I snagged a custom-made dress for a steal after some friendly negotiation. The food court on the upper floors is a hidden gem-authentic dim sum and spicy noodles were a highlight. However, it can feel chaotic, and some vendors are pushier than others, so go in with confidence and patience. Accessibility is great, right next to the Luohu border crossing, making it super convenient for a day trip from Hong Kong. Just be ready for crowds, especially on weekends. I rarely give bad reviews, and I really wanted to like this place. But you’re constantly being harassed, people following you to force you to buy things. You have to haggle eveeeerry single thing, which becomes exhausting. I was ready to buy tons of things, but I spent two hours here and i only got a T-shirt. People get mad at you if you don’t buy from their stores.

All fake and if you are buying don’t take the first price, you can usually get them down to roughly half the first offer, if not more. Great fabric market on the 4th floor, if you can’t find the fabric you are looking for here, it doesn’t exist.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. People constantly walking alongside you trying to sell stuff. They will not leave you alone. Had 2 people following me at the same time. One started following me when I wasn’t even in the building. Wanted to check some stuff but ended up just calling a day and leaving without nothing.
