We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Lumen Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were all done in an efficient manner.The location of the hotel is ideal; it is close to the metro, bus stops and also it is easily walkable, as compared to the old city area which has very steep streets, to the downtown area (some 45 minutes for strolling). Also far above our expectations, we could easily find a number of eateries nearby. Every corner in the hotel is well-lit and clean. The room is spacious. The water pressure is very strong. Besides, the light shows which are on every night are spectacular and impressive.Would certainly recommend to any travellers who wish to have a memorable stay in Lisbon.

Such an amazing hotel! I had the best experience! I traveled alone and felt so cared for and so safe. The hotel is so clean, quiet, and in a great location! The staff is absolutely amazing! They were so sweet and so thoughtful, and gave me a dessert delivered to my room. Would go there again for sure!

Fantastic experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful with suggestions for travel and kid friendly places to eat nearby. When I had an issue with a broken thermostat they offered another room on the spot. The light show at night is stunning. We watched it from the comfort of our bedroom.

Staff were really nice and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were spotless. The light show every night was brilliant and something I’ve not seen before in a hotel. Breakfast was great with so many options. In two occasions we had free gifts sent to the room including a Portuguese tart and little biscuits. If you chose not to have your room cleaned for one day they provide a €5 voucher to use at the bar. It’s in a great location which isn’t too far from the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at Lumen Hotel during our time in Lisbon and we had such an amazing time!The location is super convenient, close enough to everything but still quiet, so you actually sleep well! The hotel itself feels modern and cozy at the same time. Our room was bright, comfortable, and had really nice touches that made the stay feel easy with good workspace, great shower, comfy (and huge) bed, and big windows with lots of natural light. We stayed in a suite so we also had a balcony. We loved the light show in the interior garden! We had no idea what to expect, and it ended up being one of the coolest hotel experiences we’ve had. It happens every evening, and we would usually watch it after dinner. Breakfast was nice too and the staff was really friendly and helpful! Lumen was a perfect little base for our Lisbon days and we’d happily stay again.

Incredible hotel to feel right at home very fast. Great showers, beds, cleaning, and service. The cafe/common spaces are very cozy as well, and the staff were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone. I want to come back to see the light show and use the pool since I didn’t have the chance to do that sadly and they seem phenomenal too. The location is a little removed from the old centre but it’s still easily accessible and it is desirable if you don’t want the constantly have crowds of tourists around. I rarely give a 5 star rating for a stay, but I really have no complaints.

Arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but they were kind enough to offer me a room and even upgraded it cause I was there for my birthday.A very good initiative by the hotel to offer €5 voucher when you skip housekeeping for the day. Make use of the vouchers at the bar and they’re definitely not stingy with their alcohol serving. Love it! Service provided by the staff Francisco (not sure if I got the name right) who attended to me during check in and when I needed AC maintenance service was fabulous. Will definitely stay again when I revisit Lisboa.

Excellent hotel - really designed for the business traveler with every amenity you could want! They have the following excellent things: Spacious rooms, clean rooms, great water pressure, plenty of storage, bar, restaurant, exercise room, meeting rooms and a rooftop swimming pool and bar area. The beds are comfortable and you’re in the heart of the city. It’s ultra modern and takes a moment to orient but is in great repair. The hotel is only 4 years old and well maintained. I’m here as part of a group tour and have loved the smaller quaint places we’ve stayed but this is a nice change of pace to recharge and relax. What a great place!!
