I had the absolute worst hotel experience of my life at this property. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The parking lot was a disorganized mess, which was only the beginning. When we entered the reception area, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of wet dog, and the place looked severely neglected. The sofa in the lobby was ripped, and everything felt chaotic and poorly maintained.
Given the initial impressions, we asked to see the rooms to determine if they were in better condition. Unfortunately, the room, while decently clean, was far smaller than the pictures suggested. The bathroom was in bad shape with obvious signs of neglect.
After everything we experienced, we decided not to stay and requested a refund. To our surprise, the property refused to return any of our money, leaving us with a loss of USD$1,000. However, we ended up finding a much better hotel just a short distance away at half the price. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, but I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.
