Run, go and reserve this exquisite Villa Boutique hotel in Capri. There's a REASON why Trip Advisor has given its coveted YELLOW Best Award of the year (green used to be the best, and now it's YELLOW). ||My husband and I had the most magnificent stay in this extraordinary villa hotel. From our first steps into the Villa on a grey, cloudy, and rainy day to the last day (also grey and rainy), everyone was ever so kind. We simply could not have asked for a warmer welcome. Inside the villa, everything was glowing with perfection. Everyone involved in creating a perfect lodging experience is to be thanked and recognized for their warmth and hospitality. ||Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet overlooking the sea. We could have stayed in our room the entire time (due to the rain) and still had a perfect experience. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our requests. ||Each of our meals from breakfast to dinner was far better than most of the eateries during our 2-week Amalfi sojourn . . . kudos to the chef and his staff. Their Delizia a Limone dessert was the BEST among all that we tried during our 2-week trip (and we enjoyed nearly 14 versions of these).||Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco is absolutely one of the top 3 lodging experiences of our lives, and we hope to return someday soon.

From the very first moment, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and genuine hospitality. The entire team is attentive, professional, and so kind – you immediately feel at home. The hotel itself is a true gem: a beautifully restored Art Nouveau villa full of charm, elegance, and character. The rooms are stunning. The rooftop terrace with the Jacuzzi is an absolute highlight – the perfect place to enjoy the sunset over the Bay of Naples. 🌅 Breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and full of delicious local specialties, all served with care. The complimentary shuttle service to the center or the harbor is another big plus and a great example of the hotel’s outstanding service. A huge thank-you to the entire team – you make Excelsior Parco a place people will always want to return to. 💛 In short: A boutique hotel that exceeds every expectation – style, comfort, and hospitality at the highest level. Absolutely recommendable!

Absolutely exquisite stay! Each and every member of the staff became a part of our family for the week we stayed there. We had a baby with us and they were so accommodating, they upgraded us for a room which had more space to accommodate our baby crib. The view is beautiful and the people are so helpful and kind! Our baby felt so comfortable as well. The hotel is a luxury boutique and offers rides into the city or Marina which was so helpful for us and planning around a baby. Thank you all so much for being so amazing!!! Lots of love from us all especially baby Zayan 😍

Gaya went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about every detail of my stay. Her warm personality and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. Thanks to her and the rest of the team, my time at the hotel was seamless and memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality service and a truly enjoyable stay.

Truly an amazing experience from the moment we arrived until we departed. Not a single detail was spared in order to enhance our experience. Every staff member was pleasant and professional. We had a room with a balcony and a private jacuzzi and ate our sumptuous breakfast out there each morning. We had dinner at the hotel as well which was excellent. The transportation to the city center, the helpful suggestions of itinerary, the constant communication were impeccable. The nicest hotel experience we have ever had.

This has to be one of the best 5 star hotel experiences we have ever had. As soon as we arrived at the port in Capri, the hotel had a gentleman to greet us at the boat and help with our luggage. We were then driven to the hotel and were offered a drink of our choice (most 5 star hotels these days offer a glass of cheap prosecco, beer or orange juice). We sat with Emmanuel who gave us a 20 minute summary of Capri and the great things the island offers. What was great was that Emmanuel was a local and born in Capri so all his recommendations and suggestions were spot on. The hotel is a boutique with 11 rooms but the service was just amazing. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Breakfast was great and you order the food you want rather than walking up to a buffet where the food never tends to be freshly cooked. The hotel also offers a free taxi shuttle service which is a godsend as taxies in Capri are expensive with a min fare of 25 euros for any journey. They even offered us complimentary drinks when we came back early one evening from our meal and helped book our ferry back to the mainland. All I can say is well done to the hotel owner is well done for creating a great hotel experience. We will return one day and stay here again.

The team goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable – from personalized island tips to private transfers and dinner reservations. Breakfast is served on a sun-drenched terrace with fresh local products, tasty pastries, and made-to-order options. It feels more like a private villa than a hotel, with the service and quality of a five-star stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and authentically Capri experience, Excelsior Park is simply superb. I would return in a heartbeat.

This was our big extravagence for our trip to Italy and they certainly delivered. Beautiful property, and the staff was perfectly attentive. The location is beautiful with amazing views. Capri is a little hard to get around on but the hotel will shuttle you to taxi or ferry locations where you can move on to whatever part of the island you are looking for. The hotel breakfast is amazing and a really positive start to the day. If you want elegance and service, Excelsior Parco will deliver.
