LUMINE EST Shinjuku

This is the mall inside the train station in Shinjuku, it can be a bit chaotic because of all the people in this area walking to their next train line or just lost in shinjuku trying to figure out your exit lol (basic Japanese can help please learn some before coming to Tokyo , you will more likely get confused and lost a bit iniside this train station) not everything has English translation be aware of that. If you see and foreigner walking confident ask them! They probably already know this station pretty well. You can approach Japanese people but if they don’t know English you might not get the help you need. There is a good selection of stores in here from coffee shops and bakeries to clothing to perfumes.

It's a nice area for meeting someone and hanging out at night. Plenty of shops and places to eat. The access to Shinjuku station being there is nice but can we overwhelm first time travelers or large groups of people.

Lots of restaurants, different cuisines, really nice vibe, not too busy. 2 floors.

Many good restaurants are there, I like KuaAina, Ippudo. And I like the character, Luminee girl. And one of the best place in Shinjuku, “Don't waste Fujisan”, how smart design!

My go-to shopping plaza in Tokyo! Mostly local Japanese brands that has high quality and craftsmanship! Price is relatively mid-high, but super worth it!

Located and connects within Shinjuku Station so the traffic of people here can be overwhelming, more so during rush hour, lunch hours and dinner of course. Not everything’s accessibly easy for baby strollers and wheelchairs, however the elevators to use to find places can be a puzzle at first. Shopping and more shopping, for clothing and accessories competing with nearby department stores. Their food department or Depachika is a delight as are other Depachikas in Tokyo. You can’t be more connected to anything and everything you need in this place.

Tax refund counter in B1 is really bad service. For some security reason, my card doesnt show the card details on the card and only on my banking app. They went through my app to check the transaction even though i have showed ghem the transaction on online banking. This breaks my privacy and confidential. Staff spoke chinese in front of customers and not professional. No greetings or thank you. Avoid to go this counter for tax refund

A very good variety of goodies to buy.The prices for the same products could be different.I gained as I checked the clothes I liked at other shops.

Damn, what a pleasant surprise! I like when you walk to a random place not expecting much and then your taste buds are just blown away. But then again I am I Japan - they don't play with the food. I had the risotto with oyster. Omg I didn't want it to end. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because I was kind of rushed out during lunch. Possibly because I was the only foreigner. I noticed the guys at the bar wasn't asked to pay In such a hurry . Either way the food was so good. I'd probably go back to be honest even though the service sucked.
