Lumbung Sari Hotel

A lovely small hotel in a great location in Monkey Forrest Road. Initially I was in the very front room which was spacious and comfortable, although a bit noisy for me to sleep well. When I mentioned to staff the next morning I was moved to a deluxe room at the rear of the property which was really beautiful and very quiet with a view of the pool from the balcony. |The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was nice, tasty and adequate. The pool is small but a lovely quiet retreat. Close to some of my favourite restaurants and within easy walking distance. |I had a lovely stay there and Juliana and Putu on the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. I would stay there again

Excellent! Everything was stunning. First of all you are in the middle of Ubud but also very calm and quiet. The markets,shops arejust 10 second y All staff are very friendly and helpful. From 7am till 12/1pm breakfast area is open and you can get coffee fresh juice even breakfast is done. Swimming pool are is lovely and very important clean. It was lovely to swim with the flowers top of the water. We stayed in a suite room which was lovely. I never see a bed that much big. Highly recommend

The Lumbung Sari Ubud Hotel is a real HIDDEN GEM! For a small hotel they have modern very comfortable rooms, a lovely inviting pool & offer a very good breakfast selection, a choice of main breakfast plus a selection of chopped fruits, fruit juices, cereals, great coffee and efficient service. Putu is the friendly face at reception who will help with any question, nothing for him was any trouble, he was super great with local advice too! Step out from the front of the hotel to your left or right is an array of boutique shops, excellent choice of restaurants and some great live music venues (all curfew at 11pm). I believe that being in the middle of Monkey Forest Road is the best location in Ubud. Just ten minutes walk to your left from the Monkey Sanctuary or turn right & ten minutes to the Royal Palace and outdoor markets too. Already looking forward to our next relaxing & enjoyable stay here at the Lumbung Sari!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Lumbung Sari hotel in Ubud, Bali, and the experience was simply enchanting. Upon waking, we were greeted by the beauty of a meticulously maintained garden. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Putu, who welcomed us at the reception and helped us organize our excursions.||Everyone was incredibly hospitable and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fruits, yogurt, and cereals. We can't wait to return to Bali and will definitely choose your hotel again. Thank you so much for everything!

Had a fine stay here at Lumbung. It is centrally located to a lot of things in Ubud. The rooms are large. Bathrooms are very nice. And the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is fairly basic, but does the job. The pool is good for a cool down...

Our room had mould on the walls, geckos killed between doors and left to dry on the door, multiple cobwebs, and sheets looked dirty. I usually don't have negative feedback for places, but this one really needs to pick up its game, especially if they charge 4star prices. Breakfast was a joke, you are better off going outside, they diluted their juice with water. The only point working for this place is its location, its near some popular bars. You do hear the music till early morning on weekends though.

I rarely write reviews because I’m lazy, but this place and its staff have made me make the effort. ||I arrived early yesterday, and was allowed to check in straight away, and everything from then on has been amazing. The boys at Reception, Nyoman, Juliano, and Putu have taken special care of me because this is my first time travelling by myself, my first time to Bali, and sadly yesterday I was robbed in a shop down the street. ||My room was spotless, the bed was amazing, and because I’ve learnt from reviews that people care about water pressure, I’ll note that it was great also. 😂

The cleanliness of the place was great, the staff was equally kind, and the breakfast was spectacular! Without a doubt, I would stay here again. It’s centrally located and super accessible to all the places we wanted to visit. It’s peaceful, no noise can be heard, and the pool is clean! I loved it.
