Lv8 Resort Hotel

The paintings along each corridor are quite old. It’s not really a problem, but it would be nice if they were cleaned more often, as we found them to be quite dusty. As for the pool, it was very spacious and well maintained clean and refreshing. We understand this is an older hotel, but everything was made better by the excellent service, especially from Christie. She is such a cheerful and kind young lady always friendly and full of energy. She never ran out of stories and kept chatting with us warmly throughout our stay. Good job, Christie! You made a big difference.

Front desk : Windy and Elsi helped us out with the checkout, I forgotten the name of the girl who helped us in checked in(room210) . All of them are very helpful and friendly, paying attention to our needs. We even get a free ice cream when we first check in 😁 Location : superb, they have their own restaurant and beach club, all the staffs there are very attentive, the infinity pool is clean. Stains can be seen on the cushion but we can always overlay with the beach towel so I think is fine. Atlas and Finns club is also very nearby whitin walking distance so is a huge plus point. Gym: very well equipped gym that you can almost do all parts of your body, they have a water machine so you don’t have to bring a bottle, towel is provided as well Room : very spacious and affordable for the price, toilet is spacious and equipped with the bathtub Overall you can noticed some of the paints and watermarks over, it’s an old hotel but if you could looked past all these it’s pretty a very nice hotel to stay. Hopefully the management team will be able to see this and improve accordingly, please maintain the hotel and I definitely will be paying back a visit !

Christie greeted us with a genuine smile. She was friendly and really listened. It wasn’t just about checking us in, but about making sure we felt comfortable. Throughout our stay, she was always around with a helpful attitude. The pool was great. Clean, not too noisy, and a nice place to cool off. It felt safe and peaceful, and that’s exactly what we needed. The service is on point, and Christie made a big difference.

Such an amazing spot, great rooms got the two bdrm suite and they are huge, with the ocean right outside. The gym is great as well, it's big and got an air conditioning unit inside the gym. Got free weights and squat rack etc. Awesome experience, I don't even want to leave the resort to go anywhere!

We had a wonderful experience staying here, and what truly made the difference was the people. From the moment we arrived, the service was consistently warm, polite, and attentive. Christie greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness stood out right away. Windy had such a cheerful energy and made us feel comfortable every time we passed by the front desk. It’s rare to find a team where every member shows the same level of care, but that’s exactly what we found here. Their hospitality felt sincere and never forced. It made our trip more personal and enjoyable.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our room was beautifully decorated, and a delicious chocolate cake was delivered to celebrate our special occasion! My husband and I chose this hotel together, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The service was exceptional — every single staff member was incredibly kind and polite. A special thank you to Chandra, who made sure our breakfast was always fresh and hot. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we are already looking forward to coming back. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel have a Great location… with direct access to the pool & beach… super nice!!!||But… the room hotel need to improve the furnitures are to old and the lighting should be improve…..||the services in front liner is great… except the car valet person should be standby 24 hr…. ||the resto food just standart and the services on the resto is so bad!! Lv8 Management should fix this!||Also their lift so scary sometimes doesn’t want to closed.. to tiny and need to improve.. ||my recommendation just use the stairs for your own safety..
