My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The room itself felt like a perfect balance of home-like coziness and luxury. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and came with thoughtful touches like plenty of soft towels and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner) that made the stay so convenient. It really felt like a place where I could relax and feel at home. What impressed me the most, however, was the kindness and dedication of the hotel team. I accidentally lost my gold earrings after placing them inside a tissue on the counter. My mom, not realizing, threw the tissue away, and the garbage had already been cleared. When I told the staff, they listened patiently, took my concern seriously, and went out of their way to recover my earrings from the trash. They kept them safe for me until I could collect them, and I was deeply touched by their honesty and effort. To make things even more special, the team remembered my birthday and left a surprise card in my room. The card was filled with heartfelt wishes and signatures from many of the staff, along with a packet of snacks. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel genuinely celebrated. Overall, this hotel not only offers cozy, luxurious rooms but also has a team that goes above and beyond for their guests. Their warmth and professionalism made my stay truly memorable, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The service apartment was really good for a short stay. The room was fairly clean and offered everything we needed.The place is located in little Indira and literally across the road from the metro station which was super convenient. The space offered a gym, washing facilities, vending machines that you could use (pro tip you can use your eazy link card to purchase from some of the vending machines). We explored most of the time so this place serves our needs.

Rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained, though a bit small as is common in Singapore. The bed and pillows were among the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer various activities on specific days. The lobby is also spacious and pleasant enough to spend the day in.

It has separate toilet and shower rooms.|5. Staff - 10/10 - Very friendly, smiling. Always there to help you. Note there is no breakfast option.|6. Service - 10/10 - Excellent staff. Nice stay - highly recommended Pros - Location was right opposite a big mall called City Square Mall with lots of restaurants and also supermarkets. The hotel is also only 1 crossing away from Farrer Park Station which was very good - We have the 2 of a kind room. It was perfect for my family and my parents. We have a common area of kitchenette but still have plenty of privacy. - The room was big. Surprisingly spacious compared to the other hotel we stayed at in Singapore. Bed and pillow were both good. Air-con was working perfectly. - Water was hot and consistent. - Kitchenette was well equipped. Stove was fast to cook. - Our door was not opening and we asked the staff to check it. They found a technician to fix it right away even though it was 10pm at night. - Very modern lobby - lots of meeting space and places to hang out with friends - There is a gym downstairs. Cons - The laundry unfortunately takes 8 SGD to wash and 8 SGD to dry which considered to be quite pricey.

We had stayed at lyf in Malaysia before and loved it, so we chose lyf Farrer Park and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel has a fun, modern vibe with clean, cozy rooms and thoughtful facilities. We really liked the self-check-in process and the shared kitchen, which was perfect for light cooking. The hotel rules are clear, and everyone seemed to follow them politely—it felt clean, respectful, and environmentally conscious. Though the rooms are compact, the space is really well-organized and smartly designed, great use of a small area. The facilities worked well for us, and everything felt very efficient. The location is super convenient just a short walk from Farrer Park MRT, City Square Mall, and right in the heart of Little India. Across from the Starlight Terrace, there are many local restaurants with great food. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor serving tasty pizza, snacks, and beer for a nice change if you’re looking for something different from typical Singaporean food. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for couples or young travelers who want something stylish, affordable, and well-located. Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again!

We were going to Singapore as group of 12 and 3 families and after a lot of research I booked this hotel. I booked 3 of two bedroom apartments one for each family. Overall it was very nice and convenient. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was courteous and friendly and they helped us with everything that we asked for. the only cons if I would say were that they do house keeping only once a week, and i wished they would do it more number of times, but I cant reduce the rating because this was mentioned before making the booking.
