We purchased our wedding cakes from Luminary. We could not have been happier with them! They looked and tasted incredible - our wedding guests are still talking about how good they were! And such a wonderful business to support. Thank you Luminary bakery team!

Came here to try Luminary's famous carrot cake and it did not disappoint! Lovely texture, flavour, and not too sweet. Just perfect.👌 We ordered the same cake (large carrot cake) for a birthday via their website. I had a special request, the customer care was absolutely amazing and accommodating. It was most probably one of the most beautiful cakes we've ever seen. Everyone at the birthday party loved the look and flavour. Highly recommend Luminary Bakery!

Their carrot cake is amazing. The size of the slice that you also get is massive. Their other cakes seem very good too. When I went, there’s this cute dog going around. Bonus points for being ok that guests bring pets!

Fabulous friendly bakery with great social support aspects.. croissant was the best I had in years, also the vegetarian sausage roll was fab. An absolute gem and you won't find fresher or tastier! You can see the ladies cooking fresh from flour etc back of the bakery

We had their chocolate buttercream birthday cake. There was too much cream that was very sugary and nobody could eat all of it. The dough was dry. Can't recommend.

Such delicious cakes. If you eat in, you get a massive slice or you can choose one of the mini versions. I ate here twice because I wanted to write a review for my blog. I tried two different cakes and had a Caramelised Onion, Goat Cheese and Rocket Focaccia for lunch. Everything is tasty. If you love cake, this is the place to go! Order cakes for celebrations or send a letterbox delivery of brownies to friends. I want to go back again soon!

Side note: we only ordered a piece of cake to take away The setting looked lovely, especially on a cold wet day. Super cosy and inviting 🥰 We particularly loved their campaign to offer opportunities to disadvantaged women (swipe to read). Unfortunately the cake didn't live up to expectations 😭 It definitely wasn't fresh and was borderline stale. Obviously waste not want not, even when couple of days old cake is still yummy, especially when heated up for a few seconds. However I really wish more cafes / bakeries would be honest and just offer it at a reduced price. The order: Salted caramel chocolate cake - £4.00

Luminary is an obligatory stop whenever I’m in London. I went for both breakfast and a late lunch during my recent trip, trying a cappuccino, the jalapeño, cheese & ham roll, the mocha mini cake, a thick chocolate chip cookie, and the pesto & halloumi sandwich on focaccia. Everything was great, but the jalapeño, cheese & ham roll blew me away! I had wanted to try a salad, but when I arrived around 3:45pm, they weren’t serving them anymore. I don’t know what time they stop selling them.

Quiet and lovey cafe with delectable looking cakes and cookies in the window. Welcome addition to the neighborhood and much nicer than the cafes closer to Camden market. Croissants especially were good!

I had a sandwich (pastrami & cheese onn focaccia), an americano and lemon & blueberry cake - SOO DELICIOUS!!!! The atmosphere is quaint, loads of natural light & plants. Such a beauitful place!

Ordered on 24th of April for 30th of April. Today is 3rd of May and I still don't have my order. Really disappointed, there is now way I can talk to someone, because it is a bank holiday. bakery does not pick up the phone.. Probably busy eating my brownies. Terrible little business, that can't cope with customers' orders. Terrible!!!!
