Seen this on TikTok of course and had it on my list for awhile! Wish I would have came sooner! Top notch sandwiches! I had a French dip and Dagwood, jalapeño Mac n cheese bites and a chocolate shake. Both sandwiches excellent, Dagwood is a must try! Mac bites and sauce awesome, shake is a shake can’t be bad, and I’ll be honest when I went in all I seen were teens working there and I was thinking uh-oh but they were absolutely great with service and cooking so owners your business was in good hands! This is close to my wife’s work so I have a feeling she’ll be making many stops for me!

This place is AMAZING!! the food is so fresh and the staff is phenomenal. Kaitlyn is amazing—we had to come back 2 days in a row because it was so enjoyable! Great atmosphere and highly recommend!

Finally made it. Person at counter super friendly and patient. Food was very, very good. A bit pricey. The chicken bacon wrap was huge, tasty, plentiful. Easily could have fed both my husband and I. The fries were way better than some fast food restaurant, they were cooked just right, not wimpy or dried out. The reuben was one of the best I've had in a very long time and there was a lot there, could only eat half. The mozzalunas was fantastic, very flavorful and cheesy, and the ranch was good enough to want to take home. I would definitely come back despite the cost

We ordered the backyard fries without bacon, the lunch box burger and an impossible burger. We also got an order of homemade ranch to go. My impossible burger was delicious, however my daughter was halfway through her burger before they brought mine out. Fries were really good.

Some of the best food i’ve ever had in my life. Expensive but i cannot say it wasn’t worth it. I will be ordering whenever I am back in town

I went to lunch here all week. Monday thru Friday. Does that say enough? Tasty fresh food. I love the wraps. Food is always out quick. Staff is amazing.

We got 2 strawberry shakes, 2 lunchbox burgers, and a side of fries it’s was a little over $36. To start with the shakes just taste like milk, I told them and she offered to remake it. The remade shakes were much better and they offered us a slice of cake which was nice. The burgers were mid and the fries were salty. I honestly don’t think I’d go back, it’s just not worth it to me.

In town visiting The Henry Ford and decided to try some new food this time around. This isn't "just" a place to grab a bite to eat, it's truly mouth watering. Pricing leaves an initial shock until you realize what it buys you. Truly delicious and filling sandwiches. Came here two days in a row with my wife. We got The Reuben, NY Chopped Cheese, Chipotle Chicken Wrap, and the Pickle Rick. Every one of them was delicious. The atmosphere is definitely a little understated but I enjoyed looking at the lunch boxes they have on display around the dining area and I hope when my wife and I return next year, they'll have more added to the collection. I'm also big on customer service and was pleased to see everyone seems genuinely happy to work here resulting in a genuine smile on their face when they greet you. All the workers do a good job staying busy keeping the place clean to. Hope to see them open a location closer to Chicago!

First time here. Nice ambience, menu was appealing. I had the pick Rick and the Mac bites. Both were killer: Mac bites had just the right amount of heat, with ranch is a given. The ranch is the best! The wrap had really good flavor! I will be back to sample other items!

Good stuff. The chopped cheese was tasty. The bread was unexpectedly soft like a steamed hot dog bun. It wasn't a problem for me. It went into my face and vanished. Yum. The cheeseburger was also good. Everything seemed fresh and the atmosphere is unique and quaint. It's a great little place with a nice staff. I'll be back.

All I have to say for the food is get the Reuben. It is flavorful and has the perfect crisp to the bread. They have a great selection of items to choose from and are completely worth the price. I always have great service whether I'm inside eating or getting takeout. The name speaks for itself as the inside of the place has anywhere from the classic lunchboxes you saw as a kid to new ones that are still coming out today.

I love this place! It has become a staple DoorDash order for me when I'm stuck in back to back meetings working from home. Easy to place order, always quickly, and accurately, prepared. Everything we've had from this establishment has been fresh, tasty, well-made, and packaged with care. I particularly love the salads! Everything is so fresh - grape/cherry tomatoes taste like they are garden fresh, cucumbers are fresh, the lettuce always has that nice little crunch. The backyard fries are soooooo good! Fries cooked perfectly with just the right amount of BBQ sauce, cheese and ranch. The serving size is just right too! I've also became a fan of the French onion soup. Thank you Lunch Box for taking pride and care in what you do!

Ordered lunch for my family and we really enjoyed everything! We got two wraps - the California and Roadhouse - and both were really good. We crushed the French fries. The wing dings and onion rings were crispy and good. My mom loved the enormous salad that she got (crunchy bbq chicken salad). The best part - they make their own ranch dressing and it was really, really good. Get extra. We'll definitely be ordering from here again.

One of our new favorite spots! My husband raved about their burgers! I heard the Parmesan fries were great so we ordered those and they did not disappoint!! They had a special shake of the month flavor which was Horchata and it was so creamy and had a delicious cinnamon flavor. I got the French dip sandwich which was good but I think I should've added extra cheese! I also had the French onion soup which was also good. I have to say the young lady who took our order was awesome at her job. We rattled off a large order and she didn't miss a thing! Everything in our order was correct and she was very nice too

The food was good. I had a Pickle Rick Wrap and the Parm fries. The wrap was tasty. The fries were a bit soggy and undercooked/fried for me. I personally like a more well done fry. My husband ordered the Red Ruben and Cajun fries. He enjoyed the ruben. Once again, the fries were undercooked for him as well, and he requested well done fries. Overall, we will give them another try to see if we can have a more memorable experience.

This place is in Dearborn Heights Michigan. My brother has been there 4 times and says the food is fantastic and the portions are huge. I don't normally give reviews on places I haven't been but my brother loves it and we have the same tastes. I plan on going there at the end of August so will update my review. I watch them live on TikTok almost every day and they are the nicest people. I have watched them cook and the kitchen is immaculate and the food looks awesome. Can't wait to try it.

Price is entirely to high for what you get. Food was mediocre, and I drove out of the way for it.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before heading to a Lions game. We can't honestly say enough positive about the Lunch Box. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly and quick. We ordered the Southside fries which were super tasty with almost an Asian flavor. My husband had the Monte Cristo and I the Pickle Rick wrap. Both were well prepared with fresh ingredients. You can't go wrong with the PB & J shake either!!

We ordered Lunch Box for lunch at work the other day and it was my first time having it. The Red Reuben was one of the best Reuben's I've ever had, I had only wished they served it with a few more pickles. The cabbage in the sandwich really makes it what it is, full of flavor. I'd like to come in and try something different next time!

Food is sooo good here. Second time eating here. Everything is always so fresh. I cant wait to try the salads next and a shake. The french onion soup...OMG! AMAZING. Prices are fair for the quality of the food. And the workers are always quick getting your food out. 10/10 recommend

Ordered the Ruben along with Cajun fries and French onion soup the Ruben was pretty good the Cajun fries were ok a little soggy because they were in a black takeout container that caused them to get soggy .the French onion soup was literally sweet like they added sugar the flavor wasn't horrible but the sweetness wasn't for me. It's odd because I've Never heard of adding sugar to French onion soup because you don't add it EVER !! I've made it before try a comparison between Red Robin's French onion soup and lunch boxes and you agree

Very disappointed in lunch box the corn beef sandwich was lunch meat corn beef it was my first and last time at lunch box

Would give a 3.5 if we could. There service was nice and the presentation was pretty good but the food was kind of lacking. The "NY Chopped Cheese" was just so much bread, the beef had good flavor but overall was just a 5/10. The "Mac and Jap balls" were pretty good but the jalapeño flavor was completely mellowed down. They taste better than they look, overall 7/10. The "Bacon Cheeto Fries" just had so much cheese and everything got stuck to your teeth and the top of your mouth, the actual fries were pretty good(5.5/10) The "Limoncello" cake was the best thing we ordered. Great texture, great frosting, poor flavor. It kind of had an artificial lemon flavor that was very mellow but the texture and frosting were really great; we just wanted more flavor. Overall, everything had a good concept but poor execution. The flavor at this establishment was disappointing. We expected the food to be on par with the great look of the interior of the restaurant but it wasn't. "NY Chopped Cheese"- 5/10 "Mac and Jap Balls"-7/10 "Bacon Cheeto Fries"-4/10 "Limoncello"- 7.5/10 Service: 9/10

The food was tasty for an American restaurant. I've been there twice. The prices are a tad bit high. But, they have some unique types of food. The service was good both times. I did order carry out both times. The decor is very nice. I would definitely recommend if you want to try something a little different.

I LOVED their Parmesan Fries and there pistachio cheesecake but the loose hamburger sandwich had extremely hot sauce on it. I ended up tossing it because I just can't hang with heat. Maybe have your staff mention that, I would've def asked for mayo instead

Saw the rave reviews on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Glad I did! I had the Dagwood and parm fries. Soooo yummy! Plenty of food. I could only manage 1/2 the Dagwood and 1/3 of the parm fries before I was completely full. Everyone had masks on (and was wearing them properly) and the staff was super super friendly! Will be my goto spot for takeout. It was hard to decide what to order...plenty on the menu. Well worth it!!!

Congrats very first Metro Detroit restaurant open in 2021 a real winner. After a decade in Belleville landlord demolished place in August. The very best Burgers n Deli Sandwich around Dearborn. HOT n New just opened today 1-2-21 HOLY WOWED what a explosion of Flavor. Unique Jelly Meata Balls absolutely rule. Visited twice in first week open a 12 mile drive well worth it. Great location on Telegraph between I 94 and Michigan Ave next to KFC. Opening Day visit got both the specials listed on the board. Rodeo Fries OMG topped with Cheez Whiz, Bacon, Ranch, Bbq Sauce, Fried Onion Straw's n Mater's. Jersey Joe sandwich Roast Beef, Turkey, Swiss, Mater, Slaw, Grape Bbq Sauce on Sourdough Wonderful. Best hamburger I have had in a very long time. I had the M.O.B. burger (mushroom onion bacon) with 1/2 lb. Very fresh beef, swiss cheese, dill pickles, . It could easily be shared by two people. I tried their "award winning" stuffed pepper soup which was also very good with just the right amount of spice. The fried dill pickles chips were slightly battered and served with ranch. My least favorite was the side of potato salad as is was generic in flavor and lacked seasoning. If not that I would have given 5 .

Maybe if I had some human connection or maybe if they would answer they telephone? Don't come to this location don't waste ur time and money on a business that doesn't care

Tried them for the first time today. I had the dagwood, ya mama fries and the oreo mouse pie. Everything was amazing. I dont even like chili with beans. But the .end said they were in there, and I didn't mind one bit. The dagwood was spectacular. And the oreo mouse pie was the best I've had in a long while. Will definately be a repeat customer. Hopefully after covid, I will eat in the building instead of ordering thru Doordash. (They may offer in house dining but I am not eating in restaurants until covid Is under control).

Ordered the lunchbox burger and parm fries...excellent! My husband ordered the holy cow and onion rings; it was cooked perfectly, juicy and big! Did I mention the strawberry and vanilla shakes, real chunks of strawberries! YUM! We would definitely go back again!

Great staff and delicious food, made to order! We got a cheeseburger, steak and cheese with Swiss, and a chicken wrap that was not on the menu but was recommended. We were all happy with our selections.

I ordered a veggie burger and received a double cheeseburger with bacon call to explain that I didn't order that , I am pescatarian. I was told that I can get a five dollar credit

I've wanted to try the salads for awhile. Ordered the grilled chicken Cobb. Lettuce was warm and not crisp. No bacon or egg on salad and avocado was not sliced but more of a guac that was slightly brown. Really only thing that made it edible was the blue cheese and homemade ranch dressing. Everything else we've ordered her has been great, just a huge disappointment considering the price of the salad.

I was a bit disappointed today. I've had their delicious Turkey Wrap at our DH Senior picnic which was moist n fresh! *(I let the owner Rodney know how pleased I was with that box lunch they had catered for us when I first got there.) :-) .. I went in today (for 1st.time) ordered the Turkey wrap w/ avocado & bacon..... The wrap was NOT grilled/sealed as was my first one; & it was soggy.... I ordered french onion soup to go.... it had leaked thru the cardboard lid & all over my napkins before I got home; then it was too 'greasy' for me to eat. I called Rodney the owner to inform him FYI.... all he could say was he "wasn't surprised I called him after the remark I had made to the cashier"- before I left. * I had mentioned to her "too expensive for me $15.00; probably wouldn't be back "+ I couldn't get just half a sandwich. (as was provided in our catered lunch). So my 'bragging' to him personally how GOOD my Turkey sandwich was at our Sr. picnic and how everyone loved their 'catered' lunch.. and THANKING him personally for holding the Mayo on my sandwich. (allergies)....was enough for him to come up to the conclusion .... and his 'negative' remark..... "I'm not surprised u r calling me" - (to complain... ???? ) * I thought he should be made aware; FYI ..but he wasn't interested. *He did offer to re-make my soggy sandwich.... but I wasn't interested. PS: Suggestion: He should wrap his to-go soup containers in saran-wrap...so they won't leak all over....for his next customer.

I saw a Facebook video about the pastrami Boy sandwich, so I went to check it out, hands down the best sandwich I have had, and that includes those high end delis. Will be back for sure!!

I am not giving a rating period! ordered three times with them. My phone used my last location an they drove all the way to my work. Do not Offer any thing an still charged me. I will never order again they need to learn good business for customers meet half way! Never recommend them.!

Very pricey, the food is good but pretty standard. For the price I was expecting a little flare but it was good. Garlic parm fries are bomb tho! I recommend going by yourself tho. It was 60 bucks for 4 people for sandwiches and a salad. I would however go back but it'll be just me lol.

We decided to try The Lunchbox this afternoon, and ordered 2 of the "Perfect" sandwiches on the menu. They weren't bad, but I would rate them as average.

Wow! Easily the best impossible burger I've ever had. Staff was SO FRIENDLY, they even called to tell me that my order was ready ahead of the initial quote they gave me so my food was warm when I picked it up! Not too pricey, Cajun fries were on point. Place was super clean and all staff members were wearing masks. I will be coming back! (:

Great food and great service! The reuben is especially delicious! We placed a group order at work last Friday for around 30 teachers and everyone was very pleased with their lunch. It was also pretty amazing that every order was made correctly considering it was such a large order. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Amazing as always! I'm so glad they moved closer to my house. I love their food and they have many tasty options to choose from.

I am not normally critical, and I have rarely posted a review of ANYTHING. This place is near my house and it wasn't too busy when I arrived for my carryout, so I still have high hopes for it to become a regular haunt. I had a B.O.M burger, which is stated to have grilled onions/mushrooms plus bacon. If it had cheese, I couldn't tell, but hot toppings can do that to cheese... It had great potential. I would offer the following advice: when I grill onions and/or mushrooms, I use butter and garlic, not to mention salt and pepper. They did not. Second, since they only offer one cook (medium, I suppose, but mine was more medium-well), why not take advantage of thorough cooking by giving it some sear? And some seasoning? Even their photos show gray meat, and the taste shows. I will go back. It IS a charming little place, and I am looking forward to tasting their Reubens. If that works out, I will post a very positive review. It's a neat local venue. By the way, there are only a few tables, but I'd like to dine there.

I go here at least once a week. Staff is very professional with good customer service. Food is always good the Dagwood sandwich is one of my favorites.

The crispy chicken sandwich is extremely tasty and pretty big I'll be trying something different next time but if it's anything like the chicken I'm sure it will be good

We had our lunch here & it was okay. The burgers were on the dry side. The pretzels were good but pricey for the small amount you receive. Same for the onion rings--I think we got 5 total---yikes for the $$. The crispy chicken wrap was more filler than chicken. Maybe an off day but disappointed with the high price tag for okay food.

This place is not good! Burger is dry and lacks flavor. French fries were soggy. One of the worst burgers I have ever had. Was excited to try this place but will never go back. You people are overrated.

Lunch box is the best place to come along in a while. The food is excellent, and always fresh. I have never had anything i dont like. Its hard to decide what to order.

We did a carry out dinner. Cobb salad for me since going keto my choices are limited, this salad for the bill. My husband had the Cobb salad, a Dagwood and a slice of chocolate cake. He enjoyed the salad and sandwich but said the cake was just ok. We'll be back, see if they'll do a lettuce wrapped burger for me.

wow! this place is really good! i ordered because i wanted a good sandwich, and i got one. i ordered a reuben, packed with corned beef. tasty and lean. half was enough. and the parmesan fries were so good. love they use vented boxes to keep them crisp. i don't know what was on them, but they were really good. also tried some wings and coleslaw. both were good. nothing special, other than nice and crisp. i will definitely order from them again.
