Very interesting expositions: Free Masonry and Polish noble family Sobiewsky (Ian Sobiewsky defeated Turks under Vienna and put stop to their European invasions for good). The inner yard is actauly old Italian style clauster, with caffee and sweet-house. One of the best visnya (cherry) strudel that I've ever tried. They serve veey strong coffee, even vy Italian standards.

Nice museum, interesting antics furniture but lack of descriptions of the subjects, non Ukrainian person would not understand the history the way it is represented. Cool Gothic hall.

Nice small museum, definitely better to visit in Spring and summer as the Italian court will be nicer.

A best place to know the history of Ukraine in a Royal way.

The museum is under restoration, so you can visit only Italian yard now, but it nice and ticket is really cheap - 10UAH

Pretty good, here you can see many things from XVI-XVIII centuries.

Very interesting museum that I would highly recommend visiting while in Lviv. Artefacts from the 13th to the 20th century help to create an image of Lvivs history through the ages. While the museum is small, the exhibits help you grasp an understanding of Lvivs history. Staff are nice and tickets at the time of writing are 70 hryvnia for an adult
