I was here for 2 nights. Front desk staff is wonderful. Breakfast is on the lower end, the staff is slow to clean up but plenty of 2 seats. Bed was hard but I slept. The temperature was comfortable, it was quiet and dark which was lovely. The room is smaller but pleasant enough and I got a sunrise view which was lovely. Pics of room and video of room and breakfast included. We are using this hotel bc of a tour, I miss the hilton

Absolutely our savior hotel after a disaster experience at the Radisson Blu. Nice modern rooms, directly at a Meteo line to the airport. Very nice staff and in general a cozy hotel. The Fitness is small but okay. Breakfast was okay regarding the options and it wasn’t overrun. However, coffee could be better since any choice was with sugar by default.

This is a nice hotel, my family and I recommend it. The staff were kind, and the rooms and breakfast were great. Dinner at the restaurant was also very nice. For more cost-efficient parking, there is a garage nearby. It was a pleasant experience, thank you!

This is easily the worst hotel in town. The property is located directly next to a railway track, making sleep impossible due to the constant noise. Despite traveling as a group of three adults, we were not provided with any drinking water. When we requested some, we were told to use the in-room fridge, which was locked—meaning guests are forced to pay for basic necessities. To make matters worse, there is no luggage service and the staff were incredibly rude and lacked basic manners. Save your money and stay elsewhere. Here is pictures of the bathroom door, it’s beyond filthy

My stay at LUTECIA was absolutely outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with modern bathrooms that felt luxurious. I loved waking up to breathtaking views of Lisbon right from my window. One of the highlights was the 24-hour gym – I even managed to get my workout in at 5 a.m., which was fantastic! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and service!

A reasonable hotel close to the airport, just 10 mins in an uber. The rooms we had were clean and functional, however very basic. Even more so than the photos used to promote. The beds were comfortable and as requested we were allocated adjoining rooms. Staff…were there…that’s about it. Neither polite or impolite, just present. We did manage to leave our luggage there after checkout to enable us to go for breakfast before moving to our next destination. A late checkout was requested, however they ask for a fee for this, which seemed very steep. I’d stay again, if nothing else available, or a good deal was found.

For the hotel: First, you need to put your key in a slot next to the door when you come in or you can't get the lights or the air conditioner or anything electric to work. This was a new concept for us, each time we come back to the room , the room is hot again and has to cool down again. the parking if you are driving is across the street and you have to pay every 4 hours between the hours of 9 a m and 7 p m. there is some place approximately 2 minute walk away to park where you don't have to do that, but we didn't move the car. if you want american coffee go to the first floor bar. there are no wash clothes in the bathroom. The room we have does have a balcony and a large bed that is comfortable.\nAnd there is a refrigerator but it's stocked with items that you can purchase. Restaurant: we ate dinner at the restaurant and the prices are reasonable. the service was excellent and they were very accommodating if you have allergies or a lot of questions. The food was good. We did walk about 2 miles within the vicinity of the hotel. We did not come across any issues. our? Friend did tell us to watch for pickpockets. We wouldn't even know , so we just made sure to have our wallets in our front pockets. We did buy water and some fruit from a local small store. We walked to see the local 911 memorial.

I arrived willing to leave my card on file for incidentals. Reception processed only the city tax and sent me on my way. Later, when I asked to unlock the minibar, I was told to come back down with the card again as noone saved it on the file. ||The rest didn’t get better. There was a constant queue for the lift, and the corridors had an off, milk smell. In my room, basics were missing: no bottled water, a coffee machine with no pods, no conditioner or body lotion, and no iron available for me or any of my colleagues, despite multiple phone calls to the reception. ||Room service never answered. When I phoned reception, I was told to come downstairs myself because a colleague was “busy.” They said they’d call back and didn’t. I ended up ordering Bolt Food just to eat.||What stung most was the tone—curt and unhelpful at every turn. Overall this fell far below the standard advertised. I wouldn’t return and can’t recommend it.||Breakfast was the worse, I went to breakfast once, just to find a pubic hair in the food. Even without the pube the food looked uninvitingly gross.
