The store is incredibly welcoming. The staff were so kind and super friendly, even playing with my son while we shopped, and they gave him a sticker! Such a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

Every time I come to this location to either make a purchase or hem some pants, it's been such a kind and welcoming experience. All the associates I've interacted with are extremely helpful and I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes or less for the hemming process. I would say it's my favourite location to go to because of how helpful the staff are here to my questions, I've been to other locations where they're not as friendly or willing to help search for a product for me. Thank you to this Lululemon's team!

Was advised from customer service to head into my local store for a “refund”. Purchased a defective jacket within a month a hole appeared right under the arm. The supervisor “Liz” was very unprofessional and wasn’t interested in the chat history between myself and customer service. She also ended the conversation with “I appreciate your frustration” I was shocked and asked if she just said that and she apologized and said it’s been a long day… this took place at 1pm. Went to the store today December 1st, Sarah the cashier was very pleasant and took care of my issue. I was also advised Liz does not work there - so that was a fake name. Customer service later provided a complimentary gift card for the misinformation.

Had a terrible experience at the specific Lululemon store during a pickup. One of the employees (possibly a manager), a white woman with blonde hair, was extremely rude and dismissive. She had a harsh tone, didn’t greet customers, and was bossing other employees around in an unprofessional way, making the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Other staff seemed intimidated, and the overall service was disappointing. Lululemon is known for good customer service, but this experience was far from it. Hoping management takes action to improve customer interactions.

I'm not sure what the name of the reddish haired lady was that helped me out (Saturday evening shift) but that was some of the best and friendliest costumer service I've ever had and she deserves the biggest promotion. Well done to whoever hired her.

Love lulu but this location is honestly the worst. Have gone to this one for 4times, experience is getting worse and worse each time 🥲staff have very poor communication and respect towards their customers. Just stay away from this location for a peace of mind while shopping lol there are two other locations in downtown and one being super close and more options.

So I hate to be someone to come across or sound like a Karen but today in this store really hurt my feelings. I was trying on a jacket I’ve finally wanted, and in the changing rooms in 17th October at around 4pm give or take, I come out to my boyfriend to show him what it looks like on, the lady working in changing rooms goes “how does it fit” and I’m like fine thank you and I’m discussing how it looks and the lady keeps staring at my body and I mean eyeing me up and down and asked another two times how does the fit feel (which is bizzare to ask 3 times after it said it’s all good) and then goes “can I give you my honest opinion” and proceeds to say in a off tone “the size it too small for you, you’re stretching it out at the back” ? What an amazing choice of words! Baring in mind first of all, a customer representative should be making me feel warm and welcome. I’m genuinely small and petite (not trying to sound like a pick me girl but I am small framed and small height) and I’ve wore sizes like that before and even smaller, it literally fit perfectly baring in mind. But to say that so meanly and use them words just wasn’t nice at all, I use to have an eating disorder really badly too, luckily I don’t anymore bc that would have caused chaos on my brain, but it was still upsetting, so personally they should be a bit more warey of their words and tone. Then I go back in the room and change into another size to try it on, another lady is working the changing rooms, again I’m speaking to my boyfriend, and I’m getting stared at, my body just being peered. I get interrupted mid convo again to ask how it is and then goes “can I give you my honest opinion again” to which is say “no thank you” because getting stared at was just so weird from a customer representative. You’re suppose to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Last time I checked tight clothes are suppose to be tight, is this an alien concept to them???? And even my boyfriend noticed how rude and weird they were, for a man to notice the tone and words, you gotta be doing something bad. I left the clothes and went to the eaton centre Lululemon where they were so welcoming and was confused as to why I’m being told the clothes were too small for me because “I’m fitting in them like a glove” and I have felt so nice and happy. I’m glad I’m not just not dealing with issues but they need to be a lot more considerate with how they’re talking to people. As women themselves they should know how it would feel, also imagine speaking to someone dealing with body issues or an ED and their happy with the jacket and smiling just for them to turn round and the workers say that stuff to you with them words and tone. Yikes.

Received excellent service from Josh. When we first spoke I asked how he was and he told me “living the dream.” After he resolved my issues I was too! Thanks again.

Yelp
Lululemon is a staple for gym junkies and/or athleisure enthusiasts. Staff is helpful and friendly. They don't seem to have a full selection of sizes and styles but it's a smaller store than others. It's still worth checking out. I was surprised to see a small sale rack! Dog friendly too!

Yelp
I'm excited that Lululemon is the official gear sponsor for the next 4 Olympic games. I don't mind paying more for quality, the only issue I have is Lululemon not carrying enough stock online or instore. Their mitts despite backlash on price, are sold out and so are certain product colours, sizes. I visited this location to check out the Team Canada goods and pick up a Future Legacy Crossbody bag to support. According to Global News, 10% of sales of these unisex bags would go towards Team Canada, and it's the sole fundraising item. Personally, I'm more a fan of the bags and accessories than the outfits. The staff there are super helpful. All volunteered to look and help me pick colours and particular styles. The bag is water-resistant and fits my key pouch, small wallet, stick battery pack and lipstick. I like the outside slot to hold my phone for easy access and the option to wear as a belt bag. $38 is reasonable for this functional, quality, collectible. The branding is subtle, so it's great for when you want something more casual and not too showy. Only available in Canada and I also heard our Team Canada stuff is super popular in China. I was not too fond of the grey colour bag at first on their website, but it's almost light blue in person and quickly became my fav. I also picked up a red Team Canada cap and a black runners cap too. While you're there, they have Mirror on display, the interactive workout with a mirrored screen. Quite cool!

Yelp
This is the new location of Lululemon (previous location was just a few doors down). The space is a lot bigger and it's designed to be a sort of hub for the yoga/fitness community. At the back of the store there's a large lounge area with sofas an chairs. You can play table tennis or use their colouring books. Don't miss the upstairs space (enter by the door to the right of the main entrance), "The Attic". This is a studio space that will be used for free community classes - yoga, meditation, fitness classes. Check their facebook page for event listings. As for the store, it's pretty much the same selection as any other location.

Yelp
I love this store so much. They make the best workout clothes. This particular store currently has a pop-up smoothie place out front and a lounge area in the back where you can get some work done. Well done!

Yelp
I love their pants. I could wear their pants as sleeping clothes or work clothes. I could even probably dunk on some bitches if the mood were right.

Yelp
Lululemon makes athletic clothes for those leading an active lifestyle, be it yoga indoors, or sports outdoors . It also supports meditation and yoga centres, and in this location you will find a yoga studio, as well . If you want to look chic and fashionable in sports clothes, shop at Lululemon . Prices are above average, but the quality is high. For some extra dollars, you can look like a fashion model. The clothes are lightweight and designed to handle your sweat. The look is dynamic ad youthful. The fabrics are soft and comfortable. The designs are very attractive. The store offers yoga and running gear with high tec fabrics that will feel great on your body and allow the sweat to evaporate fast. Also beautiful sport jackets, hoodies, pants, tights, thermal crew, long sleeves and short sleeves shirt, for both women and men. Lululemon also carries accessories: Mats and Props, Bags, Socks, Water Bottles, Hats and Scarves, and gloves. Perfect for buying yourself or someone you love a gift. Whether you buy something for $25- or, for $250-, you will be happy with your purchase. Shipping is always free, but the store is a nice place to visit. You will be treated right!

Yelp
Hands down best lulu store in Toronto. Spacious store, great customer service and atmosphere. There's a nice chill out lounge at the pack with a ping pong table. Good selection of WMTM (we made too much). The best part? Their free hemming/alteration service. Lulu shirts/pants don't fit most people as is. All lulu stores does hemming/alteration, but for this particular one, there's always someone available and promises to finish the work in under 30mins.
