Lumos - Coffee and brunch

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to start the day. The food was delicious. The desserts were definitely worth trying—superb in taste and presentation. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a lovely breakfast in a charming setting!

A bit too crowded for my personal preference. I had a coffee and some pancakes. Those could definitely be a little bit improved. The coffee wasn’t the best I had and I have lots of coffees. The pancakes were delicious, but not as fluffy as expected, rather flat. The stuff is very very mindful, hands down! Overall was a nice time!

The place was slightly crowded for my personal preference. The quality of the food could be improved. For instance, the shakshouka could be less sour. While the waiter could have been more courteous, I understand that the crowded conditions may have contributed to their demeanor. The coffee was amazing, and I appreciated the complimentary free oat milk. The latte had a delightful note of chocolate. The guacamole toast was very enjoyable. Overall, the establishment's popularity is well-deserved.

Amazing place for breakfast and lunch! Service is high-level. All staff is speaking English that is huge plus. People are asking for food review and that’s great to have the such personal ( being open for feedback). Food is soooooo gooood! The atmosphere is amazing ! And coffee tastes good ( opposite to awful Italian or France coffee) Thank you for the service and have a great business !

Lumos is the perfect place to go, serve a tasty brunch in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were very satisfied. 1. Food: the food was simply great. It tasted so delicious! I ordered eggs royale, my husband ordered turkish eggs, as a dessert we had some pancakes with maple syrup and for drinks we had flavoured lattes. Everything was simply beyond our expectations. The food was very beautifully arranged in the plates and it definitely tasted as good! 2. Service: the service was very cute. The waitress and waiter were really nice and polite. The food took a while to come, we waited some good minutes, but it was worth it. 3. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The chairs are very comfortable, the interior is so beautifully designed and it gives you the impression that you have a lot of space. The music is a bit loud but I guess you can always ask the waiters to turn down the volume a bit. The music that plays is also very fine! We had a great brunch and I would definitely recommend coming here! We are so sorry we discovered the place right before we had to leave Sibiu.

I really wanted to rate this place with full 5 Stars all the way. The food is excellent! The Salmon Benedict was one of the excellent ones I ever had. However, the eggs amount are little! It should have more eggs in proportion with the size. Also, it comes with no sides. Perhaps, they should consider adding side options like breakfast potatoes, salad etc Unfortunately, I tried their most expensive filter coffee. I couldn’t remember its full name (Micro…). Frankly, I was disappointed with its taste! It tastes very fruity and barely has the taste or aroma of coffee! Their menu is limited, but it looks really excellent. Their service is outstanding and very fast. The outside seating area is absolutely very nice and calm! Anyway, I still highly recommend this restaurant for brunch!

Good atmosphere and tasty coffee, the food was good, however, unfortunately, we got completely burnt bread, as shown in the pictures - might’ve been a broken toaster or so. I asked for a new piece of bread and got it without a problem, however that one was also toasted too much (though I managed to scrub off the charcoal pieces). Such a pity because otherwise it was quite a pleasant experience with friendly staff and nice vibes of the place.

We came in the morning and were a group of 8. It was full of people and a few people were waiting in front of us. The server was very kind and competent. We were offered tea on the house while waiting outside and within 10 min we were seated. All the food was amazing. Can only recommend
