Lumbung Sari Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Lumbung Sari Hotel! The location is extremely central, which made exploring Ubud incredibly easy. Having a supermarket right in front of the door was so convenient, and the Sacred Monkey Forest is just a 10-minute walk away. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly much quieter than expected. Because it's set back a bit in a courtyard and not directly on the main street, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The complex itself is beautiful green oasis with a lovely pond and a great pool area. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a great start to the day. Finally, the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful; they even assisted us with organizing our excursions. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility!

Our favourite convenient place to stay in Ubud. Right on Monkey Forrest Rd so no transport required as everything is within walking distance. Choice of Bali style or modern rooms. Great looking pool area with gardens. Simple but adequate breakfast included. So quiet and relaxing but still in the middle of everything. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Sorted out tours and transport for us at good prices. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Lumbung Sari Hotel is right in the centre of Ubud and super handy for everything. The rooms are spacious clean with great bed linen. There’s a peaceful pool and seating area adjacent where you can dine alfresco for breakfast. Great prices too for the rooms although I stay in the superior type. Room.|I can highly recommend staying here for a few days while you are in Ubud.|Ubud itself is quite busy and commercial with bars playing music until late evening.|So beware if your after total peace and tranquility head out to the Jungle.|Julian who works at the reception is most helpful and he will take good care of you..!

Thanks to Putu and Juliana for helping us when we needed urgent accommodation. Within an hour from contacting Juliana through WhatsApp we arrived and checked in to 2 rooms. One standard and one deluxe. Room 91 was tidy and comfortable for a couple. Room was quiet being down the back of the property. Breakfast was good too. Best location on flat access. I would recommend this property and ask for Putu the man will take care of you. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Staying at this hotel in Ubud was an outstanding experience. Everything is designed to provide comfort, serenity, and efficiency. From the very first moment, Juliana’s warm welcome made all the difference: attentive, professional, and always available, he ensured every detail was perfect. The service was quick, the organization flawless, and the atmosphere ideal for both relaxation and exploring Ubud. The location is excellent close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was also very spacious and well-designed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and thank Juliana and the team for such a memorable visit!

Very nice hotel with ubud vibes. We stayed in a room with front porch and the graded up bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have much ventilation and smelled a bit. The room’s air conditioning smelled a bit old as well. But besides that, the room was well cleaned. We really enjoyed the breakfast in front of the pool, where we got to choose breakfast from several menus along with buffet style fruits and yogurt. Coffee was really nice and watermelon juice was watery and tasty as well.|The staff was really friendly and nice as well.||Overall, great experience. Recommended stay if you’re wanting to stay in central Ubud (easy access to Ubud palace and Saraswati temple, as well as many other cafes and restaurants), and looking for a traditional Bali vibe hotel.

Really nice small oasis in the middle of Ubud, there is a nice pool for all the guests and the rooms are okay. The breakfast is also okay, nothing really special. The combination of a little bit of Luxus right in the middle of the busy Ubud is really nice. Staff was really nice and helpful!

Excellent property, well maintained & managed. Nyoman & Putu do a great job in making sure their guests are cared for. Small but lovely apportioned grounds housing 14 Rooms, Standard, Superior & Deluxe, a Pool area, breakfast area and Reception. Location is brilliant, right in the centre of Monkey Forest Road. Where else would you want to stay?
