We had a wonderful dining experience at Lum Orng Farm to Table in Siem Reap on 18 Dec 2025 .The restaurant is set in a beautiful location with a tropical garden atmosphere, giving you the feeling of being immersed in an authentic farm-to-table environment.
The chef is very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, and he took the time to explain every dish in detail, sharing his thoughts, inspirations, and techniques behind each course. This personal interaction made the experience even more special.
The food was truly farm to table — authentic ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers, creatively crafted into refined dishes with clear, precise, and well-defined flavors. You can really taste the care and origin of each ingredient.
There is some room for improvement with the wine pairing, which could be better aligned with the farm-to-table philosophy. However, this did not take away from the overall experience.
Prices are on the higher end for Cambodia, but absolutely justified, especially knowing that the local community benefits directly from this concept.
