The wife and I just attended the Christmas holiday party and had an amazing time! The grounds, which are already beautiful, were turned up a notch with all the decorations. All of the employees from the check in desk, distillery tour guides to the gift shop were fantastic. I would highly recommend planning a visit.

Our first morning here, we passed by Lux Row, and decided to stop by at 9:30 AM at opening. Asked about a tour, they told us 10 AM we can do one! Our first bourbon distillery tour, and how nice it is! Alexis took four of us around, and she is a wonderful tour guide, and super sweet! Her, and the staff there, really went out of thier way for us in every way! Highly recommend a stop here, it is a beautiful property, and with wonderful people. Oh and try the Bourdon Coffee here in the morning, wow!

We had a great tour at Lux recently. The tour was awesome and the facilities were well laid out. The tour was both entertaining and educational about the history of Lux Row and their brands. The staff was great, very helpful and responsive. The shop was well stocked and they even had a rebate when I purchased some bourbon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently attended the KBF festival and Lux Row event, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Penelope bourbon has always been my favorite brand, and their annual releases never disappoint. The night before the festival, I had the pleasure of attending an incredible event hosted by Lux Row, which truly set the tone for the entire trip. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service. The event was beautifully organized and made every attendee feel valued. I walked away with a fantastic selection of allocated bottles, including a few autographed by the master distillers themselves! This was hands down the best bourbon event I've ever attended. If you're a bourbon enthusiast, I highly recommend checking out Penelope and their events. You won’t be disappointed!

We had the most wonderful time on our tour. Our guide Alexis was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and attentive. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answered all our questions with a smile, we laughed non stop! I highly recommend this lux row on your bourbon trail

A premier distillery in the Bardstown Kentucky area, serving the community with lots of bourbon and fine cocktails providing Tours of the distillery property a store to buy some of the fine products made in the distillery An open bar with lots of windows and a view serve some of the finest bourbon around They have fantastic Christmas parties for the local people, and we are appreciative Reserve you a tour and enjoy as well as all the other distilleries in the Bardstown area. The property is very scenic lush with trees, plants, and all which is a part of beautiful green Kentucky.

We had a wonderful experience at Lux Row Distillers, starting with the blackberry lemonade with bourbon! The tour was very informational, and it was clear our tour guide knew her facts! We also loved exploring inside one of the rickhouses and seeing how the bourbon is stored. The tasting was delicious after the tour - plus we loved some of the chocolate pairing options!

Our first bourbon distillery tour- what a blast! Lux Row was recommended by some ladies over I'm the city government office. Seeing the craft behind this KY heritage product was very interesting. Great tour guides and very informative! The tastings were all so different. My favorite was the high wine before the osmosis process and barreling. Highly recommend if you're interested in seeing and experiencing the bourbon making process!

I visited Lux Row on a tour on December 13th, which also happened to be the same day as their Holiday Event - despite this, they were more than willing to accomodate my tour. We got a welcome drink, a video and a tour through the production area, the Rickhouse and the stone house over the course of an hour and a half. Our tour guide (Dakota) was absolutely incredible and knowledgable and made the entire experience both informative and fun! The entire staff at Lux Row was very accomodating and definitely showed they really appreciated and understood the Bourbon industry. I never felt like we were just another tour group - the entire experience felt very catered, and the ambiance of the Christmas distillery tour was on point. We got to taste some incredible bourbons as well! Were they all my favorites? No, but that's the point of getting taste the different options, and Lux Row laid out their options in a way that could appeal to those who like less of a Kentucky hug, and those who prefer the "I'm going to punch you in the face" type of Kentucky hug. I will definitely be back!

Stopped in to Lux Row to check out the gift shop. Ended up staying around to try a drink at the bar. Loved the Apple Jack Fizz drink. Love the bar set up - it's very inviting and the bartender was fantastic. His drinks were spot on perfect, and his knowledge of the Lux Row products was great.

This is my second time visiting Lux Row but my first time doing one of their tours. My first visit, we got drinks and hung out on their comfy patio which was a perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. The tour however was fun- they took you through the distillery, you got to sample the distillers beer (fermented mash) as well as the white lightning which is always fun. They gave samples of their different bourbons throughout the tour which was nice too (one of which was right from a barrel!). Our guide was very friendly as well.

Alexis was great this distillery was up there in my top 5 places I've been. Distillery was clean. Prices in the gift shop were amazing.

Great experience! Take a tour or just have a cocktail! Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Liked the grounds, tasting room, tasting experience, merch and overall experience. The bourbon itself wasn't quite our speed. I'd recommend coming here first and then going to Limestone. We went to Limestone first and missed out on the free flight. Saving it for next visit.

We scheduled multiple bourbon tours and tastings on our vacation weekend, and all rated this the best overall tour (Buffalo Trace a very close second). From the trip through the distillery to the tasting where we got to keep our bourbon glass, first rate all the way.

Lux Row is a must distillery tour. I wasn't as familiar with their products except sister products, Penelope bourbon. It's always great to learn something new. We did the tour and added on an additional pour and cocktail. Our additional pour was my absolute fav, Lux Row 12 year. It's on my list to purchase. The tour was mainly indoors and great information shared. We got a sample during the tour of Rye via whiskey theif, four at the tasting, and another free one at the bar. With the add ons, we got to keep our rock glass and mini glencaryn. Beautiful grounds!

The front desk service were not very welcoming. It was not busy and we just wanted a tasting. The girls simply said you can get a flight in the bar area. No real direction or offer to get tasting with tour until I returned to the desk to ask about a guided tasting. Then they explained that the distillery has opted to not do guided tasting this year but if we did a tour then they have a tasting along the way. Which sounded interesting but since they didn't seem interested in promoting it we decided to get flights. One small batch one Penelope and one Stave finished. They were good but without any real direction we opted not to buy anything. Maybe it was a bad day for them.

Got here too late to taste anything so can't say much about their whiskey but the venue is really nice. Will get back here on our next trip.

It was great visit and staff was amazing. I recommend Lux Row to all who visit Bardston.

Lux row is an amazing distillery and we had an amazing tour here. We started off in their gift shop where they have bourbon you can only get here. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. This tour was for sure one of my favorites because in one of the rick house they have/had a barrel of a 128.7 proof rye that we got to try straight from the barrel. This I think is one of the coolest parts of any tour there is. We then had our tasting and tried 4 more bourbons. I spend $10 more when booking the tour and this got us a mini glencairn glass which we got to keep and and extra pour of one of their bourbon that you can get here (It was also my favorite of the tasting). Make sure you stop by here and get a tour.

This was our last distillery tour of the day and as a non bourbon drinker I was not eager to do another tour, however Lux Row did a great job! They gave a lot of information you hear at every tour but also history on the land and buildings. Our tour guide was new but very knowledgeable and had a great personality for giving tours. The tasting at the end was a good one according to my husband and paying for the extra pour was worth it. I personally really liked the chocolates with the dark chocolate being everyone in our groups favorite.

Don't come here on a Monday (like we did) because they are closed. Wait and come back on Tuesday...it's worth the wait! Friendly staff, knowledgeable bartender, and ample pouring for their flights. This is a hidden gem in Bardstown! And we like it here!!

We did the Single Barrel Series tour @ Lux Row with Stevie and it was one of the highlights of our week on the Bourbon Trail. The tour was very up close and personal. We added this tour as a "let's give it a try" filler. But we were blown away at how well the tour was.

Beautiful facility, very spacious and welcoming. We did their regular tour of the distillery, rickhouse, and tasting at the end. They fill about one barrel every minute and a half that we got to see. The rickhouse was awesome and smelled incredible. I loved how big it was. We got to taste some of the bourbon theived from inside the barrel and they had a photo opp for people on the tour as well. Fun tasting at the end with some different bourbons I haven't had before.

We stopped here on our trip to Bardstown Kentucky. We did not eat here but the restaurant looked nice and the food looked good. We did not have time for the Bourbon tour since we had a appointment in Bardstown. We visited the gift shop and want to come back to eat and do the tour.

Such a great tour! So interesting and informative.. and the distillery is pretty new but you can spend an entire peaceful day there. Then the testing. AMAZING! Every bourbon was smooth and delicious, super hard to decide what's your favorite. We'll be back there for sure.

Lux is luxury for Bourbon connoisseurs! The facility is absolutely gorgeous. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. The staff were attentive and informative. I'm only giving this 4 stars because they were fully booked for tastings due to numerous tour busses. We're visiting for the weekend, and it would be helpful if you have an area dedicated to smaller parties. We opted to go to the bar to order a drink and learned we get to keep the glass! The Crangria was absolutely perfect! Hints of cinnamon, Cranberry, and cider. None of the mixers overpowered the Bourbon. The Sweater Weather was cinnamon heavy, but decent. The pear was a nice addition, but you couldn't really taste the rye.

We did the tasting tour here and had a decent time. We were brought into a separate room and had a flight of 5 different items to try out. We were also given certain chocolate pieces to help cleanse our pallette. It was good to be able to try the different bourbons. We also got a chance to thieve our own drink, which was pretty cool.

Great time! Our host, Lezra, was fun. Answered all of our questions. The samples were great and the pairings with the chocolate were interesting. Small group, so it was easy to talk and exchange feedback.

Dakota did an amazing job on the tour and the tasting after was fantastic. The lemonade to start the tour was very good.

Really good experience. Our tour guide Jasmine was great despite having some folks in our group who would not stop talking amongst themselves. She was quite the professional and did her best to talk over them and give us a great experience. The gift shop was good would like to see more merch of my favorite Lux row brands. Plenty of limited release bottles to purchase and the staff was very friendly and helpful

This was the most informative bourbon tour I have been on. We started with a cocktail and toured several areas. We also tasted from a barrel. We finished with a guided tasting. In an old house that gave it a very welcoming feel. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend taking the Distillers Collection Tour

Loved our tasting! Oh my, if I lived close by I think I would come back often for a drink at the bar to have Kaleb make me a Manhattan! This would never get old!

While the process of making bourbon is the same everywhere, each distillery offers something unique and worthwhile to see. Lux Row is no different here. It's a modern facility crafting a product that is steeped in history and tradition.

Product was great. Witnessed issue between tour guide and a patron that has left me uncomfortable to support or ever visit again.

While making last second plans for a short trip to Bardstown in late August I was left with almost no opportunities for distillery tours. Luckily Lux had availability a few hours before. Booking was easily done online. The gift shop has mostly bourbon for sale and they did offer a few of their top notch juice like Rebel 10 and Lux Row there 12 year bourbon. After a short introduction of a nice film we left for around a 30 minute tour. We saw the cookers and even got the chance to taste the mash which I did. Not bad. We saw the barreling operation, a Rickhouse and more. The end of the tour is reserved for tasting Lux products. I had a great tasting of some Premium juice that was not expected. The entire tour and tasting was approximately 60 minutes. The guide Caleb was a highlight. I would recommend a Lux Distillery tour and also suggest a purchase of their products which I have enjoyed. Look for continued expansion by Lux & Co.

Enjoyed the welcoming free cocktail. Our guide was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The taste testing allowed us to sample liquor we were not familiar with. We appreciate the signature LUX glass to take home.

The employees were so very informative and helpful! We were unsure on several bourbons and were offered samples to differentiate, as the one we wanted was being discontinued. Cool vibes with great costumer service!

We had a nice visit this past summer to Lux Row Distillery. The tour started out viewing their distillery process and then headed up the hill to a rickhouse. It's always fun going inside a rickhouse, being surrounded with hundreds of barrels stacked high into the sky. The tour ended with a tasting of some of their flagship whiskies. One of their high end bourbons is the Blood Oath series, which is not on the tasting menu, it also sells out quick when it hits the shelf. Inquiring with the staff might give you some insight into this elusive bourbon.

A great tour with a great guide!!! I definitely recommend attending while on the Bourbon Trail.

We did a tour of this lovely facility. Our tour guide, Mike, was fun and very knowledgeable! He was loud so everyone could hear. Answered all questions from visitors. He was a fun guide through our tasting. Just a very real guy. Lux row bourbons are delicious. The favorites we enjoyed tasting were the Old Ezra Rye and Lux Row 12 yr. Bummed we couldn't get a Blood Oath. It is a spring release and not available in November. I thought the tour was very reasonably priced including 4 tastings! And we did the add on tasting for an extra $10. Everyone was so nice. Very glad we did this Distillery! Great way to start off our day!

Aa far as tours and tastings go, this has to be up there in terms of value. You get to see the distillery, a rickhouse and several other stops. And the tasting gives you a mix of offerings including some of their higher end boubons or rye whiskeys. Our tour guide was friendly and informative and didn't rush anyone through without answering questions.

This was a good tour but our least favorite. What was cool was you got more than a tasting. Our tour guide was "pinch hitting" so we had things left out. We almost missed our fifth tasting (our your guide thought the bottle out was a mistake), and getting our complimentary glass (I got it because I lingered). The tour guide said they were short staffed, and that is honest, but I have one tour for my money and really do not like when you get less than you paid for.

Lux Row was a top notch distillery to visit on the Bourbon Trail. The tasting room is very modern with an Old time feel. The products are very tasty and the tour by Emily was informative and educational. So glad we had her knowledge and personality to guide us around the property. Visit Lux Row when on your next visit to Kentucky.

This distillery is very new, and owned by a large alcohol company, but they have a great Marketing team, beautiful facilities, and a nice but small selection of Bourbon. When you enter, you'll be taken to a small media room and shown the history of Lux Row. On our tour, we were actually joined by Mrs. Lux and her dog, which was an added bonus. The 3 bourbons we tried were very good, especially the Rebel Yell Ginger, which is good for cocktails. The entire facility is new and great for weddings/celebrations.
