Ive visited Lululemon at 318 Queen Street West multiple times now and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The store was bright, clean, and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. The quality of the products speaks for itself — the fabrics are durable, comfortable, and stylish. You can tell everything is designed with both performance and everyday wear in mind. I especially appreciated how the staff encouraged me to try things on and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for more! I’ve had to edit this review after an awful experience in store this evening. I purchased a scuba full zip hoodie, one-year and three months ago. The zipper had broke in the washing machine, and for months I was not able to wear the sweater zipped up all the way. I asked the manager on duty today to take a look at my sweater for a possible repair. She completely refused. After looking up my purchase in the system, she informed me that there was nothing that could be done from lululemon, as the purchase was made over a year ago. Fine. I asked the manager to explain Lululemon’s quality promise guarantee, but she could not explain it to me. I checked the website later on for clarification, and the policy stated that after a year, products are assessed on a case-by-case basis for their eligibility for repair or replacement. The problem is that she would not even take a look at the broken zipper. Now tell me, how could a manager deny this claim without even assessing the item? I am a Sweat Collective and Collective Pinnacle member, and have been shopping at lulu for over 10 years. What a shame. Do better.

Very nice staff. As busy as the store was that Saturday, it was nice to see that the staff remained friendly with the customers and showed they were always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. I really like how they try their best to find you the size or colour you need in store or online. I always like how advisable they were when I had questions about what colours would go with what.

Very nice and helpful staff. I didn’t know the store offers free hemming and they were very kind to tell me about it while I was trying on pants I have so many pants that are a tad too long that I was able to bring in to be hemmed

I had such a good experience with this Lululemon store and especially with Michelle !!! It was my first experience at lululemon and I will remember it ! Michelle was lovely and so helpful! She understood what I wanted so quickly and I finally bought a beautiful kakie set! Exactly what I wanted! I can’t wait for my next experience there ! Thank you

Lululemon is a staple for gym junkies and/or athleisure enthusiasts. Staff is helpful and friendly. They don't seem to have a full selection of sizes and styles but it's a smaller store than others. It's still worth checking out. I was surprised to see a small sale rack! Dog friendly too!

I'm excited that Lululemon is the official gear sponsor for the next 4 Olympic games. I don't mind paying more for quality, the only issue I have is Lululemon not carrying enough stock online or instore. Their mitts despite backlash on price, are sold out and so are certain product colours, sizes. I visited this location to check out the Team Canada goods and pick up a Future Legacy Crossbody bag to support. According to Global News, 10% of sales of these unisex bags would go towards Team Canada, and it's the sole fundraising item. Personally, I'm more a fan of the bags and accessories than the outfits. The staff there are super helpful. All volunteered to look and help me pick colours and particular styles. The bag is water-resistant and fits my key pouch, small wallet, stick battery pack and lipstick. I like the outside slot to hold my phone for easy access and the option to wear as a belt bag. $38 is reasonable for this functional, quality, collectible. The branding is subtle, so it's great for when you want something more casual and not too showy. Only available in Canada and I also heard our Team Canada stuff is super popular in China. I was not too fond of the grey colour bag at first on their website, but it's almost light blue in person and quickly became my fav. I also picked up a red Team Canada cap and a black runners cap too. While you're there, they have Mirror on display, the interactive workout with a mirrored screen. Quite cool!

This is the new location of Lululemon (previous location was just a few doors down). The space is a lot bigger and it's designed to be a sort of hub for the yoga/fitness community. At the back of the store there's a large lounge area with sofas an chairs. You can play table tennis or use their colouring books. Don't miss the upstairs space (enter by the door to the right of the main entrance), "The Attic". This is a studio space that will be used for free community classes - yoga, meditation, fitness classes. Check their facebook page for event listings. As for the store, it's pretty much the same selection as any other location.

I love this store so much. They make the best workout clothes. This particular store currently has a pop-up smoothie place out front and a lounge area in the back where you can get some work done. Well done!

I love their pants. I could wear their pants as sleeping clothes or work clothes. I could even probably dunk on some bitches if the mood were right.

Prices are above average, but the quality is high. For some extra dollars, you can look like a fashion model. The clothes are lightweight and designed to handle your sweat. The look is dynamic ad youthful. The fabrics are soft and comfortable. The designs are very attractive. The store offers yoga and running gear with high tec fabrics that will feel great on your body and allow the sweat to evaporate fast. Also beautiful sport jackets, hoodies, pants, tights, thermal crew, long sleeves and short sleeves shirt, for both women and men. Lululemon also carries accessories: Mats and Props, Bags, Socks, Water Bottles, Hats and Scarves, and gloves. Perfect for buying yourself or someone you love a gift. Whether you buy something for $25- or, for $250-, you will be happy with your purchase. Shipping is always free, but the store is a nice place to visit. You will be treated right!

Hands down best lulu store in Toronto. Spacious store, great customer service and atmosphere. There's a nice chill out lounge at the pack with a ping pong table. Good selection of WMTM (we made too much). The best part? Their free hemming/alteration service. Lulu shirts/pants don't fit most people as is. All lulu stores does hemming/alteration, but for this particular one, there's always someone available and promises to finish the work in under 30mins.
