Luxury On The River

We stayed in LOR in August 2025. Right off the bat the location is awesome. It is walkable to every tourist location, Vatican and around it are some great restaurant. On arrival we were greeted by Lusia at the reception and she was very friendly and professional. She gave us a map of Rome and explained us everything and that was very helpful and made our trip less cumbersome. The rooms are clean and well stacked with toiletries and the kitchen is well equipped also. Overall a great experience with check in and check out made very easy.

We traveled to Italy for a wedding. The airline lost our luggage and luisa arranged for our transportation to the airport several times. She helped us locate some clothing shops to visit in case our bag did not make it before the wedding. The room was very comfortable as well as the bed. The location is walking distance to many sights and food! Would highly recommend.

I have to say that this is one of the best hotels on my trip to Italy. The team here have made my stay very pleasant, warm friendly personal service, nothing was  too much trouble for them and made me feel incredibly welcome. It’s on the river, and an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of the centre yet only a short work to everything. You can’t go wrong by staying here. I will certainly come back and stay again. Thank you.

First off the location was great and walkable to everywhere you need to go or explore. The bed was so comfortable and amazing it was hard to get up in the morning. I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Europe and this bed was top notch. Secondly Luisa was absolutely amazing, we had to check in late but she made it hassle free, I was stressing with how late we would be arriving but after speaking with her my stress went away. And she made it an amazing stay while we were here. When I come back to Rome I will definitely be back here due to the hospitality I’ve received.

Loved the Staff. Luisa, and the rest of the staff were great! Helpful in every way. The room was not your common room. Large bed, large closet and large bathroom and shower. High ceilings and large windows. The elevator was fun for a Yank. There is a nice reading/relaxing area off the lobby with comfortable couches.|Downside is, other then taxis, there is no transportation near the hotel. There are a few restaurants in the area. It is Rome so the restaurants are good.

"The hotel in Rome had a great location, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, the windows were not well insulated, and we could hear traffic noise throughout the night. Overall, a good stay, but light sleepers should be aware

Hotel was lovely, the receptionist was absolutely amazing, so kind, sweet and helpful. Would stay there again. Didn't take any pictures mostly due to 20k steps a day in 92F heat.

The rooms was a little on the small side, the bed however was confortable, i seating area would have been appreciated. Louisa was great.
