Stayed in December to visit the Christmas markets and festivities. Superb central location in walking distance of everything. A charming family run hotel, classic decor and design, warm friendly attentive service, and nothing too much trouble. The bedroom was very comfortable, everything you need, nice little touches. Breakfast choice was amazing. The bar and lounge was a cosy place to enjoy a drink. A lovely stay. Will return

One of our favorite hotels overall. Superb location and close to all the sights and activities. Family owned and run and the staff was great. Super charming place overall. It was decorated for Christmas during our stay, which made it even more charming. Our room was large and had a clawfoot porcelain tub for a nice soak after walking the city. You’re right in the heart of things but it’s on a side street so it wasn’t noisy. Say hi to Jack, the Cavalier King Charles when you arrive!

A beautiful family hotel located on a quiet street within walking distance of everything. We booked the junior suite, and it was lovely—clean and spacious. The only downside was that the pillows on the bed could be replaced with newer ones.||We added breakfast at the hotel, and the buffet had everything you could wish for.|We also want to highlight the service—it was very friendly and accommodating. We can absolutely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back.

It’s in the heart of everything and you can walk to all the sites, shops and restaurants, but it’s on side street so it’s quiet. Family owned and run and the staff if very friendly and helpful. Say hi to Jack, the Cavalier King Charles who is often in the lobby. Our room was large with plenty of room to unpack and enjoy an espresso or glass of wine. The bath had a porcelain clawfoot tub, which is great after a day of walking the city. Try to catch it when it’s decorated for Christmas as the ambience is even more magical.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful hotel! From the wonderful scent of cinnamon as we walked through the door, the lovely staff, the amazing room, to the delicious breakfasts - our stay could not have been better. Thank you to everyone at the Castillion for making our stay so memorable! ||We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bruges.

Very warm and accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms and an incredible atmosphere in the heart of this historic city! Especially during the holidays, because the hotel was decorated head to toe for Christmas. Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in one of the most charming hotels in Belgium.

One of the BEST spur of the moment decisions we have made was to book a room here. Location is excellent, owner and staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast in the "dungeon" was simply Devine. Just a beautiful place to stay.

I wish I could review a zero for this business! We could not enter Europe due to our worldwide pandemic that everybody knows about except for this hotel! When we finally can book a trip for this year, this business claims that our voucher expires in April so they are just going to steal our $800! Nobody is willing to work with us. It's very sad to see that a family run business can treat people so poorly and steal their money! This business should be embarrassed how they are handling peoples money! I wish I would have read more reviews because I am not the first this is happened to!

Awesome hotel in the middle of Brugge. Great breakfast and very accommodating. Parking is available and cool little bar.

This hotel stole $900 from me. When covid hit, they sent me a threatening email when I called my cc to get a refund. So, I accepted their voucher and then, they refused to extend it during a pandemic. Currently reporting this horrible hotel. Do not stay or work with this horrible place. What a nightmare.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Really captured the vibe you want to have while in Bruge. When my new husband and I walked through the door we were greeted by the welcoming staff by a warm fire place. This is a family run hotel who all work so hard to make the experience perfect. They sent champagne and desserts to our room for our honeymoon and even put roses on our bed! They called us taxis when needed, held our luggage before and after check out and even let us check in early. The rooms are beautiful and rustic with chandeliers with views of gardens and churches. Can't say enough good things about this place. I can't wait to go back !

The room, staff, building was fantastic and I'm not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here. Room was super clean, staff was amazing and hotel is centrally located to a lot of the major places that folks would need to visit. Loved this family owned hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Bruges.

The location, room, staff, everything was perfect ! my wife and me loved the style of this hotel. it's lovely how mother and daughter decorated this hotel. And the chocolate in the room gave us a warm welcome feeling in this hotel. Breakfast was amazing ! So many choices of bread, fresh coffee, home made deserts,... We had the stay of our life in this hotel! If you are thinking about staying in Bruges, don't look further, this is where you need to be!
