LUME Boutique Hotel, Autograph Collection

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. The included breakfast is okay, I didn't think that it was anything special--just okay. Some reviews spoke about the area surrounding the hotel to be a bit dicey, but it was fine. The location was great--I was able to walk to most of the restaurants that I booked. It was also an easy walk to Frankfurt Main train station. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was special! I’m a world traveler, and this will go down as one of my favorite hotel experiences. Let’s start with the staff. Every last person was so caring, humble and soft spoken. A few times I needed to ask an important question and they never hesitated to spend time helping in any way possible. From check in to check out, everything was smooth as glass. Next, the rooms. So cozy and charming with the most appealing decor. Bed, shower, lighting, accents, colors were all so perfect. Then the breakfast. Wow! What a beautiful set up and again, the best service. Also, the downstairs bar has a great vibe and wonderful small plates and curated drinks. The only thing lacking in my opinion was the gym. Very limited options if wanting to weight train, but that’s most likely due to limited space. Hotel perfectly situated in the middle of it all. Never felt the need to take transportation as everything was walkable.

A lovely place to stay. The greeting was warm and friendly. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. And the lobby/restaurant/bar are all elegant and inviting.

Lived 6 countries 28 flights this past year, Shoutout to Stanley George i believe is his name, we had the roughest day with our first flight getting delayed and running and missing our flight. He made us feel so welcomed and was so kind and nice. Awesome hotel, staff is better. 15 mins walk to old town

Like boutique hotel in Frankfurt is clearly above my expectation. Above all Marriott’s autograph collection hotels, this one is clearly under top tier level!||Pretty much tried everything from this hotel:|Breakfast|Lobby free treats|Dinner|Bar||Food quality is also top tier quality! Highly recommend Le petit royal restaurant for dinner and order a cocktail from bar!||Service and environment are also excellent! Quiet neighborhood, quick service request turnover, nice hotel decoration! Historical and modern fun!

Rooms are nice and good quality for the price, however for some reason I always get assigned a room in floor 1 close to the reception which is extremely noisy. Gym is dreadful; 3 lousy machines in a non ventilated room. The owner underestimates how important the fitness room has become. Will not come back.

One of the best Hotel to stay at Frankfurt. We came to Frankfurt and we choose Lume autograph collection hotel to stay in, the hotel is amazing. It’s a small boutique hotel with very clean rooms and nice location only 7 min walk from center what amazes me the most is the service. A great front office team especially Matio a true hotelier with his amazing service he is great person and always helpful and also big thanks to Sofia great leader her service was great too . |Big thanks for the breakfast team the food is good especially the juicer Machine where you can do your own juice which is amazing. Food is super tasty at breakfast and as well they have a nice bar with great staff. This an hotel that I will always book when I am in Frankfurt

I regularly stay at the Lume hotel when on business in Frankfurt. Luxury design hotel located near the Frankfurt CBD, within a short walk to the main station. Good service and excellent restaurant. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Has a lovely sauna area that can be booked to use privately. ||||Only drawback: the fitness area is not fit for purpose, with none of the machines working on frequent past stays.

I got lucky finding this hotel! It is on a quiet street very close to the main strasse in Frankfurt, in a history building (a couple of buildings) at a decent rate. The breakfast was included in my rate and was first rate! There were some items that you could order to be made fresh - but a good choice of carbs, proteins, juices, and great coffee in a cozy spot. The bar was fun - it got hopping later at night but wasn't loud in the guest room. Great craft cocktails - but better to get there for happy hour when you can get a seat. Food is available. The rooms were comfortable and clean - with heated floors in the bathroom!
