I came in on a holiday Monday as my belt bag had broken its clip so I needed to see what could be done with it. The salesperson at the cash was helpful with resolving my issue to my satisfaction (as far as my item was discontinued). The item was just over 11 months old so they seemed to honour my purchase without issue with this fact.

Not a reflection of this location but the new policies overall. This location used to offer hemming and repairs. With two pairs of pants that are a year and four months old, I went in to have them repaired. They no longer offer repairs. They also have a new policy that they only quality promise items purchased within the last year. It’s been a year and four months. Getting rid of the long-standing quality promise as well as the repair option at the same time feels shady. I feel ripped off.

Terrible CS/marketing in Europe. How can a company that sends to different countries using few warehouses have DIFFERENT prices in every country? It is cheaper for me to order from germany using drop shipping service than from Polish site, because sometimes the same items are 10-30% more expensive on Polish site. Again, the items come from the same warehouse and not like it costs 10-30% per item to switch currencies from PLN to EUR. Not to mention that the German site has better stock. I'd gladly buy on PL site, but if nothing changes then I'd find a better company. I'm tired of Poles being treated worse than other nations in Western Europe and Lulu forcing me to use some 3rd party service to have same prices. Talk about equality, hypocrites.

Customer service at this location was out of this world! I came in with my mom and sister, and the three of us can be quite a bit indecisive. We were there for quite some time and my mom asked LJ probably 100 questions about which wristlet/wallet to buy. I’ll be honest, I would have probably gotten frustrated, but he was so incredibly patient and helpful the entire time. All other staff were pleasant and helpful as well, but unfortunately we did not get their names. LJ was a standout of someone who went above and beyond to make sure his customers were happy. We will be definitely be returning to this location!

The store is incredibly welcoming. The staff were so kind and super friendly, even playing with my son while we shopped, and they gave him a sticker! Such a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

It’s one thing to be brand loyal, but it’s a whole other experience to receive excellent customer service while shopping for your favourite brand. Lululemon Queen W has gone through a real transformation in terms of customer service and the overall helpfulness of the team, especially this year. Kudos to Michelle for her incredible hospitality and genuine care, she truly sets the bar high. Every time I come to this location to either make a purchase or hem some pants, it's been such a kind and welcoming experience. All the associates I've interacted with are extremely helpful and I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes or less for the hemming process. I would say it's my favourite location to go to because of how helpful the staff are here to my questions, I've been to other locations where they're not as friendly or willing to help search for a product for me. Thank you to this Lululemon's team!

What a HORRIBLE experience. A few of the workers were very unhelpful and stand-offish and the female manager was despicable, rude and cold. I’m not sure who she thinks she is! The atmosphere at this Lululemon store is very unwelcoming and I will NEVER ever come here again. I took my business to another Lululemon where they know how to treat human beings with respect. Do not go to this location and take your business elsewhere!

Lululemon is a staple for gym junkies and/or athleisure enthusiasts. Staff is helpful and friendly. They don't seem to have a full selection of sizes and styles but it's a smaller store than others. It's still worth checking out. I was surprised to see a small sale rack! Dog friendly too!

I'm excited that Lululemon is the official gear sponsor for the next 4 Olympic games. I don't mind paying more for quality, the only issue I have is Lululemon not carrying enough stock online or instore. Their mitts despite backlash on price, are sold out and so are certain product colours, sizes. I visited this location to check out the Team Canada goods and pick up a Future Legacy Crossbody bag to support. According to Global News, 10% of sales of these unisex bags would go towards Team Canada, and it's the sole fundraising item. Personally, I'm more a fan of the bags and accessories than the outfits. The staff there are super helpful. All volunteered to look and help me pick colours and particular styles. The bag is water-resistant and fits my key pouch, small wallet, stick battery pack and lipstick. I like the outside slot to hold my phone for easy access and the option to wear as a belt bag. $38 is reasonable for this functional, quality, collectible. The branding is subtle, so it's great for when you want something more casual and not too showy. Only available in Canada and I also heard our Team Canada stuff is super popular in China. I was not too fond of the grey colour bag at first on their website, but it's almost light blue in person and quickly became my fav. I also picked up a red Team Canada cap and a black runners cap too. While you're there, they have Mirror on display, the interactive workout with a mirrored screen. Quite cool!

This is the new location of Lululemon (previous location was just a few doors down). The space is a lot bigger and it's designed to be a sort of hub for the yoga/fitness community. At the back of the store there's a large lounge area with sofas an chairs. You can play table tennis or use their colouring books. Don't miss the upstairs space (enter by the door to the right of the main entrance), "The Attic". This is a studio space that will be used for free community classes - yoga, meditation, fitness classes. Check their facebook page for event listings. As for the store, it's pretty much the same selection as any other location.

I love this store so much. They make the best workout clothes. This particular store currently has a pop-up smoothie place out front and a lounge area in the back where you can get some work done. Well done!

I love their pants. I could wear their pants as sleeping clothes or work clothes. I could even probably dunk on some bitches if the mood were right.

The look is dynamic ad youthful. The fabrics are soft and comfortable. The designs are very attractive. The store offers yoga and running gear with high tec fabrics that will feel great on your body and allow the sweat to evaporate fast. Also beautiful sport jackets, hoodies, pants, tights, thermal crew, long sleeves and short sleeves shirt, for both women and men. Lululemon also carries accessories: Mats and Props, Bags, Socks, Water Bottles, Hats and Scarves, and gloves. Perfect for buying yourself or someone you love a gift. Whether you buy something for $25- or, for $250-, you will be happy with your purchase. Shipping is always free, but the store is a nice place to visit. You will be treated right!

Hands down best lulu store in Toronto. Spacious store, great customer service and atmosphere. There's a nice chill out lounge at the pack with a ping pong table. Good selection of WMTM (we made too much). The best part? Their free hemming/alteration service. Lulu shirts/pants don't fit most people as is. All lulu stores does hemming/alteration, but for this particular one, there's always someone available and promises to finish the work in under 30mins.
