Great location and many restaurants nearby and the market was a few mins away. Room was ok, we booked a suite which was spacious. 5/F breakfast room has great view and the ladies are very nice. We stayed there for 5 nights and heard many complaints by other customers. We heard from another couple that their room wasn’t made up. Same as ours that one day our room wasn’t cleaned, and the front desk asked both the couple and us that if we put “do not disturb” sign…. First day we arrived, someone complained that their AC wasn’t working and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Then the manager came out and said there’s a room. The service was bad and it’s unbelievably difficult to understand why they wasted such a great location/property.

In general, the experience was not good but also not bad. I stayed there for 7 nights. The room was very clean but No coffee not even a bottle of water on the table. Room has zero isolation. you can hear everything even the flush of the toilet from the room of the up floor. Also the breakfast starts at 07:00 which is too late if you have to go to the shipyard because of the traffic. The location of the hotel is 5*. You are close to the center for food and drinks.

We had a Venice stay at the Luna Hotel. The hotel staff and Roberto were very friendly and responsive. The location was great - near the popular farmers market and great restaurants on the water. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

We were charged €16 as a city tax upon arrival, which wasn’t listed on the invoice or mentioned on the website—be aware! The room was completely empty of amenities: no water, no kettle, no coffee machine. We had to pay €3 just for a bottle of water. The breakfast is fine if you’re only staying one night, as it’s the same every day. There’s no warmer to keep the dishes hot, so if you don’t arrive just as they bring out fresh dishes, everything will be cold. Rooms are not soundproof at all. There was construction nearby, and it was impossible to sleep after 8 a.m. In the bathroom, there’s just a single body wash and hand soap—no cotton buds, no tissues, nothing else. I won’t even go into the condition of the shower… Overall, the quality feels like a 2-star hotel at best. Lastly, the young receptionist was very unfriendly, to the point where my partner had to remind them to smile—after all, we’re here on vacation!

The location is perfect, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is ok, but could be better.

Very small rooms, but clean. No complementary coffee in the room.. that should not be a problem normally BUT breakfast starts at 07:00 and that is too late. Should start from 06:30. You can't avoid rush hour and traffic if going for work in the port or shipyard! If they change breakfast time giving 5 stars. The location is really good.

Yelp
Nice hotel VERY nicely located between the bay and the old town square. And the area is very walkable/ flat. About our 3rd floor room: Bed was ok, a little firm compared to what I prefer. Bathroom corner shower (no tub) was small. Our room was on the back side of the building away from the busy street in front so it was quiet. Higher floors on the front side will have bay views but probably will hear more street noise. Fantastic, friendly, helpful staff and beautiful breakfast buffet with lots of selection seals the deal. Parking is a challenge with free public parking located a block+ away. However, note that on Saturdays after 1pm until Monday am, the closer pay parking spots are free. Will definitely stay here again.
