Lunara Bay

Our house was brand new, clean, had everything you would need. The neighborhood was quiet, gated, had sidewalks for walking and within walking distance to your own dock assigned to the house. The house had a private heated pool that was fenced in with turf grass, perfect for families. The neighborhood was within 7minutes of good local restaurants, the grocery store and airport and about 15-17 minutes to Manhattan Square/ Duval street. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Key West.

We stayed at the Spindrift home during our Key West trip and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and spacious and equipped with all the basic necessities. The outdoor area is a highlight because the pool is warm and inviting and the private dock is perfect for tying up a boat or fishing right from the property. We rented fishing poles from Finz Dive Shop which is conveniently just five minutes away. The home is located in a quiet and gated neighborhood that feels safe and peaceful. The host’s communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key West.

The house at Lunara Bay is stunning!! We had a party of 16 and it fit us perfectly. The salt water pool was warm and there was so much seating in and around it. We spent most of our time outside and in the kitchen, which was also perfect for hosting our big bunch! The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the fact that each had its own en suite bathroom was just an added bonus! The hosts were very responsive and so accommodating!! They also gave a plethora of recommendations for places to eat, drink, recreational, and site seeing. I can't say enough about our stay at this property. It was truly unforgettable!! We will be staying here again for sure! I highly recommend this location, house and hosts. Thank you again for allowing us to spend our time here.

The Capmar House was lovely. It’s was both spacious and cozy at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool was heated perfectly and the dock was a great spot for laying out in the sun. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. About 15-20 minute drive to Duval St and downtown areas. Community was quiet and well maintained. We even saw a manatee swimming under the dock.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The property was absolutely beautiful—brand new, spotless, and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group of 14 with room to spare. Matt and team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even letting us check in early and being incredibly attentive to anything we needed. They even dropped off a steamer for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! The service and communication were truly exceptional. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxury stay with five-star hospitality—we’ll definitely be coming back!

A must place to stay if you have a large party! The place was immaculate and provided a perfect location to host 12 people. The pool, the hot tub and ALL the amenities were top notch. The host Team were readily available and made our experience a one to remember. Many thanks for a fun filled vacation… 😎🍷

It was okay. Host was very responsive and kind. They let me check in early which was much appreciated. Stayed here with my husband infant over the holiday. There was a musk to the air that never really went away and because my son is 3 months I ended up running to Home Depot to get air purifiers and spent a whole night cleaning air vents in hopes the musk would go away, perhaps the property had water damage at some point? The smell made me paranoid, kind of sucked. House was huge so plenty of space and beds were comfortable and we’re grateful for those things. Couch in living room needs to be completely replaced as its past uses and uncomfortable and many of the kitchen items were pastlife, for example the can opener needs to be replaced as I ended up running to CVS to buy a can opener, some knives and a thermometer. Also don’t cheap out so much on things like paper towels. Spent 10k for Weds -Tues and it was fine in a pinch but would have expected a little more in a few areas so not sure I’d be back at that price point.

The ultimate Key West compound! We filled the house with 10 girls for a special Lilly Pulitzer fashion show in Key West and after two nights in the Fairhaven House, we never wanted to leave. The sliding glass doors in the dining and living rooms open up completely, giving you indoor/outdoor living overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. We lit the fire pit, stargazed on the dock, and lounged poolside. From the house to Front Street or Duval was an easy uber or car ride, and everything in the house felt brand new! We’re already planning a trip back. Highly recommend.
