Luxury Cayman Villas

Our family stayed at their Tranquility Cove property for Thanksgiving. The property was amazing and the amenities were first class. It really exceeded all of my expectations. Every detail was thought out at this property and Luxury Cayman Villas was super accommodating. So many memories were made and we're hoping to get back asap!

Spectacular views and even better accommodations. Point of View had everything we could've hoped for and more. The kids loved hanging in the rec room when they weren't taking advantage of the private beach and Infiniti pool. And the adults loved having plenty of space to enjoy quality time while taking in the breathtaking views. Exceptional service from start to finish. I highly recommend Luxury Cayman Villas.

This was my third trip to Grand Cayman, but probably my favorite. We stayed at a rental home, Oceanus, on the south side of the island, on Frank Sound. The location was great for a week of snorkeling and relaxing. We spent our mornings by the pool, then headed out to favorite spots all over the island for snorkeling. The great things about this location are the fantastic views of Frank Sound and the sunsets. I enjoy being away from the bustle of the more touristy Seven Mile Beach area. Here at Oceanus, you are close enough to drive anywhere on the island in about 30 minutes, but far enough away to have plenty of privacy and quiet. The sound is great for snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding - you can literally walk out the back door and walk into the water to snorkel. The main reef is a little over a half mile from the shore, but there is also a small reef just a little east of the house, only a few hundred yards from shore. I was also lucky enough to find some sea stars (starfish), sand dollars and sea biscuits while out paddleboarding and snorkeling in the sound. The showers outside make it easy to get cleaned up without tracking sand and water into the house. We were only a couple miles from the Blowholes (go about an hour before high tide!), close to Crystal Caves, Rum Point, the Mastic Trail and the Botanic Park. There's also plenty of rainy day activities at the house in case the weather doesn't cooperate one day - a lending library full of bestsellers, board games, video games, movies and fitness equipment. In addition, our bed was comfortable; we loved our balcony with solar shades; the fantastic kitchen, big enough for everyone to help and the bathrooms in every bedroom made this a great home away from home for the week. This would be a great vacation rental for a large extended family vacation - we hope to come back soon!

We stayed as a family at the Oceana villa through LCV and loved this absolutely amazing and tranquil spot. It’s location right on the beach could not be more perfect and is located away from all the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach but close enough to all amenities we never wanted for anything. The interior was lovely and every possible need was thought of before our arrival. We couldn’t be happier with our family stay and with 6 bedrooms we never felt on top of one another. Will definitely be staying at Oceana again and many thanks to LCV for taking such amazing care of us.

My family and I booked and stayed at Oceanus 7/26-7/30/2018. The day we arrived the villa was beautiful and looked exactly as it did online. My sister and I did a tour of the villa with the property manager while everyone else got changed to "dive into" the beautiful pool. It was brought to our attention that the pool looked very murky....and it did! Turns out we would not be able to use the pool AT ALL that day! This was a real problem considering this should have been checked out before we arrived and could have been taken care of. Turns out the pump had gone out and there had not been a inspection of the property since the last guest stayed there over a week ago! Our beautiful vacation was off to a horrific start! The property manager told us we had permission to use the neighbor's pool the first day while the pool man took care of the pump issue with the pool at our villa. We were not pleased with having to walk over to the neighbor's house to use the pool but we were just grateful to have a pool. There were 14 in our group and later that evening about eight of us changed and walked over to the neighbor's to take a swim! No sooner had we gotten in the pool and were having a great time talking and enjoying each other's company when a man comes out the door in his robe and tells us we have to go!! By now I am livid:(! When we spoke with the property manager the next day she stated that the owner gave us permission to use the pool and no one should have been at the house....she advised she was sorry! ....REALLY??????? She offered us a cabana on 7 mile the following day with a $1200 credit for food and alcohol. We booked a villa because we wanted to be secluded. But since we had every intention on visiting 7 mile we thought this might be ok.....well we get to the resort and it looks like a retirement village! There are five old men in the pool and no one in the cabana's. The food was good but the facility was not at all what we expected. They gave us the cheapest place on 7 mile. It was a total disappointment considering 90% of our group were millennial's who were looking for some excitement and nightlife. Total Disappointment!!! On top of all of this the property manager made us feel as if we did something wrong by voicing our disappointment. The most disappointing thing she said was " well you all got a substantial discount on this villa compared to what it usually rents for". It is awful that I had to remind her that we did not ask for ANYTHING....WE PAID THE AMOUNT THAT WAS ASKED!!!! Additionally, the air condition in the villa was not working properly and we had to get the service man out and it was still hot.... Sadly enough it got to the point that we just wanted it to be over. We wanted to leave. Some things can't be helped...but you can help the way you treat people that come to you for their dream vacations! In my opinion, this was all the way the property manager handled the issues. Raelynn (property manager) blamed everyone expect herself. She blamed the pool guy, she blamed the man next door and even the owner. Cayman Islands is beautiful but STAY AWAY from Luxury Cayman Villas......

Amazing place to stay! Very clean and beautiful! We knew everything that the villa had before we got there! They even helped my family and I figure out the best places to visit! Can't wait to go back again! My family and I loved every second of our vacation!
