I can’t say for sure it was as a result of the pedicure I got here but a few months after (and having not gone anywhere else in between) I got an infection in my nails that took over a year to clear, so just be mindful that any tools being used are clean

Linh does a friendly gentle and skilled pedicure. Ask for her. The experience you have always depends on the staff member rarely the business.

Very happy with both visits I’ve had at Luminous. The aestheticians are very sweet and will even help you choose a colour (other places are not so kind). I love the natural look (thinner acrylic) they are able to achieve. Their color selection is a little limited but others might disagree. I do like the colors they have though. Don’t underestimate the young woman, Van. She runs the show.

My wife had a mani/pedi done here just before our wedding. Friendly staff, prompt service. Four full coats, for a good finish that lasted well. They cut her middle toe on her left foot by accident though, which ended up being an annoyance during our big day. Also some of her nails were not filed down evenly so appeared lopsided. Only $55 all together so not a bad value.

I have been to the salon multiple times and been helped by many of the staff and still don’t have much positive things to say. The most positive thing I can say is that their prices are cheap. The are not gentle and are very ruff, the had made bleed during a pedicure, get very irritated at the slightest movements and have laughed at me for not knowing a name of a polish. My most recent time she was very rough on my nails and on the last coat of my top coat made me get up and move while having my hand in the fan to a different seat to accommodate another client when I wasn’t even done my service. My friend also asked for the same nail colour as I was getting and they literally were giving her a different colour and when she noticed it wasn’t the same colour and asked they said “no it’s the same colour” then tapped the nail artist next to her to give her the actually colour she asked for.. very unprofessional

Shellac polish hasn’t even lasted for two days. Got my bails done on Saturday, today it’s already coming off. On some fingers the polish started to “bubble”. Never had this problem before. Maybe it’s not the salon’s problem, but just a bad service from a particular employee. Still not worth even one star considering the overall experience from being there.

Friendly staff and they did a good job for my mani-pedi. Lots of colours to choose from and comfortable seats. I paid a little over $50 for it and am pleased with the result. I would recommend coming here. The only thing I would change is their website...it is truly horrible. It gives little to no information on it.

Very overbooked, my friend had an appointment at 3:30 and then had her nails done at 4:50 they let other walk-ins begot her. I had a new girl today and she did a terrible job on my acrylics. Chunky terribly shaped nails that were rushed and the design was ugly and poorly done. It’s overpriced and the staff is rude. Do Not come here there are many better options!
