Had a GREAT experience yesterday! My daughter was celebrating her birthday while her teen sister shopped at this store- I was holding coats/ toys ect and a lady gave me a bag to pack it all in so I could shop. I really really appreciated this! Such kind workers- highly recommend this team!!!

The staff is very stuck up. I bought over $600 worth of clothes. I kept telling the sales rep I don’t think the colors match (top & bottom). Now that I’m wearing it outside it’s obvious the browns are not same!! The clothes r dirty, check before buying. I’m currently breaking out in hives because of someone’s dog hairs all over a set a got. The sales reps get an attitude when you decline dirty clothes. Who wants to purchase DIRTY pants and bottoms for $300?!?

Absolutely beautiful store with wonderful staff. It’s well organized and maintained. Staff in the fitting rooms are always helpful, going above and beyond. I would’ve given 5 stars, but more often than not, there are no sizes available in merchandise that I am looking for, which is incredibly frustrating. I hate having to guess a size, and when it doesn’t fit right I have to drive an entire hour each way just to exchange it. I wish there were more sizes available in store, it’s disappointing. About to drop it to three stars, why have a phone line if no one there will answer it?? Only store that doesn’t answer calls. A big turn off.

My wife purchased a polo for me as a gift last summer. Unfortunately, because she didn’t give it to me until Christmas time, I was unable to return it. This is the worst made polo I’ve ever seen. The material is plastic like and wrinkles just sitting down with it on. It can’t be folded or it ends up a wrinkled mess, it can’t be hung up because the thin synthetic fabric stretches and leaves huge hanger marks. The seams around the cheap plastic snaps (not buttons) look stretched out and bunched up at the same time. The sleeves are elbow length and the sleeve openings are extremely wide, not a fit you would expect from an “athletic clothes” store at all. The shirt has been worn for less than an hour and per the clerk, according to policy, is not returnable. She even suggested that I sell it on a third party website. For gear this over the top expensive, I expect better quality and attention to detail. I absolutely expect better customer service. The photo of the over lapping polo is of the same size, just a different brand.

I need to find a new place to shop for workout gear. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years. This was only the second time I’ve had an issue with finding a hole in my leggings after owning for a short period of time. They refused to do anything. Flukes happen—holes can get missed in quality control—I get that. But now I’m stuck with a $98 dollar pair of unwearable leggings. Do better Lulu. Your customer service is really going downhill.

Bella was very friendly and helpful. This girl is literally a God send. She was interested in my needs and was helpful to point out products that would work well for me. I told her that I have been buying the wrong size from being advised that I’m a size 6, which I’m actually a 0/2 lol. I appreciate her knowledge of the products and recommendations + going above and beyond. The whole staff was also very friendly. But, if you are looking for the best advice look for Bella! This girl will break her back meeting your needs!!

I went in today to exchange a shirt and the gentleman behind the counter refused to give me the military discount on my account because my husband wasn’t with me. I have never had any issues until today. Whatever, not a big deal. The exchange was more than the previous item so there was a balance owed of say $47.01. I hand the gentleman behind the counter a $100 bill. He already marked the sale a card transaction so the register wouldn’t give him the balance owed back to me. I stood there for 10 min while he tried to figure out my change. He had a calculator and everything. I should’ve been given the discount for having to stand there for so long.
