Hi Lyf FP, don't bother replying to me anymore, I have copied my complaint and your reply below. FYI people who are reading this, don't bother complaining as they will give you free ear plugs. This place is actually a dormitory, disguised as a hotel. I only chose this place because of my friend's friend work for them. It's a shame!
My complaint to Lyf FP:
It was a terrible experience. I wanted to get a refund during my stay. I told everyone to avoid this when they travel to Singapore. There were loud metal dragging noise every night while we stayed there that happened more than 4 times throughout every night. We wear earplugs to sleep which was very uncomfortable and dangerous not being able to hear anything. The sound proofing is so bad we can hear people along the hallway, coming back and going in and inside the room as well due to the tiles. It was a very bad stay!
