LUME Boutique Hotel, Autograph Collection

LUME Boutique Hotel is a stylish and well maintained property. The rooms are comfortable and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The location is moderately good, with many areas reachable in a 10–15 minute walk. However, it is very close to a red light area, so keep that in mind depending on your comfort level. Service is kind but slow. As this is a small hotel, expect to wait at check-in. A nice touch is the included minibar, although it only offers a handful of drink options. Breakfast for Marriott status members is provided at the restaurant next door. The buffet is ample and the orange juice is some of the best I have ever had. Overall, it is a pleasant boutique stay with some trade-offs to consider.

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. The included breakfast is okay, I didn't think that it was anything special--just okay. Some reviews spoke about the area surrounding the hotel to be a bit dicey, but it was fine. The location was great--I was able to walk to most of the restaurants that I booked. It was also an easy walk to Frankfurt Main train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very dark and uninviting. The staff is not especially friendly and they seem to be very short staffed. The restaurant and bathroom are in a very dark basement area. There is no one to help with luggage. Many things in the room are broken or falling apart. It’s not in the greatest area either. There was no acknowledgement of my Marriott status, which is not the norm. There are many better choices. I chose it because of my loyalty to the Marriott brand but it wasn’t worth it.

A beautifully, quiet and centrally located hotel. The beautiful interior design of the hotel alone is worth a visit. The bar is cosy and has a nice ambience. The rooms are spacious, very clean and nicely furnished, with all amenities one expects from a top hotel available. The staff was friendly and approachable.

This place was special! I’m a world traveler, and this will go down as one of my favorite hotel experiences. Let’s start with the staff. Every last person was so caring, humble and soft spoken. A few times I needed to ask an important question and they never hesitated to spend time helping in any way possible. From check in to check out, everything was smooth as glass. Next, the rooms. So cozy and charming with the most appealing decor. Bed, shower, lighting, accents, colors were all so perfect. Then the breakfast. Wow! What a beautiful set up and again, the best service. Also, the downstairs bar has a great vibe and wonderful small plates and curated drinks. The only thing lacking in my opinion was the gym. Very limited options if wanting to weight train, but that’s most likely due to limited space. Hotel perfectly situated in the middle of it all. Never felt the need to take transportation as everything was walkable.

Like boutique hotel in Frankfurt is clearly above my expectation. Above all Marriott’s autograph collection hotels, this one is clearly under top tier level!||Pretty much tried everything from this hotel:|Breakfast|Lobby free treats|Dinner|Bar||Food quality is also top tier quality! Highly recommend Le petit royal restaurant for dinner and order a cocktail from bar!||Service and environment are also excellent! Quiet neighborhood, quick service request turnover, nice hotel decoration! Historical and modern fun!

Rooms are nice and good quality for the price, however for some reason I always get assigned a room in floor 1 close to the reception which is extremely noisy. Gym is dreadful; 3 lousy machines in a non ventilated room. The owner underestimates how important the fitness room has become. Will not come back.

One of the best Hotel to stay at Frankfurt. We came to Frankfurt and we choose Lume autograph collection hotel to stay in, the hotel is amazing. It’s a small boutique hotel with very clean rooms and nice location only 7 min walk from center what amazes me the most is the service. A great front office team especially Matio a true hotelier with his amazing service he is great person and always helpful and also big thanks to Sofia great leader her service was great too . |Big thanks for the breakfast team the food is good especially the juicer Machine where you can do your own juice which is amazing. Food is super tasty at breakfast and as well they have a nice bar with great staff. This an hotel that I will always book when I am in Frankfurt

I got lucky finding this hotel! It is on a quiet street very close to the main strasse in Frankfurt, in a history building (a couple of buildings) at a decent rate. The breakfast was included in my rate and was first rate! There were some items that you could order to be made fresh - but a good choice of carbs, proteins, juices, and great coffee in a cozy spot. The bar was fun - it got hopping later at night but wasn't loud in the guest room. Great craft cocktails - but better to get there for happy hour when you can get a seat. Food is available. The rooms were comfortable and clean - with heated floors in the bathroom!
