Luna Arcos Hotel

We stayed three weeks and loved every minute. The staff is phenomenal very warm and helpful. The breakfast are great with lots of choices. The bed was wonderful. Portugal was experiencing a heat dome so we really appreciated being in our air-conditioned room. I would recommend this hotel most highly, it is not fancy, but it is practical, and the colors are calming.

Wild Nerines on the 101, very nice.|Lots of signs around the town, so easy to find. By the river.|Not as pretty as you'd think but as others have said very clean and tidy, with excellent reception staff.|The young staff in the bar and restaurant are very nice too. A little bit of a stroll into town, but I found it had a nice atmosphere.|The older fella in charge of the restaurant could go to charm school, but the youngsters were excellent.|I'd stay again.

Went there for a weekend with my wife and 6 yrs old son. It was our marriage anniversary and the hotel had a bottle of champagne waiting for us as a present. The hotel is good with perfect location just few minutes walking distance to the river. I loved the amenities (spa, jacuzzi, Turkish bath) and the massage was great 😊. The pool is quite small but being there in October was a plus as it wasn’t crowded at all. Breakfast buffet was good with variety of food. The dinner was okay for half board. However many options outside in case you booked only the room. Free parking and easy access. I definitely going back and recommend the hotel

Great hotel with a nice pool area. Employees are friendly and everything works well. Location is close to perfect. Only disappointment is the fitness room. Most of the equipment is broken and max size free weight is 2 kilos.

Visiting Arcos de Valdevez? This hotel is a must. (Please note, my stay was not sponsored by the hotel.) I traveled as a couple by motorbike, and this hotel is highly recommended for motorcyclists. You can park your bike safely right in front of the hotel, under the watchful eye of the receptionist. The hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask the friendly reception staff – they’re always happy to help. The hotel’s restaurant serves a delicious dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every taste.

I was quite surprised that a relatively small town like Arcos de Valdevez would have a hotel of this calibre. Nothing but praise for the front desk staff as they were friendly and polite. We arrived a couple of hours early and were only anticipating dropping off our bags and going for a walk while the room was being readied. But we were told that it was ready and we could go right up. Hotel is only a ten minute walk to the central part of the city. Great hotel. Highly recommend.
