. The staff were friendly and personable. I definitely recommend if you like lulu and like saving money! Store was doing good business when we stopped in on a Tuesday morning!

I think the manger with brown hair and glasses helped me . She was so friendly and kind. Had a fairly good selection. It was literally the customer service that outshined every store in this outlet. I wish they had more shirts for women, but it was basically only tank tops or winter jackets. The prices were pretty good. They are a customer service oriented group it !

Have amazing sales!!! Each time I come in they have a different item on sale. I would recommend coming in early to beat the crowds in the afternoons. The service is pretty good they are very nice and are quick to get you a fitting room. Please note that everything is finale sale so make sure it fits before buying because you won't be able to return it. I found the trending scuba half zipped hoodie on sale for a pretty good deal!

I think they did a great job managing the capacity and experience for the customer, especially during these covid times. We joined the digital line, and was advised it would be a 2 hour wait on this early Sunday AM. It was fine for us, we'll just check out the other stores in the mean while. If we got tired, we'll just skip this store. But 2 hours went by real fast. A text message was sent to us and notified us. When we got there, we are pleasantly surprised that the capacity is well managed. There was no more than 12 customers in the store. Everyone had their masks on, and the sales people were attentive and helpful. And all the while when we were in there, the receptionist did a good job of managing the incoming crowd and put them in the digital line. I don;t know the obsession over this label, but she was happy. Looks like she scored a few outfits at a good deal?

I have been to several Lululemon outlets and this is the absolute best I have come across. Where do you find City Street Sleek 5 pocket pants for $19 (normally $128) but here! Long sleeve align tops for $14, scarves for $9 customizable scarves and Many other deals. Now these are outlet deals! I have been here a few times over the years and always have good prices. As with any store, prices can and will change. I sure wish Westgate Lululemon could learn from this location! Absolutely no comparison.

Very nice and friendly people and great sales. They had a big selection didn't have a belt bag but that's okay. They have great stuff. I tried some stuff on and they were always there to help me if I needed anything.

This Lululemon outlet is a true blessing, but the selection is soo hit or miss! However, I must say that I am thrilled we have one of these outlets in GA. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Depending on your price point, the discounted Lulu items might still be steep for some. They have many of the "We Made Too Much" items. This is exceptionally helpful, because the WMTM items are final sale, so you're always taking a chance when ordering online. It's great to try these on before making a slightly discounted investment that ends up not really fitting. I will say, I've never left this shop empty-handed. Just sometimes, I leave with 3 bags and sometimes I leave with only one :) They do not have any of the masks. I know we might need to wear them for much longer, but this is certainly of note to me because I still need to wear a mask to teach dance!

Honestly HATE going in, but prices are better than the retail store, closer than the retail store and I prefer to try items on before buying. Everytime I go in staff is inattentive, rude and unhelpful. Today I went in, about 4 girls, college age were just standing around at the dressing rooms gossiping about some girl at volleyball or something. Had to say excuse me 4 times before getting any of their attention, then got the snottiest attitude. Once I finished my shopping I went up to the cash register, they of course, we're back to gossiping and I had to wait 10 minutes before I finally walked over to them to tell them I would like to check out.

So I have to admit I'm not a big fan of outlets. For men, I think they are great, but I (maybe I'm too picky) can't seem to find things I like when I go. But when I heard they were opening a Lululemon, my favorite store, I had to see it. I was meeting my aunt and uncle for an early birthday lunch across the street, so I thought it was the perfect opportunity to stop in. I didn't find it on Yelp, so I added it and then perused the store. They have both men and women's athletic wear. I find their clothes fashionable but also functional. I love their running gear, and love their styles. I was hoping to find some good stuff at good prices to go home with, but I left empty handed. I have to say the prices are decent. For instance, my favorite tight, the Fast and Free, was priced at $89 versus $128. But the design on it wasn't to my liking, and that was the only one they had. They basically seemed to have a lot of things that probably didn't sell well, and ended up here in the outlet. I was disappointed. But they did have socks, bags, gloves, and other accessories that might be worth venturing in again at some point. And maybe I caught them at a bad time, when a lot of their merchandise had been picked through. For my size, I could not find anything I really truly wanted, but if I go on their website, I could go crazy shopping. On a side note, one thing you should know is to make sure you truly love what you buy before you leave, because all sales are final. There is no exchange or return policy. This is probably pretty standard for outlets, not sure? The sales people were really nice, but the merchandise was lacking. Not worth the drive there for me.

Buyer beware! This is an outlet and all sizes are not true to size. I bought 3 pairs of large boxers from here and when I wore them I noticed 1 pair was much snugger than the other. So I sized them up next to each other and one is considerably smaller (as seen in the picture.) They won't even ship me out a new pair to replace the smaller ones. Not only a bad product but bad customer service!

Bitch with the glasses was racist kept on putting on hand sanitizer in front of me like I had the coronavirus. She also forgot to take off the sensor tag on one of my pants. She should be terminated.

I rarely write negative reviews but wow this is THE MOST RACIST PLACE EVER. I just asked how to get on the wait list and the worker was SO RUDE. It was a simple question. You could have just said, sorry were closed up for the day because we're busy but I can get you on for tomorrow or something. But she had to look at my mom and I with such disgust. I'm never shopping here again.

I love the people here! They are so kind and helpful, the people working the cashiers are super helpful! This store doesn't have a lot in the shorts but they have a lot of pants, jackets, and bras. They do have a lot of men's shorts and etc. the only bad thing I have to say is, the wait... I was able to call and ask to be put on it and they were more then happy to, I waited probably an hour (I called right when they opened) but when I went in (around 12) the wait was about 2 and half hours. I do understand with covid that they have to limit the people. Plus you can shop around the outlet and get a text when ur spot is ready. I should also add, I only found one shirt I liked... not a big selection but the employees did say they get shipments every day Monday- Friday. Will be back again for sure!

I've visited this Lululemon Outlet 10+ times, and I've been a Sweat Collective member for years (even when it was called R+D, and we were all required to re-apply). My first 9 visits were typical--the educators were kind but not genuinely interested in my shopping needs, which is fine because I'm not shopping LLL to make friends with the educators. The selection is always meh. There was maybe one visit that I was impressed with the selection and the sale. 2 tops for $40-best LLL sale I've seen. But of course when I returned the next day to purchase when I had more time, the price went back to $39 per tank top. Lame. However, my 10th (and last) visit to the store was really uncomfortable with one specific employee. I asked her name to include in this review but i can't pronounce it therefore I'm honestly not sure how to spell it either. I was making a decent sized purchase (2 tank tops, 1 skirt, 1 hat, and a few yoga accessories) and the older woman at the register did not try to make small talk at all. She was rushed and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. I told her I was part of the sweat collective when she told me the total, and she asked for my information. Then she asked for my ID (which was fine but I've never had this happen before). Then she accused me of using someone else's account even though she had just seen my ID. She started questioning my certification and eligibility for the Sweat Collective discount, and again accused me of using someone else's account. She looked me up and down, and gave me a look that i felt was pretty offensive. I felt so attacked. I actually have not returned to a Lululemon store since this happened. My partner wanted to buy me a LLL define jacket for Christmas, so we drove completely out of our way to another LLL to make sure he ordered the right size for me. The LLL store actually had the exact jacket in my size that I wanted but I was TOO shaken up from my previous experience to even try to check out. (A little background: I used to weigh 200 pounds before becoming a trainer and coach, and my original LLL store congratulated my 70lb+ weight loss with a free tank in 2015. So obviously I always felt welcomed and safe shopping at LLL. You can imagine I can be a little sensitive when someone looks me up and down with a dirty look.) I ended up ordering the jacket online with my Sweat Collective since my partner could see how much anxiety it gave me to even be in the store. I received LLL gift cards for Christmas and it broke my heart. I would love to shop in the store but the LLL Dawsonville Outlet ruined that for me. Ill stick with shopping online.

Today I took my first trip to the Lululemon outlet, and I had an incredible experience. I can best describe it as a whole store of their We Made Too Much tab on their website. They had everything you could think of. All of the racks were divided by size. I wear sizes 10-14 and had very good luck (over two racks full of leggings)- many colors of the Align pant, Wunder Unders, and others. However, my friend, who wears size 2-4, came with me and had a very limited selection (less than ten pairs). If you want it, they probably have it! I suggest calling their store and asking what days they put out new stock in order to get the best selection! Overall a good time if you're a fan of Lulu
