LUME Boutique Hotel, Autograph Collection

LUME Boutique Hotel is a stylish and well maintained property. The rooms are comfortable and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The location is moderately good, with many areas reachable in a 10–15 minute walk. However, it is very close to a red light area, so keep that in mind depending on your comfort level. Service is kind but slow. As this is a small hotel, expect to wait at check-in. A nice touch is the included minibar, although it only offers a handful of drink options. Breakfast for Marriott status members is provided at the restaurant next door. The buffet is ample and the orange juice is some of the best I have ever had. Overall, it is a pleasant boutique stay with some trade-offs to consider.

This is a 5 star hotel. The staff (especially Deputy Manager Philipp) made sure we had the best German experience ever! |The breakfast was first class and the experience at the steakhouse and bar was phenomenal. If you rent a car you will have to park down the street at the Parkhaus Am Theater parking garage. I didn’t mind it because the walk through the park was nice. I would definitely stay here again without question.|They have a honeycomb dripping honey at breakfast every morning.

Great hotel in the city with a 10 minute walk to the river and old Frankfurt. My room was super clean, had high ceilings, was updated and modern, had a great bathroom/shower, and a super comfy bed. The staff at the hotel were all nice and helpful. Specially Huseyin at the front desk. Great value and I’d stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. The included breakfast is okay, I didn't think that it was anything special--just okay. Some reviews spoke about the area surrounding the hotel to be a bit dicey, but it was fine. The location was great--I was able to walk to most of the restaurants that I booked. It was also an easy walk to Frankfurt Main train station. I would definitely stay here again.

LUME is really such a boutique hotel in a more than hundred years old German house, the best part is that they didn't change the structure of the building, hence you still get to walk in it just like old time. Stayed at their penthouse, hence the wall was leaning towards you, which only makes the entire journey more nostalgia. Another one worth mentioning is that the way to get to the breakfast place is like a maze, as you really need to follow the signs carefully, meanwhile keep searching for your next hint, what an adventure.

The hotel is very dark and uninviting. The staff is not especially friendly and they seem to be very short staffed. The restaurant and bathroom are in a very dark basement area. There is no one to help with luggage. Many things in the room are broken or falling apart. It’s not in the greatest area either. There was no acknowledgement of my Marriott status, which is not the norm. There are many better choices. I chose it because of my loyalty to the Marriott brand but it wasn’t worth it.

A beautifully, quiet and centrally located hotel. The beautiful interior design of the hotel alone is worth a visit. The bar is cosy and has a nice ambience. The rooms are spacious, very clean and nicely furnished, with all amenities one expects from a top hotel available. The staff was friendly and approachable.

Rooms are nice and good quality for the price, however for some reason I always get assigned a room in floor 1 close to the reception which is extremely noisy. Gym is dreadful; 3 lousy machines in a non ventilated room. The owner underestimates how important the fitness room has become. Will not come back.

I got lucky finding this hotel! It is on a quiet street very close to the main strasse in Frankfurt, in a history building (a couple of buildings) at a decent rate. The breakfast was included in my rate and was first rate! There were some items that you could order to be made fresh - but a good choice of carbs, proteins, juices, and great coffee in a cozy spot. The bar was fun - it got hopping later at night but wasn't loud in the guest room. Great craft cocktails - but better to get there for happy hour when you can get a seat. Food is available. The rooms were comfortable and clean - with heated floors in the bathroom!
