I have never been to lululemon before, but I was told how awesome the pants are. I was approached by one of the sales people (Frank?) and he asked me if I needed help. He explained to me in good detail what makes Lululemon pants so comfortable. He encouraged me to try things on and I appreciated his honest feedback. It was evident he enjoys educating customers, and I am grateful for it. I will definitely be coming back!

Whoever is working the fitting rooms tonight at this location and helped me ship an item for alterations was the best help I have ever gotten at any lululemon location ever! Thanks!

Had a GREAT experience yesterday! My daughter was celebrating her birthday while her teen sister shopped at this store- I was holding coats/ toys ect and a lady gave me a bag to pack it all in so I could shop. I really really appreciated this! Such kind workers- highly recommend this team!!!

Zach the manager is the worst. I came to exchange one shirt with tags he would not allow it very rude very entitled didn't care that we r spending another 400 dollars there. Very discussing store and manager i have never had a issue before never so disappointed!!!!!

Frank helped me find a pair of pants and was so kind and helpful! 5 stars for service. Lululemon is doing something right if everyone is as helpful as Frank was!

The staff is very stuck up. I bought over $600 worth of clothes. I kept telling the sales rep I don’t think the colors match (top & bottom). Now that I’m wearing it outside it’s obvious the browns are not same!! The clothes r dirty, check before buying. I’m currently breaking out in hives because of someone’s dog hairs all over a set a got. The sales reps get an attitude when you decline dirty clothes. Who wants to purchase DIRTY pants and bottoms for $300?!?

My wife purchased a polo for me as a gift last summer. Unfortunately, because she didn’t give it to me until Christmas time, I was unable to return it. This is the worst made polo I’ve ever seen. The material is plastic like and wrinkles just sitting down with it on. It can’t be folded or it ends up a wrinkled mess, it can’t be hung up because the thin synthetic fabric stretches and leaves huge hanger marks. The seams around the cheap plastic snaps (not buttons) look stretched out and bunched up at the same time. The sleeves are elbow length and the sleeve openings are extremely wide, not a fit you would expect from an “athletic clothes” store at all. The shirt has been worn for less than an hour and per the clerk, according to policy, is not returnable. She even suggested that I sell it on a third party website. For gear this over the top expensive, I expect better quality and attention to detail. I absolutely expect better customer service. The photo of the over lapping polo is of the same size, just a different brand.

It's my first visit at lululemon, my daughter was the begging me to come here. I like the bright open store and there's a large selection of products inside. A lot of online is available in store. The back wall has a large selection of the leggings on it. Prices are what I expect of something this popular. I will say what disappointed me most is the sizes are very inaccurate. What is a size 4 for my daughter is a size 10 here. So before you take the plunge make sure you use the online size guide. I had asked a store associate about proper sizing since the first things we tried on couldn't fit. She told me to just grab whatever and figure it out. Overall I get it's what's in and the store itself is nice.

Stopped in today with my oldest daughter for some leggings for "back-to-school" shopping. I really like the setup they have for the fitting room. They put the name of the customer on the door and check in frequently to see if they need additional sizes or help. I have always loved LuLu products, and the customer service is amazing.

When I went there the workers were so nice they were so helpful to me and I really like it.I ask where was the belt bags and they showed me.I am so glad and I will becoming again.This has to be the best store I have gone in. If you wanna visit I would go here. The workers need a raise because they are so helpful and understanding. If you wanna go there I would love for you to go there.

This store had more staff than customers and called everyone babe. I guess that's their thing but it was weird. Nothing was on sale & the clothes were hideous. I only took my bfs kid here because for some reason teenagers think they need to spend hundreds of dollars on ugly yoga pants. She was quite impressed as she thinks that expensive things mean they're nice. They even tried to talk her into getting an account there, she's 12. Anyway. I won't be going back. I can find better yoga pants literally anywhere else & no one is calling me babe that doesn't know me. Don't waste your time here, buy online instead.
