Lush Cosmetics Harbor East

I looove Lush! They have every type of bath b*mb you could want and other body care items. The way they wrap things makes any gift unique and colorful. They had a few Wicked items from their collaboration, too. It’s kinda crammed to walk around but overall a solid Lush experience.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Lush at the Harbor East location, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Eva! From the very first interaction over the phone to my visit in-store, she made my experience absolutely delightful. Eva is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but her kindness and patience truly set her apart. She went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed, stepping in with fantastic suggestions that were both fun and perfect for me. As someone who can be quite indecisive, I greatly appreciated her understanding and support. It’s clear that Eva genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work, embodying the essence of customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for an amazing shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting Lush at the Harbor East location and asking for Eva. You won’t be disappointed! The staff here is so sweet! Lush employees are always warm and welcoming, and this store is exemplary of great product and service! The layout is stuffed with great products and the staff is very knowledgable. I adore their products.

Niqacy was very welcoming from the moment we stepped inside the store. She was very attentive and gave great recommendations. My friend and I were very pleased with her service and had a great experience!

I had a FIVE STAR SNOW FAIRY shopping experience at Lush Harbor East from start to finish thanks to Niquey!!! She is beyond awesome and literally puts the “C” in customer service! I had plans to catch some Snow Fairy goodies during the Freshness Sale on 12/26, but the Lush App crashed. I love this scent so much and couldn’t imagine having to wait until next Christmas. Many of the stores in my area were sold out of the body spray and other items long before Christmas so I thought I was completely out of options until next year…. To make matters worse, I had about five sprays left in the body spray bottle I purchased before Thanksgiving…yes, I love the scent that much! I was so sad and my husband suggested I try a location in Baltimore. Niquey told me she had the spray in stock and I needed to get there asap… Not only was I able to get enough Snow Fairy spray and other items in that fragrance to last me a good while, but she introduced me to other items like Yog Nog which had been sold out at the store near me for weeks! She also sliced bars of a soap my husband likes that I purchased to thank him. The entire team was so nice and helped make the entire experience fun! I now have another reason to visit Baltimore! I was really excited to see a Lush across from my hotel & had to go get a bath bomb. I got a pumpkin shaped one that smelled so good & was really cute! The cashier is got was really nice & gave me directions to a coffee shop 5 minutes away.

First time I visited Baltimore, and I wanted to check out Lush here. I felt really welcome and definitely want to come again. Rohnny (Ronnie? I’m sorry I didn’t quite catch the spelling!) went out of his way to make sure I got the right product. Thank you for making Baltimore more awesome!!

I like the concept of Lush, but am never in need of pricy handmade soaps and skincare products. Plus, the smell in the store gets overwhelming. Like, it's nice, but too much! I could barely smell any of the products or perfumes because of the general store smell. If you're sensitive like me, perhaps shop Lush online. Otherwise the salesperson was nice enough and the store was neat in an organized chaos kind of way. Beware some of the soaps have glitter in them, so careful what you pick up in the store. You may be slathering your hands in glitter.

This review isn't about how much I love Lush... it's about the two amazing people working today! I have to give a shout out to Dee! When I stepped into the store I was met with such a warm and vibrant smile. Sometimes the goodness of Lush can be overwhelming (Because you want everything). She was incredibly thoughtful and intentional with her suggestions, taking into account my favorite scents and helped me narrow down my target goal: best self-care bath ever. Then came Nicky (I may have your name wrong if so I'm sorry) who was also such a delight!When I tell you these two made my day, I mean it. And that's just aside from walking out with thee perfect products for me. If I didn't have errands to run I would've hung out longer because that's how great they both were. If you're reading this, thank you! Go see them, you'll be better for it

I absolutely love this place. They sell really wonderful products for a variety of skin and hair needs. I really appreciate the free samples which help me decide if I like the product or not, which usually I do. The staff are almost always friendly and super helpful. The products are a bit pricey but in my opinion worth it most of the time. My hair and skin feel delightful after usage.

On its own, Lush is a self-care heaven with so many handmade soaps, lotions, masks, shampoo and conditioner combos, bath bombs, and more. Every product comes in multiple scents, so there is an option for everyone. I love that every product gives you details on ingredients and even includes a picture and name of who made it. It's the perfect place for a treat yoself shopping spree and all the products make excellent gifts. And you don't even feel bad about the money you spend because every product contains natural, cruelty-free ingredients that are good for your skin. However, the MAIN reason I go to Lush is the employees. They are all so friendly, kind, and helpful, they have recommendations based on your needs, and checkout is always a breeze. Great company, even better employees. I've been shopping at Lush for years and I suggest it to everyone.

Store was in a great location across from our hotel we were staying in. We visited this store on 10/17/2020 late am and I wish I would have got the employee name as that is the reason why this review is not good. There is a barrier at the entrance to this store and the employee went over all the rules before you enter which basically she told us to go wash our hands. My cousin went to go open something as we didn't know you couldn't and this employee spoke to us like we were 2 years old. All 3 of us had stuff in our hands to purchase and we put all of it down and left. This employee needs some training of how to talk to customers!!! It was not only us as there were 2 other customers and we left as there is a way to be polite. PLEASE TRAIN HER HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.

How do you not love lush. Body bars, jellies, body scrubs oh my! All the stuff that bath and body works has but better. They dont test on animals and no weird ingredients. Get a body bar and you will never need lotion again. Get a hand scrub and realize you had soft skin all along. Just go and take a stroll around the staff is super helpful you'll leave happy they also have gift sets perfect for secret Santa or a bday

I come here solely for their fresh face masks. The employees at this location are super friendly. When I told them that I have acne sometimes, combo skin and that I am looking for a scrub like mask, they recommended the "Brazened Honey" fresh face mask ($9.95 for 2.1 oz). It's absolutely wonderful. I keep these fresh masks in the fridge to keep it cool. When I get home after work, I remove my make up, put these bad boys on my face and after 15 mins, rinse off with warm water. Result = baby smooth skin! Yaaaassss! As their website (https://www.lushusa.com/face/fresh-face-masks/brazened-honey/08690.html) describes, "Brazened Honey" is: Deeply cleansing mask full of herbs and spices used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, like ginger, fennel, cardamom and turmeric. These gorgeous ingredients stimulate and warm the skin to give you a healthy glow. At the same time, lime oil brightens, honey moisturizes and ground almonds give a thorough exfoliation, all in a deep-cleansing kaolin clay base. Slap this on to revive sluggish or congested skin. Note: This location receives their fresh batch of face masks every Thursday so if you want a brand new batch of fresh face masks, stop by on Friday!

I love this location!!! The employees are always very helpful but never pushy. They seem to genuinely like the products. I'm a huge fan of the butterball bath bomb and the shampoo bars.

I'm writing this review for Alicia! She was amazing. My husband walked out of the store and said "wow, that was probably the best customer service I've ever seen". She was extremely short handed but still managed to take care of everyone without getting flustered or stressed (at least outwardly). Even though there were lots of people seeking her attention, she still took the time to educate me about the products and make me samples. Thank you Alicia, you made my day! Note: Due to COVID, they had strict protocols in place which required each party to be greeted at the door, escorted in, and led to a hand washing station to wash their hands (with a LUSH sample, which was nice)!

Oh what a fantastic store in location! Going in here today wasn't in my plans, but I went in anyway! First of all ((index finger in the air)) you can smell the fresh scent before you even approach the door like literally... I was probably about 20 feet away from the store when I could smell the scents. It only cause me to walk faster and go in. I love the set up at the store, you can literally stand in one spot and see everything but there is enough room for everything and they have... Everything! When I walked in, a gentleman named James was assisting my girlfriend. I didn't really want anything so I didn't need help but while I shopped around, he did ask if I needed more help as well as a young lady who was working there who I neglected to get her name and she's the one that actually checked me out & she was very helpful as well as answered my questions about the different soaps and scrubs. Somehow although I didn't plan to buy a damn thing, I walk out with some Gucci soap! I'm not mad about it because this place produces nothing but quality and I'm actually very excited to try it! This is by far the best lush ever. Morgan and Alicia (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) are AMAZING. You can tell they are well educated and go above and beyond. It was worth the 45 minute drive here to buy the Wow! Gift set. I look forward to my next visit here! Thanks again!

Saw the sign that said follow your nose and ended up spending a good 30 minutes in the store . The staff just know how to make your day better! I've never seen more energetic, engaging, and personable people. The two people who helped me yesterday told me a lot about face cleaning routines, what helps with my skin type, and how to also take care of my beard with products that best suited me. I had the chance to sample a few different soaps before I decided which one to pick. Will be back for sure!

Today was my 2nd time going into this location, though I am a frequent customer at other locations, I truly appreciated the young woman behind the register. Though I was getting my usual, Sleepy lotion & a few bath bombs for my son, she saw that I was very tired and very pregnant. She convinced me to take a few samples home to help relax me during this time. I've had the most relaxing evening tonight thanks to my products and my sons bath bombs are filling the air with the most amazing aroma. I just wanted to to say THANK YOUit means a lot that you cared!

Lush is a nice little shop in the ever-growing boutique district of Harbor East. If you did not know it was a soap shop before you walked in, you will have no doubt as soon as you cross the threshold and get enveloped in the almost overpowering soapy fragrances floating around you. There are handmade soaps, body lotions, scrubs, oils, and many other items for the face and body scattered throughout the lovely space. Their products are eco-friendly and handmade, so coupled with the location they are pricier than similar product elsewhere. I was impressed with the quality of the few items we picked up, though, and it's always great to have alternatives to all the mass marketed chemicals anyway. So take a deep breath, and go on in.

Went in for a gift for my bestie and ended up going back. The young woman was extremely helpful. Kept my budget in mind and helped me look for myself as well. She gave me samples and gave me info on the spas in Philly & NY. I'm a forever fan of Lush!! Especially this location! I'll definitely be back!

Always super helpful, the sales associates at Lush are great! With products that range from Bath, Body & Hair, Lush has something for everyone. On a recent trip I purchased the Superbalm and the Movis Facial Bar. Because everything smells so good, you'll find it hard not to purchase something. I find that the location in Harbor East is never super backed. It makes it better when you have questions about items.

I'm not exactly the demographic Lush shoots for (I was picking something up for my girlfriend), but this Lush is incredibly nice. I walked in not exactly remembering/knowing what I was looking for, and the employees were super helpful, super nice, and didn't give me grief for being a lone guy looking at facial masks. I didn't get nearly the same feeling at the Lush store in the Towson mall. Suffice to say, this place is off to a great start!

We love lush!!! Any other bath bomb you've ever used will not compare to a Lush bath bomb. The prices are always more than fair with the quality of the product. This specific location had great staff, cute shopping area and plenty of shopping space in store.

Any time I'm looking for a great gift (dog walker, teacher, etc) Lush is a great option. They're products are all natural and some are even vegan. Can't go wrong with their lotions and soaps... especially their hand therapy lotion. This is great for anyone who washes their hands constantly (i.e. Nurses) They also have pre packaged and wrapped gifts starting around $16, which is amazingly easy and convenient! Shout out to the 5 star custom service! Knowledgeable and always friendly!

I came in for my first time ever to a Lush and all of the staff was amazing! I was greeted by Jess who helped me pick out a foot care product and also gifted me with a bath bomb after my purchase. Also, Brittney was so awesome and gave me a mini tour of the store, let me test some products and was so nice. I will definitely be back soon!

This was my first time at Lush. And I must say, "Move over Home Goods, I've got a new obsession!" The ladies Erin and Elissa were phenomenal! I felt so comfortable in the store and felt like a valued customer. It was such a pleasant experience. Plus, I left with some amazing purchases, including a bath bomb, bath oils, bubble soap, foot care products and some goodies for two of my colleagues. I can't wait to return! I discovered Lush in Scotland in 1999 and I always enjoy visiting their shops when I'm on vacation. This is a gorgeous, large shop. The sales reps in this store were fantastic. They even included a handwritten note in with my purchases. Thank you for making my visit so special.

Lush's new storefront is wonderful; all the products you could ever need/want. Staff is always friendly and more than willing to assist all shoppers.

These girls were the best Lush girls ever. My friends and I were visiting from NYC, and we were trying to burn some time before our dinner reservation, so we decided to go inside this Lush to look around. They weren't pushy at all, and they just welcomed us with open arms. They let us play with everything in the store without judging us. The Lushes in NYC would never let us do this. We spent almost an hour in the store just testing things and chit chatting with the girls. It was amazing. I ended up buying a couple of things, which I never do back at home because the associates there would always push products onto us. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable!

Amazing people work here. Went in today to buy my mother an early Christmas gift and while I was getting rung up by one employee, another employee showed my son how a bath bomb worked. Little did I know that the cashier gave me a free bubble bar, so that a sweet surprise when I opened my bag! If you want exceptional service by people who radiate positivity, come here!

I came to this store because I just so happened to be in Harbor East, and OMG I am so totally glad I did. The staff offered to have me sample a few of their products, and I left with 6 masks, a hand/ body cream and so glitter bath bombs. I will be back and I'm bringing my mother and some friends. I like authentic, good customer service, and good products and this place has both. Yes, yall get my 5 stars!! #winning

The girls in this store are so sweet, not to mention knowledgeable about the products. Wish I would have set my parking meter for longer because it was such a fun time to be in the store exploring. I bought half a dozen products and have already used two on the first evening. Such great smells and luxurious textures. Highly recommend

Thanks for making baths fun again! I can't begin to explain how many options you have for different experiences in your baths. Glow in the dark? You could get lost w so many options of soap but the staff always leads me to the right direction on how I want to experience my bath.

The store is very clean and the staff is great. Everyone is qualified to help you make the best purchase and I will definitely go back.

Kamaria was absolutely amazing!!! I just had to began with that statement because customer service is a major part of any experience at an establishment. So a friend and I visited lush yesterday and immediately was welcomed by beautiful scents that stimulated our senses and added to the already wonderful time we were having in harbor east- long story short the store was wonderful and Kamaria was very knowledgeable about the product so much that I purchased gorgeous an $85 tube of facial moisturizer without paying attention to the price lol and of course many other products because of her wonderful ability to provide a pleasurable experience. I'm so happy with my products and most of all I'll remember my first experience at lush being an AMAZING experience every time I return because of Kamaria!!!!
