Glamping Lumbre

Clamping Lumbre was an amazing, peaceful escape just outside Salento. The grounds are immaculate, filled with birds and friendly animals. My room was incredibly clean and comfortable.|The property's two waterfalls are a must see. I highly recommend the hike and a refreshing swim if you're feeling brave. The staff was very attentive, answering all my questions and even arranging a tour to the spectacular Carbonera Valley. This tour is a photographer's dream, with its breathtaking landscapes and the highest concentration of wax palms.|This serene, romantic setting is perfect for couples, but it was also an ideal retreat for me as a solo traveler.

We had an amazing stay at Lumbre Glamping! The views were stunning, the tents were super comfortable, and the whole place felt peaceful and special. We came as a family, and my niece loved being surrounded by nature and hiking to the waterfalls. The staff was friendly, and the food was great too. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cocora!|The only downside was that the tents and bathrooms could use some maintenance and small renovations. A few updates would make the whole experience even more comfortable and truly perfect.

Glamping Lumbre was the perfect escape for our family, especially with our 2- and 6-year-old boys. We were lucky to snag the last family size tent on a last minute decision to stay within Valle de Cocora. The onsite waterfall hike was a fun, manageable adventure: safe, scenic, and close by. Each tent is beautifully designed and spaced far enough apart that you feel completely secluded, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. Ours was cozy, quiet, and immersed in the nature. With stunning views and space for the kids to explore. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—we felt truly cared for the entire stay.

We stayed at Glamping Lumbre with our two boys (ages 6 and 9). We had amazing experience. We arrived at night, but felt very welcomed immediately upon arrival. Everyone that works there seems to be so genuinely kind, and really love being in the natural surroundings of the property.||Coming from Canada, this was our first real adventure trip as a family and we weren't sure how it would go, but Glamping Lumbre exceeded our expectations. The property itself is beautiful, and has two beautiful waterfall hikes on the property. The highlight for our kids was Sol, the friendly dog who lives on the property, and guided us to the waterfall!||Pablo was very kind and full of helpful suggestions on how to explore and enjoy the surrounding region. This stay will be a lifetime memory for our family. Highly recommended for families looking to feel comfortable, but also in the great outdoors.

Gorgeous location close to the waterfall and right in the cocora valley. Rooms are spacious and private. A beautiful deck with a gas fire was perfect for the evenings. Their gorgeous dog Sol stole our hearts with her gentle nature, and she was the best guide to the waterfall. Loved our stay!

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. We booked the Cielo room type and stayed in the Luna room. The room was very comfortable and being able to lay in bed and look at the stars was magical. We ate dinner at the restaurant both nights and it was delicious. The second morning the breakfast was brought to us and we ate it on our deck. It was a perfect ending to the stay. There is a beautiful hike on the property that has two waterfalls. If you’re lucky, the property dog Sol will lead the way. All the employees and owners were so sweet and wanted to make sure you were happy. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone going to the Cocora Valley.

We loved our stay. Much quieter and peaceful than staying in Salento. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The bungalow was world-class with beautiful views of the mountain and sky through a glass ceiling. A beautiful walk to a waterfall capped off a great stay.
