I love pants from Lululemon, and have bought many many pairs over the years. Specifically, I love the 5 pocket ABC classic fits. On my last online order I accidentally chose the trouser option, and when I slipped on the first pair I bought I realized my error. I went into this store, like I have done before, to exchange the pair for the correct style. The cashier, a young woman with reddish hair, was insanely rude. She told me that since I had it was store policy not to accept returns with the tag taken off, but “she would let it slide this time.” Then, after a few minutes and a few more awkward sniffs of the pants, she said they had clearly been worn and washed, and snelled like fabric softener. I explained that I absolutely did not wash them, and only put one pair on for about 2 minutes until I realized they were the incorrect style. And that I had received them in the mail that day, and it showed the same on my app. She refused to take them back, and essentially called me a liar in front of multiple other customers. The funny thing is, I took the pants to the Regency location here in Omaha, and had not one issue. The kind gentleman there explained that Lululemon does not have a “tag policy,” and exchanged the pants, no problem. I don’t know what this store’s problem is, but I would recommend avoiding it and going to the other location in Omaha. I certainly will not be going back.

This might be long….. I went to lulu lemon at village point today and was just completely shocked with how horrible the costumer service was. Given I shop quite frequently there and the costumer service is usually not bad but today was Horrible and I would never have thought I would walk into the store and be treated the way I was. What happen was, I ordered a pair of shoes online and they were delivered to me today, they came and I wasn’t happy with the look of them as I thought the color would be lighter and I overall just wasn’t a fan given I thought they would be white and not light blue, so I gave the store a call and the women who answered was amazing, reassuring me telling me I could make a in store exchange when I came in and that she’s sorry the package wasn’t what I expected. I came in today at 6:00 pm and walked up to the counter and asked for a exchange in shoes, the employee working looked at me did not respond and took the box of shoes out of my hands, proceeded to scan the box and get everything on her computer set up. I then proceeded to politely ask for help in finding the right shoes I was looking for to get the exchange I needed, she looked at me and said “put your card into the machine”. I then restated I wanted to make an exchange but she still didn’t respond, so I just put my card in figuring she knew what she was doing. She looks me dead in the eyes like I’m stupid and said nothing. This whole time I stood there she was chatting it up with another employee, I then said “so can I make a exchange?” She says “you can come in tomorrow and buy new shoes, or just order them online again I don’t care it will take around 24 hours for your money to be in your card”. Completely ignored everything I said, made me look stupid, and the costumer service was horrible. I know don’t feel comfortable coming back, I don’t even know if I will repurchase the shoes.

I’ve been going to Regency for a while now but ever since I was sent to Village Pointe for an exchange, this is definitely my preferred store. It probably has twice as much merchandise at this store and the staff have been very friendly every time I stop in. Returns and exchanges have also been super easy and the staff and management is very helpful!

Ever since it got remodeled it is so nice in there. It's pretty big with a huge selection of clothes. They always have good sales. I'm a big fan of Lulu. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. I would recommend going there.

I was in the store today purchasing some items with my husband. When a very unpleasant lady came in complaining about underwear she had purchased her daughter and complained to any and EVERY employee. At one point the lady was taking pictures of people in the store, when a staff member politely told her that was inappropriate and stood up for the patrons of the store. The lady continued to escalate about how the store should make her return right and blah blah blah. I just wanted to commend every single employee and the manager for taking care of all the other customers and remaining extremely professional and respectful with the lady complaining as they simply reiterated policy and offered solutions. The lady was not accepting their solutions but the staff was incredible working with her and ensuring we were well cared for. Nice work to the VP Lululemon staff, that did not appear a fun situation.

I was allowed to bring my dog in and he received a puppy treat. In addition to that warm welcome, Their clothing is comfort at an all new level. Plenty of customer service reps available, and I was greeted and welcomed right away.

I will admit, I am not a big Lulu wearer. I often find the same quality in "dupes" however, when I was last a VP, I had to stop into the gorgeous brand new store. It's much bigger and much more spacious the the spot across the road. It's a lot brighter and I like this layout better. I am not going to comment on the prices or anything that a typical shopper would know. I thought it was a better experience in the new spot. I had a couple questions about sizing and service was great! I ended up getting a couple little items but do plan to some back with my friends whose the expert to shop for more clothing items.

If you're into quality sports and casual wear Lululemon is the brand for it. Although it's very pricey, in my opinion they're worth it and almost never go out of style.

Going to village pointe for me is a 20-30 minute drive so I need to go out of my way to get here. I specifically came into lululemon to compare their mat thicknesses because I'm considering trying them out for my home practice even though their mats are not closed cell mats. I'm a die hard loyal Manduka fan, which are $100+ yoga mats (I own three of them.) Lululemon mats retail for under $80 and are not closed cell meaning they absorb all the sweat, moisture, and icky-ness that it encounters. Not even a single hello upon walking in. Their mats are stacked in these cubbies that go vertical and many of the mats are hard to reach for someone as short as myself. Two cashiers blatantly ignored me, didn't ask if I needed help or wanted to see certain mats. Walking around the back to see the new clothes no one asked if I was looking for anything specific or if I needed help. I'm flabbergasted. In my hometown lululemon, the second I walk in I'm greeted. Someone has always asked me if I needed to see anything and to flag them down if I needed help. It's because of this service I've come to shop at lululemon a lot. As you can see, I own a ton of lululemon clothing, all of which I brought with me to Omaha from my experiences shopping at the Lululemon Honolulu store. Maybe I need to walk in decked out in lulu to get some service here. I fully intended on buying a mat today but, I'll stick to shopping online from now on. Seems to me that going into the store isn't helpful at all and honestly a waste of time.

Worst experience! Music was blaring loud, sales rep conducting my return kept yawning, and when I was walking around another employee stopped right in front of me blocked where I was walking and pointing at something to communicate whatever to another worker. She just ignored my presence. I turned around and walked out! I'll buy online and pray I don't have to make another return.

Lululemon sells quality products, but this store is one of the worst!!! The people are rude, they never answer the phone, and make shopping unpleasant to say the least! They have a real toxic environment at this location so we try to avoid it at all cost, and do most our shopping online and only return clothes there.

Great location and easy to find. There's limited parking in front, but plenty in a larger parking lot behind the store. Warm welcomes as soon as you walk in. They usually have a nice display up front with new arrivals and/or special features. The prices are comparable to Nike or Athleta. Proper maintenance per the care instructions will keep the quality of the fabric in great shape. They have plenty of options for size, style and fabrics, etc.

I have gone to this location multiple times wanting help in finding a good pair of leggings to last, that I can also wear while running. I tell them what I want out of the leggings, and they always recommend a different pair. But when I wear them to work out, a month or two later there is a hole somewhere in the seam line. I follow the care instructions ( no fabric softener, hang to dry, etc) and when I go back to get answers they tell me it's because the leggings aren't meant to sweat in.. I have spend A LOT of money at this store trying to find the right leggings and keep coming up short. If your looking for a good running legging, don't go here. Waste of money

I love Lululemon clothing and have been a loyal customer for a couple decades, but compared to the other stores around the country, this store is completely basic and boring. The colors they have are very simple and there's not that much of a variety. Plus if you have an issue with their clothing they will not help you. I love the brand, but I would just suggest either shopping online or going to a different store in a larger city with a little bit more variety and culture. For me, it's just not worth the 20 minute drive to West Omaha to look at basic boring colors (black and grey). The best stores I have dealt with are the ones in Soho in New York City and Washington DC.

I love lululemon... but try to go when they're not busy. Usually the staff is friendly and helpful, but lately they have been very rude and impatient. I have felt they don't listen to me and just ignore what I want, and what I'm asking. I have noticed that in bigger cities the employees are always friendly and go out of their way, but here in Omaha the employees I think get overwhelmed and become quite rude. I hope things can change to make my experience better there.

I'm a die-hard lulu fan although I must say I miss the pants pre-2010 pre-luon. The new material is either not thick enough or it balls up in the laundry even following the laundering directions. The styles and colors, however, cannot be beat! The customer service at this store is wonderful (although possibly overwhelming). Definitely check out the free Saturday morning yoga offered and stop by the farmer's market afterward.

From the moment I walked in I got asked about what I like to do activity/ workout wise, and was informed of events and places to try out. Awesome! All this casual convo from 4 employees while helping me select a workout tank I was hoping to find for cycling. Good selection, and the clothes are tailored to make a women (even a few pounds over) look good! Yes, they are pricy-- expect about $40-70 for a top and a bit more for pants. Their stuff is cute, of quality, and very very flattering to a women's body. I will be coming here to splurge for a new item a bit more often. Seriously best customer service I've ever had at a exercise/clothing store! And no not one of those skinny bitches that loom good and everything-- but they made me feel that way :)

Hands down the nicest employees. I had stumbled in looking for a sports bra and certainly didn't expect to find my absolute favorite shirt (makes me look awesome, great when traveling, perfect for all things including actually working out). It was my first time trying on their clothes and fell in love with the comfort and how they fit. Real talk: this stuff is expensive! Also the company has an odd cultish vibe that I could do without but I sacrifice my morals for their free yoga on Sundays.

I have been a lulu lover for 5+ years. I know many people who use their "lifelong warranty" to get new leggings all the time. My aligns (had for a little over 6 months) are pilling like crazy and the seams are starting to come loose all around the leggings. I went in today hoping to get a new pair and the worker could not have acted more annoyed by me. She tried to put blame on me by saying I must be working out in them. Well sweetie I am not doing crazy cardio in them, but I am in college. She was no help whatsoever and basically told me to find a better pair. So from now on, I will do that. I will no longer shop at lulu if they charge 100 dollars for a single pair of leggings (that do not last a month with out pilling and minimum of 6 months with out seams starting to rip) and then tell me it's my fault when the seams rip and that I need to find a better pair????? Okay I will, just now at Athleta.

WOW. Rudest experience ever. Today I went in with my friend and I've been a proud customer of lululemon for years. However, I FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE even shopping there. I felt like I was watched constantly and even made eye contact with 4 workers that were simultaneously looking at other workers that then looked at us. It was RIDICULOUS!! I knew damn well they were communicating about us, seriously ? These new wave of workers are unprofessional and rude.

I always hunt down a lulu in every city I'm in. This location was great! The staff was very helpful, friendly. I tried on several different styles of pants and crops and couldn't find the exact fit I was looking for but they encouraged other styles that I would have never thought I liked. After finding a pair of relaxed pants I liked, they ordered them for me and shipped them for free to my house.
