Luxe Lankaran Hotel

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 5 years (the purpose of a business trip). The hotel is in an ideal place for working moments. The price corresponds to the quality. The rooms are clean, the bed is fresh, and the most important thing for me is the presence of tea accessories. I feel at home here. Because My first and only choice is Lux Hotel Lankaran. Friendly, helpful and we got we had booked. Breakfast was quite good with lovely bread. Our room was well sized, but there was a constant bad drains smell from the bathroom that drifted into the whole room. We never got hot water to the shower, just tepid and the carpet was grotty.||||Our friend's room had cigarette ash in the bin, which took 2 days to get emptied, despite requests and the room stunk of smoke.||||This hotel has the potential to be a great place in a good location, but just a few things need sorting out.

The rooms are nice and clean. However, the staff is absolutely useless. The only thing they were interested in was booking a tour for us (day trip to Xinaliq). When we asked around we found out that they have a mark-up of around 50%. |The breakfast would be much nicer if served in clean dishes.

Excellent hotel! The service was impeccable, they kept checking up on me on a daily basis to make sure that I had everything I needed for an amazing stay. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I want to thank the management and the employees for their attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great hotel for the price! Helpful staff. Modest breakfast included. You insert a card in a slot near your room door for lights and electricity, so you cannot leave A/C on or charge electronics while you’re away or leave a child/person in room without key card.

First of all it is a good and new hotel in the city center of Lankaran with reasonable price. |The location was really good and near to Borani restaurant and city center. Ufortunatley no one can speak english there. The saftey box was not working and nobody cannot help due to english speaking problem. Room was modern and new but pillows and blanket had some spots. Sauna and gym was closed and i did not understand why because they cannot speak english! The breakfast was very basic but was ok.|Consequently it was a good hotel regards to its district and price.

Stayed here over the New Year period & booked into a junior suite.Nice,Clean, Large room with en suite ( little bit more on that later).||All staff very efficient and very helpful, nothing a problem.Breakfast basic but good served in pleasant bar / restaurant. ||Excellent sauna / spa rooms, hot tubs, hot jet rooms etc. ||Loss of points due to, room toilet drains giving off very bad odour 24/7, No internet connection available in room for duration of stay and being asked to pay for the use of of the leisure facilities despite being a guest.||All in all though a pleasant stay here.

The location is good ||The rooms is not clean,the towels is not clean and smell bad .I advise you bring your own face and shower towels ||They closed the pool and said that it's over repair.The Hotel has not elevator.||The internet wifi is free.||Reception man Mr.Ramil is a good man and responsibile for everything and good English speaking man.||The breakfast is not buffet,they have not Milk but delicious Omlet .
