Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.||My reservation at Glamping Lumbre was from November 27–29, 2025. On the day of arrival, the Pereira airport was officially closed due to severe weather conditions, and my flight was cancelled.||I explained this clearly to the owner and referenced the Colombian Consumer Protection Law, which states that when a service cannot be provided, the consumer is entitled to a refund.||Despite this, the owner refused to refund the unused night, insisting he should still receive payment for a service that was never provided. As this is not aligned with national consumer regulations, I have filed an official complaint.||Regarding the stay itself, the facilities were below expectations for the price. There was no hot water, which was particularly inconvenient because the weather is very cold especially at night. and at one point there was no water at all, leaving me unable to even wash my hands. Given the cost, the infrastructure and service level were disappointing.||On a positive note, the staff working at the accommodation were respectful, friendly, and cooperative. They genuinely tried to help within their limits. However, upon checkout, I was not provided with the invoice for my stay, and I am still following up with them to obtain this mandatory document.||I am sharing this respectfully, without aggression, simply to alert other travelers and prevent similar experiences. I strongly encourage the owner to fully comply with Colombian consumer-protection laws and operate in accordance with the standards established by national regulations.
